The tow arrived in 30 mins. The tow guy was extremely kind and helpful. He gave me tips and tricks incase I was in a similar situation. He went above and beyond the whole time. Needing a tow sucks, but Union Towing made this situation seem alot better. I would recommend then to every. Can't say enough how Great they were. read more

My insurance called them out to tow me. Driver Jim was not professional at all. Told me I had to ride in the car on the on the flat bed. Very scary and illegal except for very specific reasons. I spoke with their dispatch no apologies just argued that it was legal. They said Jim was sick that is why he made me ride in the car. He did not tell me he was sick or give a reason at all. overall will never use this towing company again, Made my insurance company aware and I am filing complaints with the BBB. Oh and dispatch told me to talk to WSP and I did and they said no way if they had seen driver would have been ticketed for me riding in the car. Cindy read more

Union Towing - My dead car being towed - Towing Near Me

I had the unfortunate event of needing to be towed, what made this unique was after having a tire blowout on new tires, I called the tire manufacture as roadside service was included in my purchase. My hope was that they would bring me a new tire and send me on my way, but unfortunately, they pay for a replacement or tow and since no shops were open, I accepted the tow. The ETA was 90 minutes, I wasn't jazzed about that, but what could you do? In that time, I decided to look up Union Towing to find out what I was in store for. I have to admit, I got nervous quick. Many reviews were not positive and several called out the owner as the problem. That said, some reviews were positive, and the positive reviews called out how nice the driver was. So not really having alternatives, I waited. The driver literally showed up at the 90-minute mark. He introduced himself and was very kind. In my experience, it's usually 20-30 minutes to get hooked and booked, but this driver had my car secure in about 5 minutes. Even better once on the road, he hustled, I've been towed with the driver about 5-10 miles under the posted speed, but y driver maintained the limit. I'll give these guys 5 stars based on the driver, but here are two simple things that truly would have made this 5 star. I would have loved to have heard from the driver saying he was on his way. It also would have been great to get confirmation from Union advising they accepted the contract and would be on time. Everything worked out, but it was an uncomfortable 2 hours in wait. read more

They were over an hour and a half late for a tow scheduled days in advance. When the tow truck arrived, the man was super unprofessional. I'm a woman and the first thing he said is "Did your boyfriend break your car?" What a gross and unprofessional comment. Teach your employees to treat women with some respect. read more

USAA linked me up with Aaron F and he picked up my Impala real quick. Kept me updated the whole time until he arrived. He tried to get the thing started but the battery was dead dead. Because of how it was parked, he had to physically push the car up a slight incline, with myself manning the steering wheel to get it into a position to tow. 10/10 Nice guy, great service, thanks Aaron! read more

I just had a flat changed by Union Towing. It took a little longer to get to me than originally told but not too long. The driver called and updated me on the time which was nice. I wish I caught the drivers name. He was super friendly. He was fast and did all the work. I hope I never have another need for towing service but I would use Union Towing again if I do. read more

Dominic was our tow truck driver and he impressed us with his positive attitude. And we appreciated his help and thorough communication. He made an uncomfortable experience much more bearable. Thank you, Dominic! read more

Sara, the dispatcher is awful! Tow set up through State Farm and Union was dispatched with an estimate of 75-105 mins. I waited 2 hours before calling to check status. Sara answered and said "If you had been watching the news you'd have seen there was a fatal accident on I5 so everyone is delayed at least 30 minutes!" Ma'am, I wasn't watching the news because I have been sitting in my dead car for the last 2 hours. I just asked for an approximate ETA and got spoken to like I am just annoying her and should know better than to ask. Gross. Called State Farm back and had them cancel the tow from Union and set up a new tow with another company. Despite now having to wait a little longer, I would rather not give Union my business. Worth it. Good customer service goes a long way. I suggest you set up an automated notification system that will send customers at least a text to let them know if delays occurs. When you're stranded, good communication and support is key. read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would. My car broke down at my place of employment. I could not be with my vehicle to get it towed to the dealership This company worked on a 3 way call to make it happen. So professional, prompt and friendly. I highly recommend! Very nice tow truck and experienced, knowledgeable driver. Thanks union! You rock! read more

