Although she was told that we did not need their services as we had already decided on another company she visited multiple times to hard sell her services. She would not take no for an answer and it was to the level of harassment. After she was told no for the final time, we received a call from Washington L&I regarding a call they received about improper asbestos-related work in our home. We had already tested the home to confirm that there was no asbestos related materials. This resulted in additional work and headache for us to refute this false report. During this disastrous time for me and my family, most of the people we have interacted with have been extremely helpful and understanding. It is unfortunate that there are some people out there who want to take advantage of our misfortune. I do not want an apology or any contact from your business. I want you to stop doing this to people, especially people who are trying to recover from a disaster. P.S. if you are an employee of this business, know that we have video monitoring of our property including of your visits. It will be difficult for you to pretend that you did not continue visiting our home even after you were told no repeatedly. They were up front and transparent about any extra charges (we were charged $150 for the 32 steps up to our flat). And these guys worked HARD with hardly any downtime or breaks. I was floored. You may be able to find a lower hourly rate with other moving companies in the city but I was beyond pleased with their hard work and was happy to pay the rate with how quickly they got the job done. Nothing was broken, including my vintage floor lamp that I was worried about. I would highly recommend this company, they aren't kidding calling themselves the G.O.A.T.

The trucker turned out to be a complete liar, which we learned when so much of our stuff was waterlogged. The movers came promptly on the day we agreed upon to move my belongings. These movers handled my things with care and were professional. No complaints with the movers in Tacoma. After my things were taken and moved to their storage facility, I attempted to call in to get an update on when my things would be picked up and the process and that's where the communication started to drop. I called in several times and conveniently the person I was requesting to talk to was never available. I never received calls back from the person who I was requesting to speak with. I would only receive updates every couple of days and my delivery date was delayed. I was contacted by a delivery person a day before my delivery date in KY. He did arrive on the date he said he'd be there however it was extremely unprofessional. He originally arrived by himself and said he was waiting on a mover to show up. I later found out he hired a random guy off of Craigslist to help him move my belongings in my house. He charged me extra money because we "had stairs." They did not lay out anything to cover my carpets which were dirty after they were done. There were several marks and scuffs on my walls from them banging furniture carelessly. Because they were not experienced movers, they almost dropped an expensive piece of furniture while carrying it upstairs. Instead of completely dropping it, they dropped it into the wall creating a large divot. I was so anxious that they might continue to damage furniture, my fiancé and I helped them carry furniture. They were not fit to do this job and did not come with the correct amount of people to move my items. There were several pieces of my furniture that were damaged (not sure if it were due to them or during the move). I did appreciate that they put an AirTag in one of my boxes and nothing was missing! Overall, I would not hire this company again due to the poor communication.
