Great guys. Came over to this place when my car window was broken into. At first, I waited for them to fix it since I didn't have a ride home. They didn't find the right window since my 07 Toyota was made in America and not Japan. They went around town and were able to find the a replacement window, but was already late, past 8pm. Instead of having me wait longer, the owner offered to drive me back to Fed Way. Personal car service? Wow! That went above and beyond. Got the car back the next day, window replaced within one day. Tip of the day: Don't leave anything in your car when parked. Even a crappy backpack gives the thieves incentive to break in. ARGH!! I am currently in the process of going to small claims court with him because he is attempting to steal $1,000 dollars from me. could write a 100 pages on my very terrible experience but ill just make it short and say that he is committing fraud with out any hesitation. we were in the middle of negotiating a deal and he said for us to move forward we need to write a check just as deposit and he would draw up contract next day. well next day he deposited the check into his account and there was no contract ever written and when called dozens of time will not answer phone and still no where to be found. I just filled compliant with BBB and filled a case with small claims court because this isn't just about the money but the audacity that in this day in age people think they can get away with something like that. Beware. This place sells cars with salvaged titles. I was shopping for a car and brought my friend along who is a certified mechanic to help me check out some cars I liked on craigslist. Huy's was our last stop of the day and I was exhausted. As we pulled in to park our car we were greeted by an elderly woman who was really nice. She directed us to her son Quyen who fast talked us into buying the car tonight, that the car was a bargain, and that it would sell FAST. I told him I wanted to get an inspection done on the car first and he thought that was a great idea. As soon as my friend starting looking at the car he noticed poor welding on the 2nd half of the car and asked if the car had been in an accident only then were we informed the cars he had all had salvaged titles. After we left my friend told me the car was poorly put back together and it would have come apart in even a simple fender bender. If you do decide to purchase a car from here have it inspected by a mechanic. read more

I had an old car and I told Quyen I was wanting to sell it and buy a new car. He was so helpful from the time we started the process to the end I couldn't have gotten the same kind of service anywhere else. He was helpful, honest, and always made sure I got the best deal. I ended up buying a 2002 Honda Civic from him which was a great car! Just rescently I bought another car from the dealership and Quyen helped me sold the Honda Civic. I've also been going to him for all my car maintenance needs and he has just been great! His whole team is also very helpful and extremely accommodating. I bought a Honda CRX over the holiday weekend, Quyen had let me know that it had been rebuilt and had a few issues but was in good working order and had not been modified to become a street racer.Two days later the "Check engine" light came on and I called him about it, he offered to free up his mechanic to have a look at it the minute I arrived. Problem was resolved within 1 hour. It is hard to find a used car dealer that is concerned about the products he sells after the initial sale. I would recommend Huy's Auto Center for honesty and selling reliable vehicles, they are trying to do the right thing. That is hard to find and I respect them for that. read more

I knew Quyen from when he owned a restaurant that I held a few fundraisers at. While I didn't buy a car from him I did go to him to have my car repaired after it sat unused for 4 years after a roommate used it and got into an accident. Quyen was able to get my car back on the road quickly and affordably. He did give me a list of additional items that need to be taken care of in an order of importance but didn't push me into anything more than what was needed, and he called me with each item that he found that needed repair and an understandable layman's explanation of each repair. He probably saved me close to $750 with the work that needed to be done. I also have a few friends who have gotten cars from him and all of them have been quite happy with their vehicles. read more

Do NOT buy a car from this guy, you would be a fool. Quyen sold us a vehicle with a rebuilt title, explaining he got it at auction and did the minor repairs, making us believe he was on the up and up and that the car was in perfect condition, even stating in his add that all electrical, etc. was in working order,- a very good sales job. They also own the shop on the premises and work on the cars they sell. Yes we were stupid for not getting it checked out before we bought it, that's a given. After rear-ending a car at a slow speed, our car was totaled. Turns out, the air bags did not deploy because they were not even hooked up! There were missing and bad welds, and fake repairs covered with paint were discovered. We could have been killed or injured if the accident was at higher rate of speed. Be smart and stay away from this dealer. I would hate to see someone get hurt or worse buying a vehicle from this place. read more

