My wife and I moved some of our personal possessions into a…read more10'x10' unit in April. 6 weeks ago I visited the unit to find it absolutely infested with mice. Fecal matter and urine were all over most all of our possessions. We lost furniture, bedding, my wife's wedding dress, mattresses- the list goes on and on. The property manager was aware of the problem and didn't notify any of his customers. We are very concerned, troubled and disgusted by this business. We are seeking legal representation to be compensated for this disaster of a facility. Stay clear, and we hope to tell as many people as possible about this unprofessional, unclean business.

I had to sit and wait for another car to come through gate and get out that way or i would have been stuck there who knows how long. No one bothered to call me and see if i was ok or to discuss it. Thieves tunneled into our space from an unsecured unit. Despite reporting these massive safety flaws and seeing firsthand a pattern of stored vehicle break-ins, the district manager ignored our concerns. Hopefully going forward they will fix this for current and future storage renters.
