The last time we rented a large truck the location we had rented it from ended up not having it so we had to go out of our way to pick it up at another U-haul location. This time the manager of this location, Cassie said she had a slightly smaller truck and would try to get us the larger one if she could. She came through and got us the larger truck which maybe our job much easier and saved a lot of time. We will definitely rent trucks in the future from this location again based on this experience. And the office is the cutest office I've ever seen, especially for a U-haul location. And the staff was all super nice, pleasant and very helpful. And they had the cutest little baby girl chilling in the office with them. I cannot recommend this location highly enough. We rent trucks quite often and they have earned our future business for sure!

The main issue I had with this company happened a few weeks after I used one of their trucks. I…read morenoticed that two separate attempts to withdraw over $300.00 and then a second attempt to withdraw over $200.00 within hours of each other. I called the credit card company immediately because they notified me that I didn't have enough money in the account to cover those withdrawals. I had already paid the charge for time and use of the truck. Someone was trying to help themselves to additional monies in my account, the fact that my credit had been eaten up by their first charge was a godsend. When I inquired who was trying to take money from my credit card I was told it was the north Bend WA uhaul. I called them immediately the office girl told me I would have to speak with a supervisor. She transferred me to a man who hung up on me as soon as I confronted him about the attempt to withdraw. Secondly. I had been quoted a price then charged twice that per mile. We were told we could bring the truck back after closing in order to get it back because they needed it the next morning. We arrived after dark left the keys but I was charged a hefty fee to sweep out some glass from a broken light bulb. No one left a broom or explained that we would have to sweep it out. I called the person in charge after I was made aware and she said she would check out the overcharge both for mileage and sweeping. However I was billed for the full amount without the person getting back to me. I highly recommend not using this company or at least do not give them a credit card. This borders on criminal or at least elder financial abuse.

I was…read moreincorrectly charged for refueling, and even when I provided documentation that the truck was returned refueled, they still refused to fully correct the bill. I was quoted an estimated total of $43.07 for a local truck rental, but after returning the truck I was charged $93.34. The charge included 24 miles and 2 gallons of gas, despite only driving 22 miles and returning the truck fueled above the full marker. When I presented my drop-off photos and fuel transaction, instead of simply correcting the bill, they offered a partial correction. They refused to remove the 2-gallon fuel charge and acted like they were doing me a favor only partially overcharging me. If you rent here document everything and do not assume that they will correct the bill willingly.

It stated not responsible for any windshield damage stay 200 ft behind well I was not close to the truck when this happened but on the back of the last trailer the signed looked like it said 20 ft cuz it was so dirty couldn't read it. Walmart of all places!!! If you're gonna steal my info at least use it for something awesome. I know for fact it was them because it was the first and only time I used this specific credit card. After finding out my info was stolen I get a call from a random number who told me his car was stolen and my credit card information along with the information of 10-15 others was inside the vehicle when police found it. I contacted the other people on the paper and imagine that, everyone of those people had rented a bobcat from this place. Was told detectives were following up on all the recovered info, but financial crimes like these get limited investigative investment. Apparently the dude that was caught in the stolen car had worked at bobcat or had connections there. This place should be out of business and they should all be locked behind bars.

I answered one of the calls and asked the caller to stop bothering me, and she said "I've to keep calling because my boss says so". Apart from pestering, their prices are also more than the competition.
