They assured me they would have one ready. When I didn't arrive at exactly the scheduled time, I received a phone call from U-Haul asking when I would be there (if i had truly forgotten, this would have been a lifesaver). Upon arrival, the Express Storage Staff was helpful and friendly. They had the trailer ready to go and made the process of checking in simple and easy. When I pulled in to return the trailer, they ran out to assist me putting the trailer back and got me out of there quickly. I wanted to give these guys a shout out though, not because they would appreciate it or even care but to help anyone else looking to rent come to a quicker decision. My neighbor and I decided to go in half on a lawn aerator rental. We had looked at the local big box hardware stores and when one of them letting us down by not having what they said they did in stock, we went a different route. These guys are fairly busy on the weekend as the locals seem to know where to go. The price was half of what the hardware stores were charging. They were polite and professional, and down to business. Total time spent picking up and dropping off was about 20 minutes. I will definitely go here anytime I need to rent equipment.