Although I could write a lengthy descriptive reflection of my experience at this business I will keep this short and express that I definitely do not recommend doing business with this place. I did purchase a vehicle in 2017 and later took it back to get some work done. I have evidence that the man you will deal with here is willing to lie (multiple times). There's a possibility that your time will not be respected as he has committed to appointments and then he was not there (whether it was due to traffic or due to him assuming the appointment was at a different time and never once checking the texted messages he sent confirming the actual appointment time). I also realized that they purchase damaged vehicles rebuild and resell them. Unfortunately I could tell that the quality of the work was poor. I regret purchasing a vehicle from this business. Hi, Well, it's very rare that I take the time to write about customer service that I receive. However, it's the kind of customer service that I received at Huy's Auto Center that one has to write about it. In short, my recent car buying experience can be summed up in one word: PHENOMENAL! From the first time that I expressed interest to Quin that I wanted to buy a car he would call me every once and awhile letting me know of the cars within my price range that I could choose from. He was thorough, honest, and importantly patient with my decision making process. From day one he asked me what I needed in a car and where my finances were at that would make the whole thing first possible and then most importantly comfortable for my wallet. Quin made sure that I did not leave his car lot unless I was COMPLETELY satisfied. Finally, the day that I went to go get the car Huy's Auto Center gave my car a once over one last time and even topped the oil off before letting me leave. This is a small yet wonderful place that is not concerned with profits. In a good way that is. They care about customer satisfaction and this is a place that sets the standard for doing so. I wish other businesses would take after the example of this Huys Auto center. Quyen is the person that helped me and I would have to say that he was so patient listening and easy to understand. By that I mean he didn't speak jargon Taft I couldn't understand or use acronyms that I didn't know. Everything was plain and simple and understandable. I would refer this place to even to my closest of loved ones because I trust this place THAT much. I love the atmosphere and they way that you are treated as a person not just as a number or quota. I can guarantee that Quyen will remember my name in a month were most dealership or lots will not remember you after a couple of days. I agree BEWARE! I just wish I knew this before getting my car and trusting him as a women. I bought a Honda CRV from Quyen in 2011 and he also didn't tell me it was a salvaged car rebuilt. He comes across as a very nice guy but will cut you and he doesn't care about your life selling these rebuilt cars to people. I only wish I had known. But I didn't know until I got my title and it said rebuilt then I call him and he says Washington state will say a car is rebuilt even if it's just the hood replaced. I was highly upset with him and very angrily told him to send me proof it was only the hood well he did and I was satisfied with that and thought well WSP signed it and that's what the paperwork said. Well he may have fixed that but he still lied because he knew that's not all what happened to it, the SUV had been in a major accident and totaled and I didn't know this until 2015 because I'm trying to sell it to get an operation and a potential buyer ran the title and saw it had been totaled. He tells me what he found and all I could do was cry, why am I so trusting. How dare he put my life in DANGER with this vehicle and whomever I have in it with me! yes it drives good but what lurks under the hood about to fall out, I don't know. So now what am I do also put someone else in danger. How dare he. I will never be able to sale it because of the blemish he caused me. I need an operation and have no money to get it among other things I need to do. I want my whole money back to get a clean title like I thought I was getting. He needs to be stopped and pay all the people he has SCAMMED! He mailed me some proof he fixed the hood but still never told me it was in a major accident. Now I can't sell it because of his lies. If there is anyone who wants to do a "class action" against this company and had the same experience let me know. I hear there are laws against selling salvaged cars to consumers! He also went on vacation after my purchase too and went to New York and his mother gave me his cell phone number. Beware of this guy he lies overcharges for used salvaged cars! We went to inquire about the cars they had, which seemed ok. I encountered Quyen's mother who spoke little english, but seemed nice. She told me that Quyen had went somewhere and would be back. Once he arrived he talked to us about the options he had. He seemed very nice and eager to help us find reliable transportation. I found a car I was interested in. He told me that I would get a warranty on it at 12,000 miles or 12mos and would cover most of the car, The car had 110k miles and he wanted 5k. He explained that I could take it to his shop for repair if I had any issues and that he would offer a competitive price on services. Which I thought was a bit confusing since he is offering a warranty for $500. I was compelled at this offer but wanted to do more research, but still hold the vehicle so I put a deposit on it for a wwek. He said it was not refundable but I could use it for services and I could finish the process by the following wed. The next day I shopped around and researched the car and found that his price for the car alone was a bit much, more than kellybb. Therefore I called him. To my surprise he wasn't there, instead his mother was there, who spoke little english. She told me to call his cell. Called no answer, so I left a message. Called the mother back, she tried to call him and no answer. i tried to talk to her about the car, but she could not help me. I called the next day and the mother told me he left yesterday for two weeks out of town. WHAT! How dare you take my money and leave your mother to deal with your business when she can not communicate via english well. I left messages on his cell for a week with no response or call back. I went to their business many times and they were closed or they could not help me. at one point the mother said she had another son who would help me but he never called. While trying to get in contact with him, I was looking for other cars. I needed an inspection and the place was closed. Quyen calls me two weeks after I met him, and blames me for the whole mess. How does that work? Whines on the phone, saying it is not fair, he held the car for two weeks for ME and I promised to buy the car. I signed no contract saying would buy the car and the car was supposed to be held for a week. He leaves me a message saying I will incur large amounts of attorney fees if I wish to sue him. Won't lie was nervous about buying a car but at Huy Auto I was treated in a way a never expected. I am disabled and was looking for a safe reliable car for Doctors appointments. I arrived and found one to my liking. I am on a fixed income so I didn't know if I could swing getting the car I liked. The owner Quyen worked with me and even gave me no interest and I mean no interest on me making payments. His Mum was working in there very kind and sweet woman. Quyen made the process so easy and relaxed even had a spot of tea while we discussed everything including fee's most places would nail you on an he said he would take care of it. An even got a warranty but what was most shocking was no interest on my monthly payments that could work for me even on a fixed income. I got a new stereo for my car an they put it in for me (during a very busy week) for no cost. I was taken care of and got a safe reliable car for what I could afford with a warranty. This has been the most pleasant experience buying anything including going grocery shopping. Quyen double checked everything and made sure before I said yes I understood what everything meant. Tell me any other auto shop that waits to make sure your comfortable as a consumer before they get you too sign anything. After this experience he has my business for life.
