Walmart of all places!!! If you're gonna steal my info at least use it for something awesome. I know for fact it was them because it was the first and only time I used this specific credit card. After finding out my info was stolen I get a call from a random number who told me his car was stolen and my credit card information along with the information of 10-15 others was inside the vehicle when police found it. I contacted the other people on the paper and imagine that, everyone of those people had rented a bobcat from this place. Was told detectives were following up on all the recovered info, but financial crimes like these get limited investigative investment. Apparently the dude that was caught in the stolen car had worked at bobcat or had connections there. This place should be out of business and they should all be locked behind bars.

I rented a dump truck from them, when I got there the truck would not start, he let me use a smaller dump truck, that thing was swirly on the road (he blamed the previous customer for turning it in like that). When the other truck was fixed, he called me back to pick it up, I did, used it the next day, got some fill dirt, and the truck would not lift the bed, called them, they wanted me to send a picture of the load, Travis told me I overloaded it, the bed could only lift 3.5 yrds, which is BS! (I've rented a similar truck with PTO and and it lifted wet clay out oh the bed with no problems), so I had to shovel dirt from the front of the bed till it could dump! My 2nd load the dump bed would not at all, I only had 2 yrds, check out the truck, found the PTO shaft missing and was laying in my yard, it was missing it's bolts, I had to find bolts for it and install the shaft on my own, called Travis, and he tried to blame for for that problem, when I told him that I was a mechanic, he blamed it on his mechanic! Bottom line is he does not maintain his equipment, and tries to pass the buck onto the customer! Then tells me "let me make it right, and keep the truck till sat(I was scheduled to return the truck Friday by 1:30pm) so I'm thinking cool I'll return the truck by 1:30) nope!!! All the talk that he was doing, I must have misunderstood him saying return it by 7am!!!! Now why would I get up early on a sat fucking morning to return a truck!!! That's the kind of shady business they run over there, for 3 days of using that truck he charge me over $1,000.00! I called about the charges, and he did not want to negotiate, if there was zero stars, that is what they deserve!! These guys also run a U-haul business too. Again beware!!!!

I called before I came to check availability and Darrell was very knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed to select the correct equipment. After my arrival to the store it literally took about 10 minutes to get to the point where my equipment was ready to drive off. Lastly, I returned the trailer only to find that a pin was missing. Not only did Darrell not charge me. He allowed me to go home and see if I could find it, I did not, I called back, and Darrell said that I didn't have to worry about it. He didn't charge me.
