They never send the receipt for equipment rental. I called probably 5 times and texted the guy named Chris numerous time. Everything he would say "I will get it to you today" but he never did. After two months, he no longer answer my phone or reply to my text. And we still don't have the receipt. Not the right way to do business. read more

ZERO stars. STAY AWAY!! Dig it by hand if you have to!! I Rented a bobcat from here and these criminals decided to steal my credit card info and use it at Walmart and other places. Walmart of all places!!! If you're gonna steal my info at least use it for something awesome. I know for fact it was them because it was the first and only time I used this specific credit card. After finding out my info was stolen I get a call from a random number who told me his car was stolen and my credit card information along with the information of 10-15 others was inside the vehicle when police found it. I contacted the other people on the paper and imagine that, everyone of those people had rented a bobcat from this place. Was told detectives were following up on all the recovered info, but financial crimes like these get limited investigative investment. Apparently the dude that was caught in the stolen car had worked at bobcat or had connections there. This place should be out of business and they should all be locked behind bars. read more

Tried this place again. Hoped they had new management, but they do not. Anyways, Long story short, they charged my card over $500 without authorization. I'm reporting this business to authorities, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO! There is absolutely no way this place gets a positive score unless they work there. DO not go here- you will have issues- and you've been warned. I suggest all those who have issues complaint to state Attorney Generals office at http://www.atg.wa.gov/. Thought this was a reputable company due to there being a store front. Read the reviews this is a sham. Takes your money and then the equipment never shows up. No communication try to call and they won't take your call. Call from another number and they answer. Will try to get you to pay through Zelle offering you a better rate don't do it!! Promises a refund that never comes. Working with the bank to try to get my 800.00 back. Do not use this company... You will regret it!! read more

Equipment works great.. But not trustworthy at all!!!! They don't deliver on time... Said they drop off bobcat Monday night @6-8... Bobcat got delivered Tuesday @10... Called to have them pick up @6 Tuesday night they said it would be about an hour -- they ended up picking the bobcat up @1:30 on Wednesday. Horrible!!! read more

Horrible. Don't trust these guys. A Bobcat Rentals driver hit my truck and took off without leaving a note. Damage to my truck is est at $3,500. Luckily a neighbor informed me it was Bobcat Rentals who hit my truck, and security video confirms. Filed a hit and run report with King County Sheriffs office (C16042495). Owner Chris Walls gave me the run around regarding my truck repairs, and informed me Amber would contact me. Was never contacted by Amber, now Chris ignores my calls. Suing Bobcat Rentals Co. in Pierce County District Court (6Z902418C). Chris was a no show at our first scheduled court appearance on 1/11/17. I look forward to proceeding with further legal action. Bobcat Rentals Co. also has a F-rating with the BBB. read more

I am infuriated with their service. My dad contacted them in advance and they mentioned that they would have the truck rentals dropped off from 6-8pm. While being patient and reasonable we patiently waited for their call. By 9:30PM they called saying that they should be there soon. That being said, we mentioned to them they we will leave in a bit to meet up with them. 1.5 hours later, my poor dad was still waiting for them. What's crazy is that this is their second time on dropping off the trucks incredibly late. At 11:15PM the trucks were dropped off. My dad has been in contact with them since the morning of. I find that unacceptable, the least you can do is to give vivid updates to your clients. I'm aware how critical they are on their pick dates and times, that being said it would have been professional of them to be considerate of our time as well. read more

I wish I could give a negative star. We reserved their movers 2 weeks in advance and even confirmed the day prior. Moving day arrives and NO ONE SHOWS UP!! So we call and asked if they were on their way and the office guy says " I don't know, I have to call dispatch". We called back 45 mintues later and he says " I need more time to figure out what is going on". We waited 2 hours for them to finally call back and at that point we didn't have enough time left with our rental truck. chris had the nerve to get an attitude with us on the phone...he calls 2 hours late and says " I've been trying to call you, do you want us to come help you or what?". He called once and hung up after we waited and had called 3 times already-- and how is it my fault he was 2 hours late?? Bottom line, if you want help moving don't trust these guys!!! read more

As another reviewer said you don't even deserve one star, you deserve jail time. We called to see about renting a small motorcycle trailer and were told it would be $17.99, when we got there they asked for $60, $40 of which was to be a deposit. We came back less then 3 hours later to drop it off and they refused to give us our "deposit" back, the man said it was $60 for the tiny trailer for 3 hours, and the price on the phone was a lie. Knowing my husband is not only in the army but just returned home from a deployment these people still tried to steal from him. Today he called Uhaul directly who connected us with the regional manager who arranged for my husband to be able to pick up most of our deposit, I honestly think they should of done more after the amount of time and gas we had to waste on their bs. When my husband picked up his money the girl even had the audacity to be rude acting as if they had a right to steal from him. On top of it all these trashy criminals even stink, seriously it's called deodorant maybe you should buy some with all the money you're stealing from hard working people. read more

Finally after calling 20 + times that day they answered with the manager Chris after hanging up on us, then scheduled delivery for the next day, still no call and no show. NEVER rent from them, EVER. Believe what you read about these guys, three weeks after I rented a piece of equipment from them they charged my CC without authorization, for $875!! The charge was for another company I have never even heard of I contacted the owner of the company immediately, he said it was a mistake and he would credit back the money immediately. I continued to follow up for a week and got a ton of excuses and promises that it would get done, never did. Had to finally contact fraud dept at Capital One. Dishonest people. read more

Stay away from this company. The owner Chris walls quoted me 675$ + 95$ for a week on a skid steer. This is all documented through text message. I had it for 2 days and he charged my credit card $1653.00. He refuses to refund my money and has provided me with no receipt or explanation. I must say they are one of the friendliest staff I have dealt with in a long time...Chris Walls definitely took care of us. I rented a Bobcat to move soil. The delivery driver was great but the equipment was junk! I called the rental number and was told the equipment was in great shape and was just serviced. When looked at the service date it was ten months ago. The call center was rude and insulted me. The equipment was unsafe!! When the driver picked up the equipment, he said the owner was always cutting corners and this machine was known to be a piece of junk. Avoid this business at all cost! read more

Do NOT give your CC info to this company! He pays his employees under the table and lies to you about how long you can have the machine and when they will be by to pick it up! This guy is a total POS! Stay away! Don't even consider doing business with this guy unless you're absolutely desperate. Very pleasant and accommodating on the phone. Took a card for a deposit on a truck over a week out before my job started. Went to pick up the truck, and not only is the place a mess and all the equipment in awful condition, the truck I reserved was apparently out for service. He offered another but it wouldn't start. He offered a third that was significantly smaller than what I reserved, and planned the job around mind you, then offered to bring me the truck I reserved out to the job site the next day. This is where I should have wised up but didn't. Three days later, all excuses and no truck. Had to bring in extra help because he screwed me on the size of the truck. But at least he charged me in full for the bigger size... How this guy is in business I don't know. Any positive review on here has been purchased. He also operates under the name TruckRentalsCo.
