Dilapidated fence/barbed wire surround the premises. After my trailer along with 3 others were broken into and the contents robbed, the attitude of the management is that this happens quite often and it's not a big deal to them anymore. They had the "screw you" attitude and didn't even offer a free month or anything for the hassle. I quickly removed my trailer and placed it into another location with much better surveillance and customer service. For $10 more per month you get a lot more security and customer service at other nearby locations. I highly recommend to look at other storage options and skip this place. The single good review here by Megan F. is obviously a fake. The companies response below is also BS. They tell you all the things you want to hear when signing for space. They said they did nightly walking patrols but obviously they don't. They also said their cameras encompass the full property - not even close. How can thieves use torches and saws and the resident manager doesn't notice anything??? I'm suspicious of insider thievery here. Simply go somewhere else unless you enjoy a hassle.

She said that they were going to have someone come and check it out but Company only comes out once a month for pest control. I explained , this is an emergency clearly there's rodents here that needs to be addressed . I was met with rolled eyes. I emailed the customer service department, they were actually very good! They Immediately escalated it to the managers so I was very hopeful. Unfortunately, my hope was short lived. I have been told they're doing everything to try to find out where the rodents are coming from. But in actuality, nothing has been done. It's been over a month . Nothing's been DONE! Now, several pieces of my nice wood furniture have been ruined and I have to go through my private HOME insurance. This is what secure space is banking on unless you purchased their own insurance..DO NOT WASTE ONE PENNY AT THIS PLACE!!!! I have given them too much time to fix this... I will be taking my stuff out of there! Just so you know, the ceilings are open with chicken wire. The rodents are getting in and jumping from storage to storage. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day".
