So for me to actually make a review that is negative.... It means that I've given this place not one chance but actually several! This is the worst place to get store YOUR Belongings! Do not do it. I had my storage for a few months, noticed mice droppings in the storage after a couple months. I reported it right away. They were apologetic and said they would get somebody on it. I went back three days later. Nothing happened and there's more droppings and now URINE! When I went to the front desk, there was a different woman at the desk I interrupted her on a personal call. She wouldn't even look at me. She wouldn't give me her manager's number or email. She said she can't get that information out. She said that they were going to have someone come and check it out but Company only comes out once a month for pest control. I explained , this is an emergency clearly there's rodents here that needs to be addressed . I was met with rolled eyes. I emailed the customer service department, they were actually very good! They Immediately escalated it to the managers so I was very hopeful. Unfortunately, my hope was short lived. I have been told they're doing everything to try to find out where the rodents are coming from. But in actuality, nothing has been done. It's been over a month . Nothing's been DONE! Now, several pieces of my nice wood furniture have been ruined and I have to go through my private HOME insurance. This is what secure space is banking on unless you purchased their own insurance..DO NOT WASTE ONE PENNY AT THIS PLACE!!!! I have given them too much time to fix this... I will be taking my stuff out of there! Just so you know, the ceilings are open with chicken wire. The rodents are getting in and jumping from storage to storage. I then placed a call to schedule the delivery which was answered by a LIVE person who had just seen my online request. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". And they ACTUALLY followed through on their promise. They were kind, respectful, honest and prompt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNITS located in Kent, WA.

The first…read moreperson we spoke with to schedule our move made some mistakes in the process, but when we called to remedy the problem and change our move date, we spoke with a man named Carlos, who involved management to remedy the problem and have our rates reduced, and he also seamlessly moved our service dates without a hitch. He was kind and patient and extremely helpful. We received our Pod, as expected, with a phone call 15 minutes prior to delivery. When our delivery driver Jodi arrived with the Pod, we had a neighbor out there screaming about us receiving a Pod, and we had to involve our apartment manager, and Jodi was patient and kind while we resolved the issue. Our Pod was shipped across the country, and delivered without any delays and with full communication from the delivery drivers, who were kind and efficient. While our two large flat screen TVs both broke in transit, we recognize that it was our mistake in how we packed them, and not the fault of the company. We will be moving back across country again within five years, and fully intend to use Pods moving company again.
