I can highly recommend Auburn Valley Collision for body repairs needed on your car. The damage to my car had pushed the engine bay in and the firewall of the car. By the end of it, it was spendy, but they did amazing work putting the car back to original condition. The paint matched very well when they were done, and all the seams between the door, hood, and fender are all symmetrical. Kandice was awesome in reaching out to give me updates every few days on the status of the car. Diana was also very helpful in reaching out as well. At the end of it all, the car came out beautifully. A couple days after I got the car back, Diana reached out to ask how the car was driving and if I was happy with it all. I mentioned there were a couple small scratches in the clear coat of the bumper that weren't there before (which is half to be expected as they had the car for a month and there was a lot of work to do). They told me to bring it down the next morning and they buffed out the paint on the bumper in 10 minutes and were able to make the scratches nearly disappear. I've had both mechanical and collision work done here. I recently had my Audi in for some collision damage. They did an excellent job, friendly, professional, took care of everything. I had an orange smear on my car I had got hit and run. It wasn't part of this claim, I didn't say anything about it. But they removed the orange paint scuff and they didn't have to. I had a horrible experience with them. Chris assured me that I will get my car done the following morning. Instead I got my car back several days. I called to follow up several times, I was getting the run around and I kept being told they had the part but the car wasn't work on yet. Also they had given me a quote breaking down the service prices. When the car was finally done, I was given a different price that was more than I was originally quoted. So I really had no choice but to pay because I just wanted my car back. OcerI was lied to and I ended up being in a position to pay more. Update: The owner Bob reached out to me and sends his apology regarding the situation. He was very sincere and apologetic about my experience. Took my car in for a new fender and they handled all the insurance nonsense and put a new fender on and was able to get my car back to me in less than 30 hours. As that may not be typical, I came to pick up my vehicle and they had washed it and vacuumed the inside which was a wonderful surprise given my car was a little messy upon drop off. I ended up here after it was recommended by my insurance agent and the location was convenient. My wife's car had some pretty significant damage after a collision and both door skins and a fender needed to be replaced. I don't know much about body work so I took his word for it. (Glad I did) Bob kept me very up to date about the work being done even though insurance was paying most of the bill anyway. The finished product was amazing! It was even done a day earlier than he thought. I was provided with a detailed invoice of all the work and he provides a lifetime guarantee. Took twice as long to do all the repairs as they had originally told me. After i picked up my car a few days later got a call that they forgot to put a part on. Had to go back. Did ok body work but horrible customer service and bad job on my glass repair. Will definitely not go back. Had a much better experience at service king right down the street. read more

I was recommended to Auburn Valley Collision by my son, who works for The City Of Auburn...they do a lot of the body work on their police cars, which are very prone to needing body work done. I met with Bob, the owner, and we discussed what I needed to get done...I had some major deep scratches due to my stupidity when I tried to move a recycle bin between my 2 vehicles...anyway, he called his painter out, and it was decided that instead of repainting a quarter of my new Subaru Outback, they would try to keep the repair down to a small area, and alleviate any future problems...they were very competitive on their price...I decided to let them do the repair...I picked up my car today at 5:30 AM...Bob was there, as he said he would be...they did a fantastic job on the big time scratches...cannot even tell they did the repair...I also have to mention that everybody there was great to deal with...I dealt with both Chris and Bob...both of them made you feel like you were important to them...as a major coincidence, I was talking to a good friend of mine later that morning who needed some body work done, and he asked me who I would recommend...I did not hesitate to recommend Auburn Valley Collision...this is a company that you can truly rely on to do a great job, and feel good about doing business with...I highly recommend them! read more
