Little disappointed they needed a whole 6 days just to paint & replaced a new bumper. My Ex used to work as an auto painter & he never took that long for that simple job. When I picked up my car, I saw an alert saying my "audio system unavailable". My horn & alarm wasn't working. We went back next day & they checked. They forgot to reconnect the wires to my bumper. When I picked up my car, they still had it on service mode so I had to ask someone to change it. 3 stars for friendly staff, completed work & +$3500 I didn't pay out of my own pocket. At the end of it all, the car came out beautifully. A couple days after I got the car back, Diana reached out to ask how the car was driving and if I was happy with it all. I mentioned there were a couple small scratches in the clear coat of the bumper that weren't there before (which is half to be expected as they had the car for a month and there was a lot of work to do). They told me to bring it down the next morning and they buffed out the paint on the bumper in 10 minutes and were able to make the scratches nearly disappear.
