I had my storage for a few months, noticed mice droppings in the storage after a couple months. I reported it right away. They were apologetic and said they would get somebody on it. I went back three days later. Nothing happened and there's more droppings and now URINE! When I went to the front desk, there was a different woman at the desk I interrupted her on a personal call. She wouldn't even look at me. She wouldn't give me her manager's number or email. She said she can't get that information out. She said that they were going to have someone come and check it out but Company only comes out once a month for pest control. I explained , this is an emergency clearly there's rodents here that needs to be addressed . I was met with rolled eyes. I emailed the customer service department, they were actually very good! They Immediately escalated it to the managers so I was very hopeful. Unfortunately, my hope was short lived. I have been told they're doing everything to try to find out where the rodents are coming from. But in actuality, nothing has been done. It's been over a month . Nothing's been DONE! Now, several pieces of my nice wood furniture have been ruined and I have to go through my private HOME insurance. This is what secure space is banking on unless you purchased their own insurance..DO NOT WASTE ONE PENNY AT THIS PLACE!!!! I have given them too much time to fix this... I will be taking my stuff out of there! Just so you know, the ceilings are open with chicken wire. The rodents are getting in and jumping from storage to storage. Im definitely moving my shit. It's so crazy cuz the original manager ran the storage like it should be ran then all the sudden this new guy comes in and fucks everything up and lies out of his ass. I just moved here from Alaska I needed to get all of my belongings out of my car. I did a little…read morebit of shopping around online and found that Federal Way supreme that's kind of right in the middle of everybody pricewise. The website was a little bit difficult to understand all of the ins and outs, the sales, how to get a month free, so use the online chat feature. My questions were being answered in seconds. They made it very clear as to what the price structure would look like. On my arrival, I was incredibly pleased with my decision to go with this facility. It is brand new! Everything is bright and shiny, well lit, easy to get in and out of, with a very helpful staff. There was a ( one time) administration fee of $25 to establish my (month to month) contract and I had to purchase a special lock ($20) for the door. Those are the only surprises but both of them made sense. I didn't have a lock with me and I would've needed to buy one anyway. All in all, I'm glad that I wound up here. The shelf is incredibly helpful and went to good lengths to make sure that I understood what I was getting and that it was appropriate for my needs. As always, I reserve the fifth star for consistency. More to come.
