This is their normal process and ther is nothing they can do to fix it. They expect to piss off customers but the don't care because their trucks stay rented anyway. Apparently they count on some of the reservations following through and the rest of us can piss off. Obviously had to go elsewhere for my truck. Penske in Port Orchard was amazing!!!!!! I was…read moreincorrectly charged for refueling, and even when I provided documentation that the truck was returned refueled, they still refused to fully correct the bill. I was quoted an estimated total of $43.07 for a local truck rental, but after returning the truck I was charged $93.34. The charge included 24 miles and 2 gallons of gas, despite only driving 22 miles and returning the truck fueled above the full marker. When I presented my drop-off photos and fuel transaction, instead of simply correcting the bill, they offered a partial correction. They refused to remove the 2-gallon fuel charge and acted like they were doing me a favor only partially overcharging me. If you rent here document everything and do not assume that they will correct the bill willingly.

They apparently tried to call us, but the caller id for this business comes up as "Nuccios Htng Vn," and when we answered, it was just a dead line. They never sent us a text, or email, or any kind of notification that our reservation had been cancelled. Then they helpfully told us they couldn't give us any of the trailers on the lot, because it's the end of the month and they will be hard to find... and they can't cancel someone else's reservation Like, duh... that's why I made a reservation weeks ago! I have rented from U-Haul so many times with no problem, so I genuinely blame this location. Spoke with uhaul corporate who found us another trailer (an hour away), gave us a discount, and told us, conclusively, that the one hour cancellation policy is "not a thing." Would give zero stars if possible.

After my arrival to the store it literally took about 10 minutes to get to the point where my equipment was ready to drive off. Lastly, I returned the trailer only to find that a pin was missing. Not only did Darrell not charge me. He allowed me to go home and see if I could find it, I did not, I called back, and Darrell said that I didn't have to worry about it. He didn't charge me.
