I told him that I would have to go over the agreement again and asked him to not point at me that I didnt want any trouble he was overly aggressive and said he didn't point at me and said I don't know what I'm talking about. I was there aboit 45min according to him and I was searching for a tracking numbe from the post office that I lost. They allow you to borrow a truck on your move in day, it was extremely convenient if you're able to return the truck before the end of the day- this was no problem for us with their Saturday hours. The security seems good, I have no fear for my possessions. The after hours access is the major game changer, the big chain in Seattle area has horrible hours for folks who work traditional business hours. I've been able to stop after work, after dinner with friends, weekends, etc. and their location right off 405 makes it a quick trip from when I'm coming from the east side or seattle.
