They got it done in a day and even sent me pictures during the repair like a proud parent updating me on my truck's progress. Second time, same truck--this thing's dramatic. I lost all power out of nowhere. I thought, "No big deal, probably a simple fix. I've Googled stuff before." Then I pulled off the timing cover and found the timing belt snapped clean off. Not great. Apparently another Toyota Camry (different trim and year than mine) was also scheduled for service. The agent asked me the year of my car, and I also had to tell him about my 6 cylinder engine in it. In any event, my appointment was scheduled to be at 1 PM, but after waiting to almost 1:15 PM, I got somewhat annoyed and let him know, and also inquired what was going on. He apologized, and then told me about the other Camry. Finally got me in, and the service was quick and efficient. I plan on going agin, and also next October/November will need some "minor" service done on my 2021 BMW X1. Hopefully they will get their "act together" better.
