The owner, Victor, saw the damage my vehicle had sustained as a result of scraping and denting the left side of my car against a pillar in a parking garage. He offered to give me an estimate right on the spot. I also had less severe damage on the right side and rear bumper from a separate previous incident. I had previously gotten an estimate (for the right side of my car only) at another repair shop. Victor's estimate of $2000 for both left and right sides was almost the same price as for just the less severe right side at the other shop. I additionally had some minor damage on the rear bumper which he offered to do for an additional $300. All in all, $2300 seemed very reasonable. So I decided to take a chance. I received my car in about a week and couldn't be happier with the results. My car looks almost new and like my accident(s) never happened. Victor came in on budget and on time. He did some spot treatment on a few minor scratches on the rest of the car at no extra charge. Additionally, he arranged to meet me after hours on a Sunday night to pick up my car. I hope I never have another accident again, but now I know where to come if I do.

We show up at 9:00, he takes the Jeep and is done in a little less time than he thought. Deducted $50 and off we went. His waiting room is immaculate, comfortable, air conditioned and very pleasant. If I lived here, I would definitely go back to John at Skyline Auto. He is polite, efficient and a professional.

Brought my car in for what I thought was a leaky water pump and probable timing belt tensioner…read morenoise. So I agreed to do both. during work it was discovered that the radiator also leaked so I agreed to replacing that as well. When I met with John to pick the car up he simply handed me my keys and said he wasn't going to charge me for any of the work performed due to the shops inability to correct a new starting issue with the vehicle he suggested that it runs fine and starts perfect most the time, so maybe I just drive it. Suggested I could take it to another shop and diagnose what's wrong with it but really it wasn't a big runability issue. So now I'm thinking what the heck did you do to my car, so I took it to GM in Auburn and paid for diagnosis. John expects that I should be happy with the fact I didn't have to pay for any of the work that he performed on the vehicle. In his mind evidently future repairs which are substantial plus the car I had to rent because this was my daily is all on me, not his problem. Now my car sits in the GM backlot waiting for a camshaft that is backordered for a month or two​. What I would explain as a massive lack of integrity from the shop, because this is not how you treat customers. Aaron 2014 Chevy Cruze 1.8L with 86 thousand miles. What they found was an absolute shocker.. John's shop had broken the exhaust camshaft and then repaired it with what looks to be 5-minute epoxy.. 5 MINUTE EPOXY!

Les Schwab and other centers didn't have appointments for three days. Come to find out I was driving on a very dangerous situation that Corey and his team took care of for me easily. We all wonder if we are getting screwed by the Auto industry when it comes to repairs and services, for once I trusted the information and I felt the price was right, especially for the convenience of a same day appointment. Corey even told us about how during this pandemic when Discount Tires closed down, his shop honored their warranties for people who needed services last minute. He offered free oil changes and other services for healthcare workers. Just an all around great human being and I'm sure his team is just as great.
