The front of the facility has multiple signs indicating 'months 2 and 3 are 50% off!'. They billed month 2 at full price. When I asked where in my contract does it state there is no discount on month 2, they reply it's not in your contract. Ok, where does it state that exactly? "On our website". The sleaze has begun. 3. A woman calls me out of the blue and asks me if I was in my unit "last night". No lady, I'm in Los Angeles right now. She was trying to tell me my unit (along with 4 others) was burglarized but came across as accusatory. They refused to call the police. I had to fly to SeaTac, shuttle to Silverdale and rent a car just to report it! Unbelievable. They aren't exactly advertising the MULTIPLE BURGLARIES in March 2024, as others I met on-site had no idea what occurred. So surely, I was finally given a discount, right? Hell no. I've had both indoor and outdoor access units and I would recommend both. They are all climate controlled and carefully insulated (and bug-proofed) to protect your property. I had to leave the state for an extended period and came back to a unit still perfectly intact with only a few spiders living near the door. No mildew on boxes, no humidity-warped papers, nada. The location is very secure with keypad code access, full CC camera system, and managers that live on-site. You have access from 6am-9pm 7 days a week whether the office is open or not and there is a bathroom at the office during working hours. The people are fantastic and they do automatic payments for units.

They said the cheapest they could ship was $54. I politely declined, stating that was worth the extra trip to the post office. She said, "oh, I've got the post office rates right here. The cheapest they'll do it for you is $124." I balked. That didn't sound right at all. She assured me they were the cheapest by far. I went to the post office. $25. I told the Post Office Clerk what they claimed USPS would charge and he said he hears those stories all the time, and he wished they weren't allowed to lie like that. I won't go back. I've lived in other towns where the local UPS franchise was wonderful, kind, and helpful. This isn't that.
