Secure facility but horrible customer service. High monthly payment, taking my money elsewhere.

We have been utilizing this business since February of 2020 and they have been so helpful! We were able to utilize their free moving truck to move everything into the storage unit, no problems or hassles. Then when it came time to move into a smaller unit, we disposed of some items, they let us use it again to move everything from the bigger unit to the smaller one within the complex. They've always been very responsive to any need or question and very professional. We highly recommend their service, the managers are amazing! read more

The people who work here are very nice and extremely helpful! Fair pricing and when I need to get another storage facility I will be going back to them. I went there on a holiday to start moving my stuff out and broke the key off in my lock. The lady who works there technically was not working but was more than willing to go out of her way to help me fix the issue. Pick this place over any in the area! read more

We had been trying to find a storage unit for well over a month and everything around town had been full. I left our number with reliable and got a phone call back a soon as one became available. I wasn't able to return the phone call till later in the day, but Craig instead of moving on to the next person on the list made sure he heard back from me first. I told Craig I wasn't going to be able to come in till the next day after work which he said was fine. I didn't get off work till late and didn't show up till 5min before closing. Craig didn't miss a beat and stayed with me well after closing time making sure that I got everything I needed, showing me the unit, and making sure all questions were answered. Great service, they helped find me a unit on short notice. Reasonably priced, and secure location that's looked after 24hrs a day. I even got money credited back that saved me a month's rent due to an error from a year ago. They could have kept the money and I never would have known but they saw that I got it back. read more

We have been customers of Reliable Storage for many years. We have used storage at three locations in Kitsap County. Our experience has always been professional at all three locations. We have been exceptionally pleased at the relationship we had with both Craig and Sheila at the Fairgrounds site. They were always friendly, helped us by being available on the swap meet days and through the years I could not have been more pleased with the service. The only thing that prevents Reliable from getting 5 stars is really a market driven approach to pricing. It seems like EVERY year, the prices keep creeping up. This review is long overdue. When I first went to this facility to find out pricing and specifics I was highly impressed by the professionalism of the manager on site who assisted me. He understood all concerns and that I had in finding a clean, safe and trustworthy place for storage. Up until then I had some very bad experiences during my search, most of the other companies have extra service charges, require you to purchase renter's insurance through them and charge different prices when you are in their office than what they advertise on their web pages. NONE OF THIS with this company. They are STRAIGHT UP HONEST and provide extremely clean facilities that are extremely secure with 2 managers who live on site. Really the best part of my initial experience was the very kind and professional customer service that Craig provided. I have extremely high standards regarding quality customer service, and it's been a super long time since I've experienced this level and find it extremely refreshing. 7 months later and I'm still renting from Reliable Storage in East Bremerton, Craig comes through once again. It was pouring rain and I had a car full of things to put into my storage unit and darn, I broke the key off in the lock! Thinking that it would be no big deal to just cut the lock with a bolt cutter and replace the lock, I went to the front office to purchase a new lock and borrow their bolt cutter, only to find out they don't use or carry bolt cutters. This is where it would end with any other average business or their customer service REP. But not with Craig. Craig grabbed what he thought might help in getting the broken key out of the lock and went to work on the lock. I felt so bad to see him out in the pouring rain making my problem his problem. Even when I told him it's ok, I'll get it worked out. He didn't give up until he got the lock opened with that broken key!! I just don't know what to say beyond this. His actions seriously speak for themself. This facility absolutely rocks, they are so fortunate to have Craig to represent them. If you are looking for a valuable storage facility, I promise you this is it! For the quality of facility AND quality of Management. read more

WOW. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Went in to try and pay the overdue bill for my recently deceased Grandfather's storage unit; instead of being helpful the blonde woman with glasses argued with me for over ten minutes because I didn't have the correct information. Instead of asking me to come back when I was better prepared she was irate, condescending and laughed at me multiple times because I expressed I was confused about some things. When I finally gave up on that and just asked if I could at least go get my resume out of the storage unit, she again laughed at me and started to say that's impossible without the alarm and that I needed to turn off an alarm to get in the unit. Confused I told her I had been to the unit many times and never saw an alarm in the unit. She said well I must have a different unit or something. After arguing for another 5 minutes and finally getting on the phone with a supervisor who explained what I needed was a GATE CODE, not alarm, not such thing exist, to get in. I feel like she was deliberately being confusing and trying to confuse me, or she is having memory problems and is confused. When I politely asked her to please stop being mean to me she laughed again and said she wasn't being rude and again argued with me bout this. After 15 straight minutes of arguing with this horrible woman I finally left in tears and called my mother to come rescue me. My poor mom went in to try to remedy the situation and came out in tears as well and told me the woman was EXTREMELY rude to her as well, argued with her, and was irate. Considering this is a sensitive issue as my grandfather, her father, has just passed I think the way we were treated is absolutely foul. No one deserves to be treated that way. I think it is also worth mentioning this woman WATCHED and FOLLOWED us around the grounds once we finally figured everything out. Nothing makes me more uncomfortable than knowing this woman has access to my grandfathers and my personal belongings and I will be moving to a different unit ASAP. I think this woman should be fired. As someone who's job it is to train people for positions in customer service, no employer in their right mind would be okay knowing their associate is behaving the way this woman did. I genuinely hope something comes of this and I will also be emailing and calling her supervisor as well as other locations to try and make sure someone knows this happened. read more

It's a nice secure place. It's clean and the management is ok. Don't be a minute late on your bill payment though, it will cost you an arm and a leg. It is all listed in the paperwork, just buyer beware. read more
