The skilled operator put the unit on a smaller platform with wheels and used a remote control to drive the unit down our precarious driveway. He maneuvered it beautifully and parked it squarely in our driveway. UNITS was very communicative, even responding to one of my emails late in the evening. I would definitely hire them again.

I then placed a call to schedule the delivery which was answered by a LIVE person who had just seen my online request. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". And they ACTUALLY followed through on their promise. They were kind, respectful, honest and prompt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNITS located in Kent, WA.

Where is OSHA? lol. Oh, and the best part. We got charge for a full month because we didn't get our stuff out before Feb 27? They processed our card on the day we moved our stuff out.. The 3rd of the month. So we had to pay for the whole month, even though we left on the 3rd. Manager didn't care and said oh well. Definitely won't reccomended them to anyone because that's just selfish and horrible practices. Stay away from public storage. Expensive and will charge you for not even being there.

I do think that they would work much more efficiently if you stay with them. I did have a few minor issues. They said they will send two guys, but they sent 3. They didn't tell me anything about extra charges for that, not the day before, not when 3 guys showed up and I asked them I was told they'll send two guys. At the end though they showed me the invoice and the rate was higher. I called them the next day and they totally agreed to respect the agreed upon rate, which is fair and nice. They also sent the truck from a further location, which I wasn't expecting considering that they do charge for driving time. Again, I mentioned this to them and they considered the closer location for their estimate. I appreciate them being understanding, but I'd prefer more honesty and better planning upfront. Overall I'm very happy with the service.

My belongings were back in my home, but they kept charging me! I notified of them of the issue on June 21, 2024, and they stopped the recurring charges. But they have not refunded me for the $700 they overcharged. They continue to make up excuses about new accountants, accountants being on vacation, accountants being hard to work with, etc. They first promised to have it done within 2 weeks. It has now been over 2 months. The movers were great, but the admins were not responsive with returning the money they have overcharged me. I have filed a complaint through BBB and will need to go through small claims court next. EDIT: got paid back after 2 months and the complaint to the BBB, updated to 3 stars since the actual moving service was good, but the burden was all on me for a returning the money.

There is no other surveillance for the outside storage areas. In 2022 the catalytic converter was stolen of our motorhome. The people working the facility really did not care. We just went to get the RV in May of 2023 and discovered that someone had jimmied the back emergency window and had been sleeping in out motorhome! Again, the facility personnel did not care. If you are looking for secure outside storage for your RV, boat or other item this is not the place! Spend a little more money and go elsewhere.

Quiet place set behind a real log cabin! I've been a tenant…read morehere for 10 years. 2007 to 2017. I am only leaving due to having a larger place for my knick-knacks now. Despite not being temperature controlled, the smaller units are kept quite dry. I had no problems, no moisture issues, no moss, no algae or any other nightmare that could crop up in North-West storage facilities. I kept the usual holiday items, an old comic collection and some other items here. Never had a problem with condensation in the bags, soaking of boxes or any other damage. Overall a perfectly safe and un-disturbed tenancy for my stuff.

I've been a customer for 11- years and had 7 units at any given time. I returned one day to find…read moreone of my units had been rented to another person and my lock had been removed. I needed the space to return my boat for storage and was told they couldn't do anything about it. Very disappointed! I cancelled all my business and went to a competitor. Here is an update - I was contacted by Public Storage to attempt to pay me to remove my review or alternatively change it to 5-stars in exchange for $$$. So disappointing to see businesses operate like this - transparency is obviously not their forte.

Beware of Mileage Overcharges at This U-Haul Location…read more I recently rented a U-Haul from this location and drove less than 20 miles total (verified by my own GPS and route tracking). I returned it without a problem until I saw the charge come through on my credit card which was more than double the estimated cost. When I brought this up, they said it was because the reported mileage was more than 5 times what I actually drive. The staff gave no clear explanation and couldn't help me beyond giving me a 800 number to dispute the charge. Just take care before renting from this business.

The clerk called me and told me I had to return the trailer early because someone booked it after us so we busted our butts to do so, we were going to be 15 minutes late to return it so I called to let them know and the clerk said "oh, well, the people who needed it after you decided to go somewhere else", he didn't call me and let me know nor did he care when I said it would have been nice for him to call me so I didn't have to waste so much gas to get there in time (Driving from Idaho). The clerk didn't apologize for our experience he just acted like he didn't give a care and said "take it up with UHAUL" . The customer service at this place is sorely lacking. If I could give my experience -5 stars I would.
