I then placed a call to schedule the delivery which was answered by a LIVE person who had just seen my online request. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". And they ACTUALLY followed through on their promise. They were kind, respectful, honest and prompt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNITS located in Kent, WA.

While reconfirming with "Larry", who pretended to be the owner of this storage facility, intentionally wasted my time, belittled me and told me "tough luck" about my car, to consider it gone and that he was finished with us, which was also all on a recorded line. This is after getting a 20 day eviction notice on April 29th dated April 15th and that I was to be out June 1st even though my rent wasn't due again until June 12th. They also think that www.certifiedmail.com is certified mail-which washington state law does not recognize. Save yourself the money, heartache and time by going somewhere else!!!

They do not honor web-posted prices (my unit is being advertised at $54/mo but they are charging me $80/mo). They do not return phone calls. The chat is useless as all they do is pass your information to the location so they can call you back (which they won't). Zero interest in customer satisfaction - 1000% interest in profit. UPDATE: got somebody to call me back to tell me why the website price is lower than what I'm paying. She said the "website price is to lure new customers and they will get a rate increase to match what I'm paying in six months." I mentioned that the website doesn't state any of this and she says they don't have to. Well, there you go.... buyer beware!

There were also live ants all over the floor. It was truly disgusting and with all the mouse feces it made most of the items in the unit unusable and basically trash. I don't know how long this unit has been sitting but almost every piece was covered in dozens of mouse feces and several items had been chewed through. There was no food in the unit whatsoever so nothing to draw the rodents and insects inside, I'm just guessing this is their standard conditions. If I were choosing a place to keep my items, I would not choose this storage unit location due to the infestations. I also will not be bidding on an auction at this location again.
