Another similar over-price was the cost of the $6 lock for the unit. Yes, I appreciated that they had a lock available and provided it, but at four or five times the cost. On the other hand, the people providing the service were very nice and professional. I do recommend this storage based upon my move in experience.

Asked for the regional manager to call me which I never heard from and yesterday I had to preschedule a freight delivery and when I showed up was unable to get in! Completely unacceptable! When I called they said theyd call me back in 30 minutes. 24 hours later I still havent heard from them! This storage facility seems to be going down hill! Do not recommend!

My bill is paid & up to date, yet my access code is no longer valid & I'm locked out of the facility. Don't rent from here! This isn't the 1st issue I've had. The guy lied to me about rates over the phone when I first called about renting. Showed up to sign up for a unit & was told by the other employee he shouldn't have told me that price & no way they'd rent for that. Had no choice because of my moving timeframe but to rent anyway. A firetruck showed up & asked about the guy in the break room who called. The guy who gave me a price & caused me to falsely come all the way there to rent a unit based on a lied about price, ended up being carted off by an ambulance while I'm doing paperwork with the woman. I don't know what his issue was, but I do know the paramedics (firetruck) kept asking if he was taking drugs & they were so unconcerned about the severity of the situation that they were making jokes about his name & being goofy while they waited for the ambulance. I'm still waiting outside to access the unit I PAID FOR with my personal belongings!!! - after driving an hour each way to get here, with a 1 year old. As I write this another person isn't getting in! Don't trust your personal belongings here!!!

So for me to actually make a review that is negative.... It means that I've given this place not one chance but actually several! This is the worst place to get store YOUR Belongings! Do not do it. I had my storage for a few months, noticed mice droppings in the storage after a couple months. I reported it right away. They were apologetic and said they would get somebody on it. I went back three days later. Nothing happened and there's more droppings and now URINE! When I went to the front desk, there was a different woman at the desk I interrupted her on a personal call. She wouldn't even look at me. She wouldn't give me her manager's number or email. She said she can't get that information out. She said that they were going to have someone come and check it out but Company only comes out once a month for pest control. I explained , this is an emergency clearly there's rodents here that needs to be addressed . I was met with rolled eyes. I emailed the customer service department, they were actually very good! They Immediately escalated it to the managers so I was very hopeful. Unfortunately, my hope was short lived. I have been told they're doing everything to try to find out where the rodents are coming from. But in actuality, nothing has been done. It's been over a month . Nothing's been DONE! Now, several pieces of my nice wood furniture have been ruined and I have to go through my private HOME insurance. This is what secure space is banking on unless you purchased their own insurance..DO NOT WASTE ONE PENNY AT THIS PLACE!!!! I have given them too much time to fix this... I will be taking my stuff out of there! Just so you know, the ceilings are open with chicken wire. The rodents are getting in and jumping from storage to storage. Beware of Mileage Overcharges at This U-Haul Location…read more I recently rented a U-Haul from this location and drove less than 20 miles total (verified by my own GPS and route tracking). I returned it without a problem until I saw the charge come through on my credit card which was more than double the estimated cost. When I brought this up, they said it was because the reported mileage was more than 5 times what I actually drive. The staff gave no clear explanation and couldn't help me beyond giving me a 800 number to dispute the charge. Just take care before renting from this business.

The clerk called me and told me I had to return the trailer early because someone booked it after us so we busted our butts to do so, we were going to be 15 minutes late to return it so I called to let them know and the clerk said "oh, well, the people who needed it after you decided to go somewhere else", he didn't call me and let me know nor did he care when I said it would have been nice for him to call me so I didn't have to waste so much gas to get there in time (Driving from Idaho). The clerk didn't apologize for our experience he just acted like he didn't give a care and said "take it up with UHAUL" . The customer service at this place is sorely lacking. If I could give my experience -5 stars I would.

We gave them a date of when we wanted to stop our service and since it was less than the full 2nd month, they gave us back a few bucks to compensate. The storage facility is very secured. Its a one code to use thats easy to memorize as its your own code to get into the facility, out of the facility, and use the elevator. Unfortunately when youre moving things out and into the elevator, its timed. So you have to rush to use the code, get yourself into the elevator, and click that floor button. Side note: there is limited parking inside so if youre having a lot of people help you, be mindful.
