CLOSED. phone number is disconnected. I went to the mall to replace my screen protector and the cart is not there.

Jason is the best in town. He's honest, dependable and his prices are a value. If he doesn't have your part he'll get it. I always recommend him to everyone. I know there's a lot of people trying to make a buck out there off your need for your cell, butJadon is the opposite. I vote if we ever incorporate silverdale, he's our mayor Update * always great service, thanks again Jason 6/25/18 read more

I and my two teenage kids are rough with our phones. Paddle boarding, skating, zip lining, you name it. I have been through 4 protective screens this year alone. This staff is the best. So courteous, professional and fast. I recently upgraded to blue light shield. Getting better rest. They also have strongest hard cases for your new phones. Dont buy at phone stores check them out first and get more for your money. read more

Jason is always so nice! He knows what he's doing, his work is fast, and top notch. He's fixed two of our iPhones.

I've always had ZAGG protective screens on my cell phones but usually had my cellular company install them. I went to Best Buy and had to return it 3 times because they didn't install it well. There were always edges lifting up. Best Buy told me it would settle... never did. Returned it for the 4th time and went directly to ZAGG in the Kitsap Mall. Walked right up, told the guy my concerns. He applied the protector in minutes and it looks flawless! It's twice the price as Best Buy (even with a military discount) but I am confident it was applied correctly. Plus I have the full warranty on it. Just skip the box store and go directly to the manufacturer to install. Thanks ZAGG guy! read more

Review is for the iPhone 5c only: Probably should pass on this if you have an iPhone 5c. The rounded edges of the phone cause the shield to peel. And you get charged$10.00 for a replacement. It tried to put an otter box over it and the corners bubbled. Not worth it at all. The folks there are friendly enough to talk to so if you are lonely and own an iPhone 5c and a little cash to burn you can make nice chit chat while you are having your shields replaced. read more

This location is MUCH better than the one I have back in Ohio. When I looked around for prices for my iPhone screen replacement, I was a bit disheartened. I went with the lowest price I found, went in 10 minutes before closing time, and Jason had no problem replacing my broken screen. He stayed past closing time to ensure my screen was repaired same day. I even opted in to purchase a screen protector because of the great customer service, and the quality of it didn't disappoint. I would recommend this location and Jason to anyone around who needs a screen replacement or a screen protector. read more

My sister came to get her phone fixed but instead encountered a flurry of racism and disrespect. After canceling the appointment when it became apparent the gentleman had no interest in assisting her he decided to give her back her phone in pieces ! That's right, he took it apart wouldn't give service then gave her the phone back in pieces! He eventually put it back together save for some screws when she refused to to leave until he did but terrible way to leave Washington State. Will not be back. read more

They saved my phone! I replaced my iPhone 6+ screen here and they did a great job. Also discounted a tempered glass screen protector so I can help prevent this in the future. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Thank you! read more

Would not recommend this location. I've been to this location several times as they are the only outlet in the area looking for iWatch covers. The first time they didn't have the product and had to order it taking over a week. The product they finally give me was a glass cover which only lasted a week or so be forgetting damaged, this happened 3 times each time returning to this Zagg outlet for a new one. The individual who seems to always assist me has zero customer skills, don't bother trying to get him to talk cause he just cut you off. When asked if I should try something else he replied "I don't know I'm not your watch." When they replace your "lifetime" product they charge you for installation which you can easily do on your own. They're better products out there and better brands. read more

Disingenuous at best. The guy claims he can't cancel a transaction in order to give me the return customer discount he claims to offer. I've never been to any business that could not cancel a transaction. If he were man enough to just say he will not do it, I would've had more respect for him. Do not do business with this knucklehead. read more

Went here to try and get glass replaced. Snotty little short guy was "in the bathroom". When he got back "oh ya we are out of stock of iphone glass. I can order it though." Dude. Seriously? This IS YOUR business. Cell phone glass is WHAT YOU DO. We can order it from Amazon and have it faster than this guy. What is it with bad business people in America??? On top of this insanity, the little hobbit had a bad attitude. Like we were the idiots for him not simply stocking what he sells. Needless to say, will never return. read more

I've been in to this location 3 times now to have my glass protector on my phone screen replaced and each time it's the same "We're out of stock now, but we'll get it in the shipment tomorrow/soon/next week." They told me I can have it shipped to my house and just apply it myself, but its difficult to apply with no bubbles and it's their job to begin with. So they're trying to get me to pay shipping for the protector they're supposed to have in the first place and on top of that they have an installation fee of $7. No bueno. read more

I dropped my phone, after having it a year and a half blemish free (it lives in a lifeproof) when I took the cover off for about a week. Murpheys law... carrying it on a pile of boxes and it fell and smashed on pavement. Went to the phone store, who wanted to sell me a new one for 800-, plus a new data plan to add a line since i was not up for a renewal. I went to this kiosk in the mall and they quickly replaced it for $100! Funny that at&t didn't say boo about this store right outside their front door, they said "you can't fix them", and were willing to get me to pony up for another contract and phone. The fellow was very polite and courteous and replaced it in 30 minutes. A couple weeks later the screen started glitching. I was all stressed about taking it back to the co. thinking I just needed to get a new phone if it was going to start acting up. He looked at it, said it was the replacement screen, and put on another quickly and no charge. That was in September (5 months ago) and it has been a normal phone since. So easy, no hassles, super polite. He is also super busy- I am not the only one who has had that omg moment went an iproduct hits the ground and shatters... read more

Corey and Jason are very helpful and great customer service. Highly recommend this place if you have a phone issue. Very professional services read more

Poor Business Skills, His work fell apart less than 5 hours after I got it back and he refused to accept responsibility for it.... the glass was not sealed properly and the whole thing fell apart, causing it to become unattached, and somehow he tried to say it was my fault. Charged me for replacement glass and still tried to argue...business Service Skills 101, don't argue with a customer, just try and find a solution. read more

Well like I said in my previous review, the owner has been great, and today when he saw me walk up he instantly apologizes for his employee. He could not believe that his employee did not help a customer half an hour before closing. He assured me that he has fixed the issue. Thanks again for a great job. read more

The owners of this small kiosk stood behind a morphie switch tip product when the 8 Point pin-tip broke off while inserted in my iPhone. Once I presented the broken cable, a replacement was ordered. read more

They are extremely helpful. I got my phone screen done at cellax at the other end of the mall and they did I really shotty job even left glass in my phone, the people here helped me get my screen in properly after the others botchy job. I have gone here in the past and wanted to save 10 dollars by going to the other store but it was a big mistake. They are definitely worth a little extra. I won't try anywhere else from now on, I should have stuck true to this store. They are extremely helpful and nice. read more

Had a terrible experience with this place. The person putting my screen in was new. And the screen fell out of my phone the next day and when I went to push back in it cracked! read more

I stopped by today to find out about getting a screen protector for my phone, and the employee working was very helpful. He was super quick about getting the invisible shield on, it was a smooth and easy transaction as well. I would highly recommend this shit for anyone who pays over $300 for their phone; it is definitely worth the $25 to protect your screen with a lifetime warranty. read more

I have been purchasing my screen protectors from Zagg for a number of years now. The guys are always able to install them on my phone in minutes. They are friendly and have great service. They even made a custom screen protector for my camera's screen. I will only purchase my screen protectors from them. read more

Corey was absolutely amazing! He answered all of my questions with honesty. Will definitely be back!
