I had my storage for a few months, noticed mice droppings in the storage after a couple months. I reported it right away. They were apologetic and said they would get somebody on it. I went back three days later. Nothing happened and there's more droppings and now URINE! When I went to the front desk, there was a different woman at the desk I interrupted her on a personal call. She wouldn't even look at me. She wouldn't give me her manager's number or email. She said she can't get that information out. She said that they were going to have someone come and check it out but Company only comes out once a month for pest control. I explained , this is an emergency clearly there's rodents here that needs to be addressed . I was met with rolled eyes. I emailed the customer service department, they were actually very good! They Immediately escalated it to the managers so I was very hopeful. Unfortunately, my hope was short lived. I have been told they're doing everything to try to find out where the rodents are coming from. But in actuality, nothing has been done. It's been over a month . Nothing's been DONE! Now, several pieces of my nice wood furniture have been ruined and I have to go through my private HOME insurance. This is what secure space is banking on unless you purchased their own insurance..DO NOT WASTE ONE PENNY AT THIS PLACE!!!! I have given them too much time to fix this... I will be taking my stuff out of there! Just so you know, the ceilings are open with chicken wire. The rodents are getting in and jumping from storage to storage. I wish I would've noticed this before while I first renting this place. I hope I save somebody the heartache, stress and the money that I've had to deal with!!

I then placed a call to schedule the delivery which was answered by a LIVE person who had just seen my online request. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". And they ACTUALLY followed through on their promise. They were kind, respectful, honest and prompt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNITS located in Kent, WA.

She said the "website price is to lure new customers and they will get a rate increase to match what I'm paying in six months." Summary: Slightly dingy, but otherwise great public storage!…read more I went online to check out prices, and they seemed pretty reasonable (I believe it was quoted $143 a month for a 10' x 15' room on the first floor in a climate controlled in-door storage room with the first month being $1). I went directly into the office and met with Linda. She showed me the facility and took me to the unit that fit what I wanted. To get to any of the units you have to enter a passcode, and then each unit is locked with a standard key lock (or lock that you bring yourself). The facility is a little dingy, but not unclean. There are also push carts that you can check-out, though they are also on the dingy side (no extra cost for these, but can only be checked out when staff is on-site during normal business hours (up until 5 PM at this location)). The room itself was spacious, and probably about 7' tall. She quoted me around $160 for the room, as the $143 was online only. I did have to make a reservation online in order to get the $143 price, which was a little obnoxious (why not just honor that in-store?), but it only took a few extra minutes. It was super easy to set everything up such as auto-pay and authorization for other people to access to the unit, all done from the tablet they have at the front desk. There is also a $24 one-time administration fee, and there was a one-time fee of $21 to use their provided lock. You also have to buy monthly insurance (ranges from $3000 coverage for $11, which I took, up to $5000 for $31 a month). It is very odd that they encourage not to keep valuables there, even with insurance. I dropped off the first load a few days after signing the agreement. Pretty easy to get to my unit, though there is no map on the first floor for some reason, so you might get lost the first couple times you're in there. It can also be a chore getting the push cart through some of the doors, as the doors close pretty fast. Overall, happy with the rental so far!

Nearly $5000 blown on nothing, and Public Storage offered me 2 months free! It's outrageous that they only offered me 2 months free, rather than giving me an apology and a refund!! If you choose to do business with this flaky outfit, be sure to measure your unit to ensure you get what you pay for. Protect yourself, because that's not what they do! They're just here to take your money and smile. I will NEVER rent from these people again, and I would advise you to keep searching. There is NO integrity here at all!

Raven delivered our container on time and did a fantastic job. This is our second time using PODS, and so far everything has gone as expected. The first time, they delivered the container, our movers loaded it with household items, and PODS transported it to our new location out of state. When we were ready, we called to schedule delivery. Prices vary depending on the container size, number of containers, and how long you keep it in storage. One thing that helped during loading was using ratchet straps to secure items inside the container.

Fees were never disclosed upfront. 2) Both containers arrived over two weeks late due to internal PODS issues. 3) We spent nearly 7 hours across 17 calls trying to coordinate and get answers. Every time we spoke with someone, the story changed. 4) Despite being told repeatedly that PODS would work with us on a resolution, they went silent. We eventually pursued a dispute with our credit card company. This company doesn't deserve your time or your money.
