Although she was told that we did not need their services as we had already decided on another company she visited multiple times to hard sell her services. She would not take no for an answer and it was to the level of harassment. After she was told no for the final time, we received a call from Washington L&I regarding a call they received about improper asbestos-related work in our home. We had already tested the home to confirm that there was no asbestos related materials. This resulted in additional work and headache for us to refute this false report. During this disastrous time for me and my family, most of the people we have interacted with have been extremely helpful and understanding. It is unfortunate that there are some people out there who want to take advantage of our misfortune. I do not want an apology or any contact from your business. I want you to stop doing this to people, especially people who are trying to recover from a disaster. P.S. if you are an employee of this business, know that we have video monitoring of our property including of your visits. It will be difficult for you to pretend that you did not continue visiting our home even after you were told no repeatedly. The trucker turned out to be a complete liar, which we learned when so much of our stuff was waterlogged. Good thing the movers at our final destination (Washington state) took video of water pouring into the truck in the rain. During the move into our new place I tried to get hold of Bellhop via phone (AI assistant- super annoying, didn't result in a call for 5-6 hours) and text. They completely dropped the ball. By a miracle, our stuff arrived in ok shape, even though the boxes were soaked. I only filed a claim for an expensive linen lampshade, even though we did end up with some scratches on the furniture. I asked to be warm transferred to a manager, meaning the rep would fill the manager in on the details of the call. After holding for 42 minutes I spoke with a supposed supervisor who basically said tough luck, pick it up at the depot tomorrow. I explained to her that I was very disappointed in their overall performance again and insisted they actually attempt to deliver my package tomorrow; I shouldn't have to burn fuel because the delivery driver was unable to do his job. The package was set or for delivery at 8am today and at 1656 it was postponed as an attempted delivery. Inadequate to say the very least! We'll see what happens tomorrow‍. It's Tuesday, as you can see, more incompetence! Just because there's a wifi decal on the sensor doesn't mean you're required to have a key card or fob, illuminate the keypad and enter the code from the delivery instructions!! I spoke to Jason and Steve who is the owner of the company. They ensure me that the quote is accurate and no other tax or fee will be added. They told me not to worry and everything will be straight forward and smooth transaction. Obviously not happening after the crew finish the work. The crew start working at 9am and finish at 12:10am and then call the office for the final charge. The move is from Storage to unload at residential home. I thought it would be easy and smooth transaction. Just labors and truck. Nothing complicate. The branch manager call for the total of 1235$ which combine all fee that is not even in the quote. I believe this is a Shady and scandalous way of doing business. I should believed some other bad review on yelps and Google. At the end they lower the price to 1081$. The calculation that I got from my calculation is 3hours and 10 Mins + 1 hour of travel fee = $950. I didn't use any of packing material. I only use the labors+truck. This actuall pisses me off. I just paid them 1081$ just to get it over with. The only good thing about this transaction is Erick and his crews are very curtious and polite. They work fast. I have another loading coming in from out of state. I think I better use any other company. They promised me of 10% discount. You have to be crazy to use them again.