The road side service was much better than expected! My car wouldn't start outside of the Walmart parking lot by the Outlet Collection mall in Auburn, WA, so I submitted a claim through StateFarm. Once their dispatch picked up the claim, I received notice that it would be 50-80 minutes before someone showed up. I contacted the dispatch company's customer service line. The lady was curt but professional and advised me that the driver was on the way and to keep the line open because he would be calling me. A few minutes later, StateFarm's tracker for the dispatch time changed to about 30 minutes, but the driver showed up after 10 minutes. The driver was nice, funny, reassuring, and professional. He tested my battery and alternator and provided a jump start. He even gave me advice on where to purchase a battery. The Yelp reviews made me think I was going to receive subpar service, but it was great. I didn't pay for the service since it was through my StareFarm coverage, but I would definitely recommend this company based on their speed and helpfulness. read more

You never want to need a tow, but when my car died, my roadside assistance company sent Kevin from Union Towing. I was very pleased with the experience. He was familiar with towing (flat-bedding) an electric vehicle, which are quirky, and prioritized doing the job carefully and safely, rather than rushing since it's a flat rate per job through insurance. He had to maneuver a graded driveway and it all went smoothly. read more

Driver was nice. Dispatch lady was terrible. I waited with my car for 90 minutes. Apparently since he tried to jump it and wouldn't start, he called his dispatch boss to see how far he could tow! She said zero!! They can only do one OR the other!!! He was here literally 5 minutes and left me here!!!! WTH is that fir customer service?? 4 miles is all I needed to go. So I've been here since 1130 now 4pm. Terrible dispatch and what kind of policy is that?? Only one thing at a time??? read more

No one answers the phone calls. one Phone number listed is inoperable and the other goes directly to voice mail. I don't know why USAA does business with unreliable companies leaving service members stranded. The message sent gives one time then add more time to your wait making it extremely frustrating read more

Union Towing - Towing Near Me

My car broke down in the middle of N405 and had to pull over onto the shoulder with my family. I called Union Towing and spoke to Larissa. She was so professional and calming. She helped me plan things out and guided me since I was a little panicked. I had to leave my vehicle before the tow truck arrived because our emergency ride needed to leave. Kevin did a great job bringing my vehicle in one piece to the correct destination. Thank you for saving our day!!! read more

Very qualified with Mercedes and Teslas. Dispatcher and driver are both very aware of high tech cars and how to tow them safely without causing damage. Thank you read more

Horrendous service. USAA outsourced to a crap company called Agero, who in turn outsourced my service to these clowns. 1.5 hours later, ETA was said to be imminent, after 3 hours I called and they told me to F off, they canceled because they didn't want to do it, never passed that along. So, at the end of 3 failures, they were the worst. They also operate under other names and hide themselves from google. read more

My insurance company called one of the providers who gave an eta. We arrived on time, asked for an updated eta. We called multiple times but they never answered. Insurance tried multiple tow companies who declined then they connected me with Union who arrived as promised 20 minutes later. Kevin did a great job. Thanks read more

Sarah the owner . Worst , rudest service ever . A 90 minute wait turned into nearly 4 hours and made me an hour late to work , and you're going to have an attitude with me ??! Okay I called for road side assistance at approximately 1245 pm . Received a text message stating I would get service within 90 minutes . Got a text message again stating it'll be another 90 minutes . NEVER EVER EVER USE THUS COMPANY . Tow truck arrived about 430 pm . If your insurance company tries to have this company work with you refuse these unprofessional, inconsiderate , rude people . The tow driver was extremely kind but he's not part of this POS company . Absolutely disgusted . I hope others recognize that there are much better ,good hearted companies with good people out there. read more

