He offered for me to come there to have him look at my insurance and I responded with that is too much (I was short on time and 45 min - 1 hour one way to get there). He asked if I wanted to cancel the reservation and I said sure. Following the conversation I pulled up my insurance and got the answer in which I called him back (approximately 2 minutes later) to let him know I was good and would be headed there. He then began to berate me telling me that I was a liability and he refused to rent a spot to me because I said coming there to look at my insurance was too much. When I explained why he remained argumentative and kept his stance. The worst customer service I have dealt with since moving up here.

We rented the truck, loaded it, and headed to the office to close out her account. Our first experience with Morgan the manager was when we were attempting to park our uhaul and he came out the office yelling that we were blocking things and needed to move. Key word was trying, we hadn't parked yet. Once we did, I went inside to close out her account. Morgan said I needed to sweep out her storage or he wouldn't move her out. I asked if he had a broom I could borrow to do that and he said no. I said ok. What is the fee if I don't sweep it out as I couldn't bring a broom with me on the plane? He said "I will charge you the storage rate month after month and eventually send you to collections so guess you better go buy a broom." We did and got her account closed out. I understand contracts and why business practices are in place but I don't understand why he was so rude. It was unnecessary. Having to come gather my dead moms stuff was hard enough. The facility is nice but the staff is terrible. They are not worth it. There are lots of storage places in town, they aren't the only option

They also offer a moving truck for move in and if you are military you may request one for moving out as well. The process was seamless all the way until my move out date. It's a gated keypad storage site with indoor and outdoor units. I stored my things for an entire deployment no ruined items in my outdoor unit also no bugs in my things ! 5 stars for sure !

I've had both indoor and outdoor access units and I would recommend both. They are all climate controlled and carefully insulated (and bug-proofed) to protect your property. I had to leave the state for an extended period and came back to a unit still perfectly intact with only a few spiders living near the door. No mildew on boxes, no humidity-warped papers, nada. The location is very secure with keypad code access, full CC camera system, and managers that live on-site. You have access from 6am-9pm 7 days a week whether the office is open or not and there is a bathroom at the office during working hours. The people are fantastic and they do automatic payments for units.
