The chat is useless as all they do is pass your information to the location so they can call you back (which they won't). Zero interest in customer satisfaction - 1000% interest in profit. UPDATE: got somebody to call me back to tell me why the website price is lower than what I'm paying. She said the "website price is to lure new customers and they will get a rate increase to match what I'm paying in six months." I then placed a call to schedule the delivery which was answered by a LIVE person who had just seen my online request. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". And they ACTUALLY followed through on their promise. They were kind, respectful, honest and prompt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNITS located in Kent, WA.

Willing to take the time to answer any questions I have. Yesterday I came in with my brother who needed a unit. He suffered multiple heart attacks and a stroke in 2024. Cognitively he is slower than he use to be. Navia took the time to walk him through the entire process and answer any questions he had. I spoke with my property manager who said my rate was the highest they have ever seen and did not know why it was so expensive, but offered to request a lower rate, which was denied within 2 hours. This company will not get a dime from me once I purchase a box (approximately $4000) (get it delivered approximately $2000) and unload the public storage unit, and save the $3000 i would pay over the next 12 months. !this is unbelievable but true.
