If you try to call the local number, you are automatically rerouted to a recording that sends you to their website. There is no option to actually speak with anyone. You can book, reserve and confirm with a credit card. Then you receive an email confirmation with a very specific pick-up time. PROBLEM...there are no actual trucks available when you get there. This is their normal process and ther is nothing they can do to fix it. They expect to piss off customers but the don't care because their trucks stay rented anyway. Apparently they count on some of the reservations following through and the rest of us can piss off. Obviously had to go elsewhere for my truck. Penske in Port Orchard was amazing!!!!!! They rent actual trucks rather than a random lottery system that Budget has.

I was…read moreincorrectly charged for refueling, and even when I provided documentation that the truck was returned refueled, they still refused to fully correct the bill. I was quoted an estimated total of $43.07 for a local truck rental, but after returning the truck I was charged $93.34. The charge included 24 miles and 2 gallons of gas, despite only driving 22 miles and returning the truck fueled above the full marker. When I presented my drop-off photos and fuel transaction, instead of simply correcting the bill, they offered a partial correction. They refused to remove the 2-gallon fuel charge and acted like they were doing me a favor only partially overcharging me. If you rent here document everything and do not assume that they will correct the bill willingly.

I didn't and was charged for more fuel than I even came close to using. I failed to document so can't prove it. I distinctly remember thinking, great I'm starting with little less than 1/4 tank. Their records indicated about 1/2 tank, which was wrong but they wouldn't budge. Other than that, I recommend provided you read the fuel agreement and document everything.

Check out (Sara) and return (Toni) was easy and quick. i needed to haul a fully loaded 16' tandom axle cargo trailer across several states. The turbo diesel ford (quad cab) made it super easy. Plenty of power going up hills. Gas mileage 20% better than my Tacoma (when pulling trailer empty). Gas mileage better than my taco when not pulling a trailer. its a BIG truck, so not quite ready to give up my Taco. But any time i need to haul something big, ill rent from these guys.
