Only after she gave me a hard time about verifying my account when I shared information that was available when I couldn't readily get to my drivers license. She refused to let me verify my account in any other way before helping. Which after waiting and being stuck for 15 minutes, she should have recognized stress was already high and she refused to be helpful in recognizing that as she proceeded. Next time I'm calling the fire department to get me out because this took entirely too long and I was not handled with care or consideration. The customer service overall between no signage saying the gate was broken, not being able to reach the property manager, poor phone line management and being on the phone with someone who wanted to make my circumstances more difficult is why I will be reconsidering my options. Around two hours later the property manager called me apologizing and saying the laser beams weren't lined up on the gate and they had that issue the day prior. So again if they knew the exit gate wasn't opening or wasn't functioning properly the day before, why wasn't there any signage indicating that, what to do, or who to see or call to be let out? Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had anywhere when it comes to being stuck and not being able to rely on employees who should be able to handle it better. Wasn't offered a discount for a month or anything. What if I or someone with me had a medical emergency?? Whack, lame and money hungry. Public storage, DO BETTER.

Had Top Hat install a top-sealing damper on our fireplace/chimney just yesterday. To start, there…read morewas a bit of confusion on what time these fellas were supposed to arrive, as I was told 4:30pm, but they didn't show up until 6:15pm. After that slight confusion, they made pretty fast work of cleaning out the chimney and installing the damper up top (about an hour and a half install time). Hartley (the owner) is a knowledgable fellow and gives you all the information you may or may not need to ensure you're informed about what is going on in your home. (Energy and heat loss, money going straight from your furnace out the chimney if not properly sealed, etc.) They kept our living room really clean and laid down drop cloths before even walking in the house to ensure they didn't get soot or dirt anywhere. The cap and damper look really nice on our chimney from the outside as well! No complaints beside the timing confusion issue. Will probably use these guys again in the future for chimney related issues or repairs.
