    The following email sums up my experience with Established Moving and Storage. They never responded despite my repeated attempts to follow up. -- Hello, I hired Established Moving and Storage on Dec. 19th to transport items from my home in ***** to [a place just a few miles away]. I'm requesting reimbursement because the move took longer than expected and damaged my house. First, Established Moving gave me an estimate that misrepresented the actual cost of the move. After I described a list of specific items over the phone, I was told that a 2-man crew could complete the job in ~2 hours. When the movers arrived, I did a walk-through, and they confirmed the 2-hour estimate. In reality, the job took most of the day, costing $900, because the movers had to search for tools and bring another worker. Second, the movers left serious dents in the walls surrounding my stairs as they transported heavy items. I'm attaching photos of the damage along with photos that my realtor took prior to the move, which show the house in good condition. I understand that accidents happen, but I'm requesting reimbursement because the job took much longer than expected and the damage to my walls will be expensive to repair.

    Very disappointed . $2,000 later and my sons tv was broken in the move. Even though the amount doubled from the quote they gave me, that wasn't the main disappointment. Steve was in touch with me until I messaged day of move and after. I had a few questions. For instance , the movers didn't want to move empty fish aquarium. Things were thrown in boxes with no padding. Lamps upside down. My sons tv was broken from the move. I messaged Steve and I have yet to receive a message or reply from anyone. Hard to find good movers and this is a shame because I won't use their services ever again. And I wouldn't recommend them. I will also add that the movers took no covid precautions. Only 1 out of the 3 wore mask. They also used my children's restroom at our new house without asking. There was no soap or anything in that bathroom. If they would've asked I would've let them use the main bathroom Downstairs . I had no idea my daughter actually mentioned it to me . Again, if Steve Horowitz would have returned my text it would've been nice regarding broken television.

    I hired Established Moving & Storage and the customer service was great right up to when I paid them. Within 5 minutes of them leaving my new house after the move I noticed my headboard for my bed was damaged and I immediately called to notify them. I was told they would take care of the issue immediately and to email relax@establishedmoving.com. I did this and included photos. That same day I turned on my TV for the first time and also notice that was damaged on the screen. I sent another email notifying them of the broken TV. A few days went by and I didn't hear anything so I contacted them and was told Mitchell (General Manager) is in charge of claims and would call me tomorrow. Mitchell never called so I reached out again and Steve told me he would call me tomorrow. Steve never called so I reached out again. This time I spoke with a very rude gentleman who was extremely defensive when I explained I felt like I was getting the runaround. He told me he would email the claims form tomorrow or by Monday at the very latest. Monday arrived and still had not seen the email with claims form. I called again and a woman told me Steve was busy and that she promises the claims form would be sent that day. I did not receive it as promised. This company will purposely dodge you in hopes that you will let it go. I filed a complaint with the BBB and that actually prompted an apologetic email from Mitchell (General Manager). He formally sent be a legal document saying they'd pay $375 and this would paid within 30 days. I accepted the offer even though that doesn't even cover an 1/8th of what they damaged, but to this day I have not received compensation or communication from Mitchell. He's ghosted. I paid a $1,508 total for the move. I also tipped the movers $120, which I now feel like was not deserved at all. This company was very responsive and friendly when they wanted my business. Now they have horrible customer service and act nothing like the company I originally hired in the beginning. BEWARE and look elsewhere. See attached for the email from Mitchell saying he'll compensate me. He's never responded to the five follow up emails I sent him since then.

Pricing seems fair for the area and it is an ample size. Service here has always been pretty kind the few times that I've needed help, and they've always been super responsive if I need help getting payment links reset or changed. Parking lot here is a little on the small side but I've never been here when it's been crazy busy. They also have dollies to use which is always helpful for getting things to and from my car! Will definitely continue to give them my storage business as a result of years of positive experiences! It's a little farther than I would like, but it's easily accessible when I'm on my way up to Seattle anyways, so I make it work.

For the first several years, things were fine -- mostly because of Nicole, the former manager who actually cared and knew what she was doing. I also had 24-hour access, which was essential for me because I store expensive tools I use for work. I got this unit specifically because of that 24/7 access. But once Nicole left, everything went downhill -- fast. Suddenly my on-time payments weren't being recognized, and I started getting flooded with emails and calls claiming I hadn't paid. Totally false. Then came the spotty access. Sometimes I'd get off work and be locked out of my unit for no reason (code wouldn't work). For someone who depends on secure, reliable access -- this was a nightmare. I had always paid at the end of the pay cycle -- and Nicole never had an issue with that. But after years of doing things the same way, I decided to adjust my payment date to avoid the drama. I even paid extra to cover the shift in date. What happened? I showed up, and my unit was locked. To top it off, the new guy working there had a major attitude problem. Didn't explain anything, didn't apologize -- just walked over, unlocked my unit in silence, and walked away like I was the problem. For the last 2.5 years, it's been pure chaos. Constant employee turnover, staff who don't know what they're doing, and a total lack of customer service. It's like they're running a revolving door operation over there. I've since moved to a much better storage facility -- indoors, cleaner, more professional, and half the price. I should have left years ago. Until Storage One at Benson gets its act together and starts hiring competent, respectful staff, do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. If you value peace of mind, reliability, and decent customer service, this is NOT the place for you.

The UHAUL online reservation system really needs some UX review / user testing. Does not work intuitively or follow user logic at all 2. I selected mobile check in for a time before the location opened but when I got there the website told me I had to wait for the location to open. Jammed up my plans. 3. The moment the location opened, there was a sign on the door saying the attendant stepped away with a phone number to call. The number was not answered. 4. When I returned the van the location was closed for lunch with no advance notice of that, and no drop box. I just left the van and left. In all, total lack of focus on customer experience.

    This is regarding renting a U-Haul at this location. I rented a box truck. When I arrived, no one…read morewas in the office and I had to wait 30 minutes for the office person to get there. Then I had to check myself in for the truck via texts sent to my phone. The check engine light was on. The tires were bald. I put a penny in the groove and the tread had less than 1/8" left. I did this for all four tires. I had to go on 405 during a rainstorm and twice the truck hit water and tried to skid into the guard rail. I didn't have a choice about not taking the truck as it was the only one and I had to pick up furniture on that day or it would be put back on the floor. Also, the driver's seat adjustment didn't work. I received and returned the truck 3/4 full. I drove 17 miles. I took before and after pictures of the gauges. Even though I gassed the truck up, I was charged for 6 gallons of gas. The paperwork shows the gauge said 1/2 full when I returned but I took pictures that show otherwise. That would mean this truck got 2.8 miles per gallon, for a 10-foot box truck. This is unacceptable. They are not answering the phone so I can't talk to anyone about this. They told me if I had issues with the truck to call U-Haul, I can't get through to them either. This truck is not safe and the gas situation is shady. The only reason for two stars is that it is U-Haul's decision to put a dangerous truck on the road. It was the Tukwila Storage who wasn't there and made the decision to charge for gas that was fraudulant.
