Not only did Darrell not charge me. He allowed me to go home and see if I could find it, I did not, I called back, and Darrell said that I didn't have to worry about it. He didn't charge me. I needed a forklift to get this nonsense straightened out. After making too many phone calls, I came across Jennings Equipment in Puyallup, and spoke directly to Andrew. Once he understood what my situation was. Advised me to bring it there if possible, and they would assist me with straightening out the situation. I managed to get the trailer and its wonky load to their store, and he personally took the time to help me (with a forklift), and organize it in a way that was legal and safe. Andrew's customer service was second to none. As my teenagers would say, props and a shout out, he absolutely nailed it when it came to helping resolve this issue.

My neighbor and I decided to go in half on a lawn aerator rental. We had looked at the local big box hardware stores and when one of them letting us down by not having what they said they did in stock, we went a different route. These guys are fairly busy on the weekend as the locals seem to know where to go. The price was half of what the hardware stores were charging. They were polite and professional, and down to business. Total time spent picking up and dropping off was about 20 minutes. I will definitely go here anytime I need to rent equipment.

Walmart of all places!!! If you're gonna steal my info at least use it for something awesome. I know for fact it was them because it was the first and only time I used this specific credit card. After finding out my info was stolen I get a call from a random number who told me his car was stolen and my credit card information along with the information of 10-15 others was inside the vehicle when police found it. I contacted the other people on the paper and imagine that, everyone of those people had rented a bobcat from this place. Was told detectives were following up on all the recovered info, but financial crimes like these get limited investigative investment. Apparently the dude that was caught in the stolen car had worked at bobcat or had connections there. This place should be out of business and they should all be locked behind bars.
