I then placed a call to schedule the delivery which was answered by a LIVE person who had just seen my online request. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". There is no other surveillance for the outside storage areas. In 2022 the catalytic converter was stolen of our motorhome. The people working the facility really did not care. Despite not being temperature controlled, the smaller units are kept quite dry. I had no problems, no moisture issues, no moss, no algae or any other nightmare that could crop up in North-West storage facilities. I kept the usual holiday items, an old comic collection and some other items here. Never had a problem with condensation in the bags, soaking of boxes or any other damage. Overall a perfectly safe and un-disturbed tenancy for my stuff.

Beware of Mileage Overcharges at This U-Haul Location…read more I recently rented a U-Haul from this location and drove less than 20 miles total (verified by my own GPS and route tracking). I returned it without a problem until I saw the charge come through on my credit card which was more than double the estimated cost. When I brought this up, they said it was because the reported mileage was more than 5 times what I actually drive. The staff gave no clear explanation and couldn't help me beyond giving me a 800 number to dispute the charge. Just take care before renting from this business.

The clerk called me and told me I had to return the trailer early because someone booked it after us so we busted our butts to do so, we were going to be 15 minutes late to return it so I called to let them know and the clerk said "oh, well, the people who needed it after you decided to go somewhere else", he didn't call me and let me know nor did he care when I said it would have been nice for him to call me so I didn't have to waste so much gas to get there in time (Driving from Idaho). The clerk didn't apologize for our experience he just acted like he didn't give a care and said "take it up with UHAUL" . The customer service at this place is sorely lacking. If I could give my experience -5 stars I would.

The location was fairly easy to find, but parking was sketchy - they had a limited lot at the top of a hill that you park at, and have to walk down to access the storefront. They also have parking spots at the front of the shop but they told me that I couldn't park there. I don't know if those spots were for staff parking, but it seemed odd. The staff were friendly and helpful enough, and checking in and out was a straightforward process. I would use this location again if I didn't have other options, but I disliked their parking lot enough to choose a different U-haul shop.

This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had…read more I reserved a truck for Thursday, only to arrive and find that there was no truck available and no one in the office. After the inconvenience and stress of having to change plans during a move, we finally obtained a truck from another location on Saturday. I also rented moving blankets that I ended up not using. Before returning the truck, I called and was told I could receive a refund for the unused blankets as long as it was handled while the store was open or after the truck was checked in. However, when I returned the truck, I was told that wasn't possible, that it wasn't company policy, and that the employee had no idea who would have told me that. The issue wasn't even the $20. What was unacceptable was the way I was treated. The employee told me that maybe I needed a different profession if I was arguing over $20. That comment was rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. Moving is expensive and stressful, and every dollar matters. To make matters worse, we returned the truck with more gas than required, so we actually spent extra money there as well. The lack of communication, failure to honor what I was told over the phone, and disrespectful customer service left a very negative impression. I expected much better from U-Haul.
