The chat is useless as all they do is pass your information to the location so they can call you back (which they won't). Zero interest in customer satisfaction - 1000% interest in profit. UPDATE: got somebody to call me back to tell me why the website price is lower than what I'm paying. She said the "website price is to lure new customers and they will get a rate increase to match what I'm paying in six months." I mentioned that the website doesn't state any of this and she says they don't have to. Well, there you go.... buyer beware!

Willing to take the time to answer any questions I have. Yesterday I came in with my brother who needed a unit. He suffered multiple heart attacks and a stroke in 2024. Cognitively he is slower than he use to be. Navia took the time to walk him through the entire process and answer any questions he had. We gave them a date of when we wanted to stop our service and since it was less than the full 2nd month, they gave us back a few bucks to compensate. The storage facility is very secured. Its a one code to use thats easy to memorize as its your own code to get into the facility, out of the facility, and use the elevator. Unfortunately when youre moving things out and into the elevator, its timed. So you have to rush to use the code, get yourself into the elevator, and click that floor button. Side note: there is limited parking inside so if youre having a lot of people help you, be mindful.

I then placed a call to schedule the delivery which was answered by a LIVE person who had just seen my online request. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". And they ACTUALLY followed through on their promise. They were kind, respectful, honest and prompt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNITS located in Kent, WA.

So for me to actually make a review that is negative.... It means that I've given this place not one chance but actually several! This is the worst place to get store YOUR Belongings! Do not do it. I had my storage for a few months, noticed mice droppings in the storage after a couple months. I reported it right away. They were apologetic and said they would get somebody on it. I went back three days later. Nothing happened and there's more droppings and now URINE! When I went to the front desk, there was a different woman at the desk I interrupted her on a personal call. She wouldn't even look at me. She wouldn't give me her manager's number or email. She said she can't get that information out. She said that they were going to have someone come and check it out but Company only comes out once a month for pest control. I explained , this is an emergency clearly there's rodents here that needs to be addressed . I was met with rolled eyes. I emailed the customer service department, they were actually very good! They Immediately escalated it to the managers so I was very hopeful. Unfortunately, my hope was short lived. I have been told they're doing everything to try to find out where the rodents are coming from. But in actuality, nothing has been done. It's been over a month . Nothing's been DONE! Now, several pieces of my nice wood furniture have been ruined and I have to go through my private HOME insurance. This is what secure space is banking on unless you purchased their own insurance..DO NOT WASTE ONE PENNY AT THIS PLACE!!!! I have given them too much time to fix this... I will be taking my stuff out of there! Just so you know, the ceilings are open with chicken wire. The rodents are getting in and jumping from storage to storage.
