So for me to actually make a review that is negative.... It means that I've given this place not one chance but actually several! This is the worst place to get store YOUR Belongings! Do not do it. I had my storage for a few months, noticed mice droppings in the storage after a couple months. I reported it right away. They were apologetic and said they would get somebody on it. I went back three days later. Nothing happened and there's more droppings and now URINE! When I went to the front desk, there was a different woman at the desk I interrupted her on a personal call. She wouldn't even look at me. She wouldn't give me her manager's number or email. She said she can't get that information out. She said that they were going to have someone come and check it out but Company only comes out once a month for pest control. I explained , this is an emergency clearly there's rodents here that needs to be addressed . I was met with rolled eyes. I emailed the customer service department, they were actually very good! They Immediately escalated it to the managers so I was very hopeful. Unfortunately, my hope was short lived. I have been told they're doing everything to try to find out where the rodents are coming from. But in actuality, nothing has been done. It's been over a month . Nothing's been DONE! Now, several pieces of my nice wood furniture have been ruined and I have to go through my private HOME insurance. This is what secure space is banking on unless you purchased their own insurance..DO NOT WASTE ONE PENNY AT THIS PLACE!!!! I have given them too much time to fix this... I will be taking my stuff out of there! Just so you know, the ceilings are open with chicken wire. The rodents are getting in and jumping from storage to storage. I wish I would've noticed this before while I first renting this place. I hope I save somebody the heartache, stress and the money that I've had to deal with!!

After over 7 years in a unit... transitioning through multiple facility owners, I returned to…read moreretrieve my belongings. I have been working and traveling out of WA State during those years. I paid extra money for indoor access, 10x12, and climate (heated) controlled unit, to ensure my belongings would be in optimal condition... primarily children's toys, books, paperwork, bath towels, linens, ....a few pieces of sentimental value furniture. My father had died, and my mom was in a care facility, so there were boxes of their items, paperwork, books, tools, but no furniture. When I arrived back in WA to move my items I found debris, bugs, & extensive mouse or rat damage (urine and feces) on many top and side boxes, and gnawing into about 25 boxes. When I called office to complain and asked for someone to come over to the unit to view the issue... I was told on 3 different calls during my move out someone would be over...no person ever came to view the situation I was dealing with. In addition, I was told since I did not have insurance there was nothing I could do about it with them. AND also told it is my responsibility to come by once a month/quarter to review the contents and request a timely resolution, should I discover anything awry. When I asked how that could happen if you put things in storage because you would be out of the State or country during most of the time. No response from the person. Basically all my fault. I asked what is the extra money supposed to provide the customer? I Never received a word or sincere expression of compassion nor regret for my distress. I have had several other units in other cities, none Heated, also these were all exposed to exterior entry, yet experienced NO damage what so ever! (...well some dust on units I had over two years) At 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of Linden Park Heated Storage! I would never pay or trust this management or facility again... I have several pictures of the various stages of the move out to corroborate.

I arrived the night prior to my key not working on my storage unit lock and was told the office was closed and had to come back the next day, which is today December 29th. Had the manager try my keys and when she couldn't get them to work she decided the best action would be to drill the lock out and replace with a new one. After the lock was drilled I couldn't get the door to fully open on the unit and when I noticed my tv had been thrown into it the door I looked further in and seen everything in my unit thrown down. Everything was literally piled in the middle of the unit, I left well organized. After I got the door open all my shoes, clothes, shoes purses etc was gone. PLEASE BE AWARE AND CAUTIOUS IF YOU RENT A UNIT HERE.
