My mistake for trying to save a few measly dollars. Neighboring units can peek into yours by pushing up ceiling insulation and looking over the walls. Don't use this place, pay the little extra money elsewhere.

Automatic rent increase. I was informed that just because my size is in high demand locally they can do that. For a place that none of the doors work with your code and you have to walk all the way around to gain access seems a bit off reach. My unit is a smaller to I can easily downsize but this is notification for future tenants to get assigned lease where increases cannot be done! I forget of mentioned I had only had the unit for 2 months before the doubled the rent!!!! Bait and switch is what they did!!! I am half tempted to contact the state to find out if this is illegal! It's amazing how much boxed up stuff we are able to put in this 7.5x10 foot unit. We've made three runs, two with packed truck and trailer, and there is still room for just about all of the rest we need to store. Lean and easy, and the covered unload area is great. Totally recommend.

When I came to the office to pick up the keys I found that the office is closed for the day. To reserve a U-Haul, you have to give your email and phone number so I would've appreciated if I got any sort of warning this would've happen. Now I'm out of a way to move all my stuff and am literally scrambling to find a solution because today was the only time I had to move everything. I am so disappointed and a little angry this is all happening. This may have been a very rare occasion on their part, but I will never come again and would recommend all my friends/family to look elsewhere.
