It's amazing how much boxed up stuff we are able to put in this 7.5x10 foot unit. We've made three runs, two with packed truck and trailer, and there is still room for just about all of the rest we need to store. Lean and easy, and the covered unload area is great. So for me to actually make a review that is negative.... It means that I've given this place not one chance but actually several! This is the worst place to get store YOUR Belongings! Do not do it. I had my storage for a few months, noticed mice droppings in the storage after a couple months. I reported it right away. They were apologetic and said they would get somebody on it. I went back three days later. Nothing happened and there's more droppings and now URINE! When I went to the front desk, there was a different woman at the desk I interrupted her on a personal call. She wouldn't even look at me. She wouldn't give me her manager's number or email. She said she can't get that information out. She said that they were going to have someone come and check it out but Company only comes out once a month for pest control. I explained , this is an emergency clearly there's rodents here that needs to be addressed . I was met with rolled eyes. I emailed the customer service department, they were actually very good! They Immediately escalated it to the managers so I was very hopeful. Unfortunately, my hope was short lived. I have been told they're doing everything to try to find out where the rodents are coming from. But in actuality, nothing has been done. It's been over a month . Nothing's been DONE! Now, several pieces of my nice wood furniture have been ruined and I have to go through my private HOME insurance. This is what secure space is banking on unless you purchased their own insurance..DO NOT WASTE ONE PENNY AT THIS PLACE!!!! I have given them too much time to fix this... I will be taking my stuff out of there! Just so you know, the ceilings are open with chicken wire. The rodents are getting in and jumping from storage to storage. I wish I would've noticed this before while I first renting this place. I hope I save somebody the heartache, stress and the money that I've had to deal with!!

Then the last 2 or 3 months all the sudden I go to pay and there is this new manager who tells me my rent is more then it ever has been and that my rates went up. Wtf? Not once in almost 2 years has it ever changed. So I was $10 short of the new amount, he asked me to ask my buddy in the car to borrow it and after midnight that night I would be charged an additional $70 late fee. I didn't have that much so I had to hustle up 2 months of rent which came out to be $300 extra from what I usually paid. 2 months rent was $900 when I've paid $306 for almost 2years. Im definitely moving my shit. It's so crazy cuz the original manager ran the storage like it should be ran then all the sudden this new guy comes in and fucks everything up and lies out of his ass. What a shame... And of course no response from the owner or management like every other review. This place or the new manager is fucked and for sure Rob is a piece of shit. The owners only response to my complaint is to advertise in my post. No solution, no explanation, that's the true abc mini storage and rob the manager. He's only about good reviews so he makes extra money. He don't care about long time customers. He's a piece of shit

I appreciate her making my horrible move doable and not so awful, I will continue to keep my storage needs at Daffodil storage Milton no matter where I live so long as Cherie is running the place.