I got a flat tire while dropping kids off to school. The tow truck driver arrived quickly. He waited with me while my Uber arrived and even helped me load the kids. Really nice guy and so helpful. read more

The only reason I gave this company any stars was because of the fantastic driver. Yesterday my car unexpectedly started leaking oil due to a major issue caused by my dealership while driving about 20 miles from home. State Farm connected me with Union Towing via the roadside assistance program. I was initially provided with an ETA of 75-105 minutes. 2 hours go by and no one shows up so I call union towing directly and the woman who answers informed me there was delays in picking up other tows and they were down a driver so it would be another 30 minutes. I waited 1 more hour and no one shows up. Try calling union towing again and my call goes straight to VM so I have no choice but to call State Farm and would you know it, they answered State Farm and gave more excuses stating they already updated me, however that was 1 HOUR AGO. They then tell my insurance it will be another 45 min. Another hour goes by, still nothing. My driver finally arrived 5 hours after the request. The best part is, they only notified him that my car needed to be towed 10 MINUTES before he headed out to me. Had they been transparent on the timing from the start we would have switched to another towing company from the start. Absolutely do not use this company and I hope State Farm drops them as a partner as I've already given them my feedback. read more

This is the worst place you could have tow your vehicle. Sarah (THE OWNER) was rude to me right off the bat, she wouldn't even tell me her name at first. I had them tow my car and was charged $100 more than I was told when I scheduled the tow. They added extra miles on the tow that weren't necessary. When I was trying to explain as a consumer the price we were told per mile should stay that way, not increase overnight, She hung up on me. I can't believe the way I was treated both when the vehicle was picked up & afterwards. Worst customer service ever DO NOT USE !!!! read more

VW roadside assistance contracted Union Towing at 3:15 pm the accepted the job and it said 60-100 min. they looked close on the gps tracker so I was hopeful they were doing a job nearby and would hen come to me. At 4:32 pm I got an update that said 20 min, so I waited and at 5:08 pm and called in. Mind you I had an infant in the car...when I called in they couldn't give me an update and had to call back, when they called back they said they needed to cancel the job and reassign it because Union Towing was not responding. read more

This company does not know how to treat their employees and also I was in an accident with this company and they were more worried about their vehicle and their employee so I would not use this company whatsoever for any reason and they also lie to their customers about picking up the vehicle when they haven't picked it up yet read more

Had a tow truck driver come out today an tow my truck, driver gets here an says he doesnt know how to use his boss's brand new tow truck that he brought... Like really dude? And I have witnesses me an 1 other guy was trying to help him do his job. After about an hour of getting no where he called his dispatch to tell Her (Sara) that he didn't know what to do she told him to leave an let another driver come . The current driver said the next driver would be there in about 15minutes. I call Sara to confirm and she said an hour an 15 minutes smh why lie? Btw she was about the rudest human being I've ever talked to. She threatened to cancel so I said go right ahead I'd rather hold by dignity then let you control any fate of mines.Careful with these incompetent fools everyone they aren't very professional. #Cancel read more

My son and his friends broke down on the side of SR18 at 7pm. I called GEICO roadside assistance and they were able to get a tow dispatched to arrive at 9:30 from a different company. After wait until 11:30 pm the other company called and canceled the tow. My son and friends were still on the side of the hwy. I called GEICO back they dispatched Union Towing, Larissa called me within 5 minutes. She was calming and reassured me she'd get someone there immediately. At this time I was driving from Olympia up to get them. She assured me that the driver was only 20 minutes away and the he'd get everyone home safe. I turned around to come home and by the time I was home Larissa was calling me back to let me know that the car and kids were loaded and safe and they were on the way back to Olympia. The driver Ryan was wonderful, my son stated "he was friendly, helpful and courteous". THANK YOU Union Towing you went above and beyond read more
