Fecal matter and urine were all over most all of our possessions. We lost furniture, bedding, my wife's wedding dress, mattresses- the list goes on and on. The property manager was aware of the problem and didn't notify any of his customers. We are very concerned, troubled and disgusted by this business. We are seeking legal representation to be compensated for this disaster of a facility. Stay clear, and we hope to tell as many people as possible about this unprofessional, unclean business.

Our storage unit is infested with mice. The overhead light in our unit has been broken ever since we moved in over 2 years ago. I have said something, my wife has said something, a co-worker of my wife has said something, they say they will look into it and nothing ever happens. We finally came to our limit a week ago when a box of product was brought home and in it was mouse droppings. We have a newborn who is putting everything in her mouth right now. Luckily, she didn't put any of the droppings in her mouth. But this is unacceptable. Now due to their reluctance to do anything my daughter, my wife, myself, and anyone who comes into that unit and in close proximity to anything from that unit could get sick. Right now this storage unit is in the throws of another mouse infestation. I would like to think it was just another one and not just one big long one that they have never really addressed. I count at least 4 different infestations in the two plus years we have been customers but it wouldn't surprise me if it is just one big one. Anyways this infestation has cost my wife thousands of dollars in lost product. I am going to share some pictures with you all. The pictures they have on the website is staged. Not once do you see a mouse trap in the pictures even though they are everywhere. Outside the buildings, inside the halls. EVERYWHERE. They are omitted from the pictures to deceive you all into believing that it is a clean facility where you can store your stuff and it will be okay. If you don't believe me, just do a drive through. The gate is open until 6 pm every day.
