I was given a reservation and told that they'd call me on the 21st, or I could come by on the 22nd to rent the unit. When no one called on the 21st, I came by on the 22nd and was told that my reservation had expired and the unit size I needed was now unavailable. When I tried to investigate what other sizes or options were available, I was told that they didn't want to rent to me because they had seen my car in the parking lot and they didn't want renters "hanging around." (my house is literally right next to the storage location.) When I asked to speak to the manager, the clerk refused to allow it. Their units must be nice because this is the most laughably unacceptable customer service I've ever received in any situation. In 20 minutes I got a larger unit at Public Storage for $100 less per month and nothing but smiles and polite service to go along with it.

Although she was told that we did not need their services as we had already decided on another company she visited multiple times to hard sell her services. She would not take no for an answer and it was to the level of harassment. After she was told no for the final time, we received a call from Washington L&I regarding a call they received about improper asbestos-related work in our home. We had already tested the home to confirm that there was no asbestos related materials. This resulted in additional work and headache for us to refute this false report. During this disastrous time for me and my family, most of the people we have interacted with have been extremely helpful and understanding. It is unfortunate that there are some people out there who want to take advantage of our misfortune. I do not want an apology or any contact from your business. I want you to stop doing this to people, especially people who are trying to recover from a disaster. P.S. if you are an employee of this business, know that we have video monitoring of our property including of your visits. It will be difficult for you to pretend that you did not continue visiting our home even after you were told no repeatedly. I also filed an information request from the county to confirm the person who falsely reported us for having asbestos related work in our home. It was indeed someone from Superior Contents. These are people who retaliated against us after a natural disaster because we would not hire them when they showed up UNSOLICITED to our home.

UHAUL rental We…read morerent trucks probably a few times a year and have used this location three times. They are among some of the worst for customer service, and not reliable. First time I ordered a ten foot truck, called to tell them I would be by a little later than anticipated to pick up, was told they don't have the truck I reserved. Long story short, I found out on the DAY I was to pick it up that that didn't have it. Nobody made any effort to inform me that my reservation could not be fulfilled. This left me scrambling for a last minute truck that could be driven on mountain roads with narrow switchbacks. (POULSBO location has all the trucks and the people who run it are sweet and amazing. I highly recommend.) Next time my husband ordered one from here and no issue. Third time, I returned it and the woman was again rude and was upset we did not have the "mileage and fuel level" for her. I have been told that it is the responsibility of the dealer to document those numbers, and NOT something the customer does bec of fraud issues. Also, she was very upset the blankets were not folded and the truck was not "swept." I moved one kid to a dorm and there was nothing to sweep. NO rainy season, no dirt, just dorm furniture in a parking lot to unload. There was one piece of plastic bag I neglected to remove. In all my years of renting from U-Haul I have never been asked to fold the blankets we PAID for and returned. I was charged over $100 for the "cleaning fee", which was to fold one blanket (bec we only used ONE to wrap a television) and to pick up one small piece of plastic. I've submitted a claim with U-Haul and I have photos of the truck to prove my point. I always take them in case these things happen and being in the legal profession, is always a good idea. I would never rent here and would never recommend anyone ever rent their truck from here. Maybe they have decent storage lockers?
