They stored our stuff with the goal of moving us back in when the house construction was completed, which took about 6 months. Well, when it was time to move back in, they couldn't locate the major appliances that they were storing, and damage was done to 10 pieces of furniture. Our bar stools somehow got white paint on them. Our dining bench was stored outside or something because it came back to us completely damaged. Our bookshelves are missing the removable shelves, and they are nowhere to be found. When I contacted the owner, he gave me excuses and said the furniture just needed to be wiped down, which was not true. He then gave us lip service and said don't worry, I will take care of you guys... only to be completely silent and unresponsive. If you care about your house items, DO NOT hire these people. They don't care about your stuff, and they charge you an arm and a leg. Stay clear!!!!!!

I reserved them for the last day of the month, my move out day. I planned a trip starting exactly after the move-out. However, they called me exactly one day before the schedule just to tell me that they cannot do it! They canceled their service just one day before moving. I had to cancel my plan and postpone everything for a day because I could not find any other mover, and they agreed to do my move out with one day delay. The move out day was even worse. Their staff did not want to take some of our staff, because we did not add them to their calculation list! There was no fan in their calculation list, and that is why I could not add the fan to their calculation list. I ended up throwing some of my stuff away. I even could not donate them because I had to rush to get to my trip. I do not recommend their service to anybody.
