He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". There is no other surveillance for the outside storage areas. In 2022 the catalytic converter was stolen of our motorhome. The people working the facility really did not care. We just went to get the RV in May of 2023 and discovered that someone had jimmied the back emergency window and had been sleeping in out motorhome! Again, the facility personnel did not care. If you are looking for secure outside storage for your RV, boat or other item this is not the place! Spend a little more money and go elsewhere.

Despite not being temperature controlled, the smaller units are kept quite dry. I had no problems, no moisture issues, no moss, no algae or any other nightmare that could crop up in North-West storage facilities. I kept the usual holiday items, an old comic collection and some other items here. Never had a problem with condensation in the bags, soaking of boxes or any other damage. Overall a perfectly safe and un-disturbed tenancy for my stuff.

I returned it without a problem until I saw the charge come through on my credit card which was more than double the estimated cost. When I brought this up, they said it was because the reported mileage was more than 5 times what I actually drive. The staff gave no clear explanation and couldn't help me beyond giving me a 800 number to dispute the charge. Just take care before renting from this business.

I rented a 20' trailer and wasn't told it had to be returned to that specific location. I called the GM and asked him to make it right since I wasn't told (I wouldn't rent this U-Haul if I was told that given I was traveling over 75 miles) and he told me I was basically lying to him since he confirmed his employee did tell me I had to return it to that specific location. The employee lied (I get it, he needs the job) but the GM is not willing to help right wrongs. The GM said my only option was to pay the $500 wrong location fee or take the trailer back to the right location (PAYING FOR THE MILES). What a nightmare. I won't be using U-Haul again. Hiring movers from now on...
