I wanted to give these guys a shout out though, not because they would appreciate it or even care but to help anyone else looking to rent come to a quicker decision. My neighbor and I decided to go in half on a lawn aerator rental. We had looked at the local big box hardware stores and when one of them letting us down by not having what they said they did in stock, we went a different route. These guys are fairly busy on the weekend as the locals seem to know where to go. The price was half of what the hardware stores were charging. They were polite and professional, and down to business. Total time spent picking up and dropping off was about 20 minutes. I will definitely go here anytime I need to rent equipment.

I needed a forklift to get this nonsense straightened out. After making too many phone calls, I came across Jennings Equipment in Puyallup, and spoke directly to Andrew. Once he understood what my situation was. Advised me to bring it there if possible, and they would assist me with straightening out the situation. I managed to get the trailer and its wonky load to their store, and he personally took the time to help me (with a forklift), and organize it in a way that was legal and safe. Andrew's customer service was second to none. As my teenagers would say, props and a shout out, he absolutely nailed it when it came to helping resolve this issue.

I'm really bummed about writing this review but it seems that after I used John's junk removal…read moreservice in July customer service has gone down hill. When I first called this service in July I left a voicemail and received an immediate call back. Made an appointment to have the huge pile junk moved out of our rental property. John and his team arrived on time and did a great job removing the stuff. The price was good and service was great. Move forward to last week, I called again, left a voicemail but never received a call back. I emailed to set an appt from their website and never received a response. This inconsistency in responding to customers doesn't bode well for a business. I had hoped to continue using this company for our rental property but as it stands now I don't think so. If they couldn't make an appt or simply did not want to deal with a small pickup a response saying as much would have been the right thing to do. So sad. I really thought this small business had it together.
