I walked in here and the restaurant was extremely dirty and very poorly maintained. It looked like a high school cafeteria but dirtier. That was enough for me to leave thinking how they must handle the food. 2 stars for location and large parking lot shared with other stores.

Soooo first off this resultant needs to change their name on yelp as well as door dash ..they are both different names and was very confusing I got the chick pho my boyfriend got steak and we shared shrimp spring rolls... The broth was pretty good but very very oily like prefect hangover food if that's what your looking for. The spring rolls were mostly lettuce then shrimp which was kind of annoying to get a mouth full of lettuce. I'd give like 6.5/10

Food was hot and tasted good. I'd like to go back and actually have the pho.. we just stopped to have a quick app and coffee. The Vietnamese iced coffee was amazing! So good.. I can't believe I didn't really get a photo.. service was friendly but the waitress never really came back to us once the food was served. It's a nice place overall, it was pretty empty for a 2pm weekday.

Being from Seattle Im pretty picky with all Asian cuisine, especially Vietnamese Filipino Thai and Japanese style from living in SE Asia for 12 years. Once you've been there and experience authentic cuisine, most Americanised versions leave a lot to be desired. This cute, clean and friendly Pho establishment is impressive in both quality and customer service at a great price. The flavor of the Pho' broth was rich and not too salty The Taro Boba was spot on, and Sophie the waitress was friendly and inviting. Ill be back tomorrow for vermicelli bowl for lunch and see how it fares

The Pho is very good, should try it more! The service very quick and clean. The decorations is chill and lovely environments.

Nice local spot off of 7th street and Thunderbird Road, in the Moon Valley neighborhood. Location has been around for about two years. The place inside is very modern with a lot of natural lighting. You order up front and get your order dropped off at your table. If you like Pho of all kinds and flavors, the options are endless. I went with the PT Pho, which included brisket meat mixed with sprouts, noodles and basil. It was during lunchtime and it came out quickly. The homemade tea was also tasty. Now I have a local Vietnamese spot! Cheers.

The food was amazing, the service was great, the music was jamming, and we were the only ones in there...best time ever! We will definitely be back. The spring rolls were - chef's kiss!

NOT $17.00 worth of calamari. This is $8.00 worth of calamarI.

Unfortunately, I have to downwardly revise my review rating, based on an awful and dishonest experience we had with a dark-haired female employee on Monday night, August 31st, around 6:00 pm. My husband, son and I are frequent customers and we usually order the same few dishes -- wings with sweet chili sauce, vermicelli bowl with shrimp, chicken pho, and crispy calamari, and Buddha beers. So Monday, the three of us decided to do takeout, so we ordered all the above (minus the beers), but with TWO orders of calamari, instead of the one order we usually get. Our adult son James placed the online order and drove over to pick up the food. He cash-tipped the dark-haired female and drove the order back to our house. When we unpacked the food, there were only four containers (not five). We opened them all up and saw that there was only one order of calamari. This PT PHO location is not answering their phones anymore -- (see other reviews complaining about this) -- so James drove back to the restaurant to get the missing calamari order. He came back angry and empty-handed. Apparently, the young girl that originally handed him our shorted order said, "Oh, no, we put both calamari orders in one container." WHAT????!!!!!!!! Now, we've been coming here since they opened, and continued to patronize this business by frequently ordering takeout throughout the pandemic. WE KNOW WHAT A SINGLE ORDER OF CALAMARI LOOKS LIKE, since we have ordered them many times in the past here. What was packed up for us (see photo) was A SINGLE ORDER, not a double. What we received was not $17.00 calamari, like we paid for. We got $8.00 calamari, and paid $17, plus a cash tip for it. The lying and/or laziness of this employee is outrageous, insulting and totally unacceptable. As I have said on other reviews.........people are going to remember which businesses took care of them during the pandemic, and which businesses blatantly screwed them over. This experience falls in the latter category. The manager should contact me to remedy the situation, if they would like us to continue as customers.

This is what they serve as $17 special hot and spicy Phó.

I'm offended that Phó is advertised. I ordered the #14a special hot & spicy Phó. It was neither hot nor spicy. And it's a stretch to call it Phó. It's advertised as having brisket & steak. Not sure what the slice provided was, but there was just the slice. The noodles were refrigerator cold. The broth was not remotely spicy and was moderately warm in temperature. I think it was just water and some seasoning for color because it was flavorless. Instead of basil, cilantro, lime, green onion, & jalapeño, there was lettuce. I've never seen Phó served with lettuce. That's not a thing. They charged $17 for this.

Wonderful food and great service. Tom was excellent! Thank you for taking care of our last minute family birthday party with 10+ ppl. We will be back!

All the sauces are important to have with pho. It makes every bite unique

I've served in restaurants for 20 years, at elite places such as, Hillstone along with Chelsea's Kitchen and Buck and Rider, and I am appalled by the behavior of the staff tonight. I discourage anyone from coming into this place. The service is underrated. And as a paying customer, enjoying a meal with a friend, I am very disturbed that they would kick us out before closing time. This lady walks around and says "closed, closed" and starts turning off all the lights. I said "Oh the website says you close at 10pm" and the lady with the top knot bun and glasses said "yeah, but no one is in here so we are closed." Ummm we were in there. Poor hospitality on their part. Not worth it. Go somewhere else. Sushi Michi on 16th st & Bethany, or Full Moon Izakaya Sushi and Ramen, is way better and they don't close earlier because they didn't have any walkins at the point, nor do they kick people out before closing time. Also when we left a car had just pulled up to grab dinner. Turning away customers is poor ethics on behalf of Cherry Blossom. No wonder no one goes here and everything is so out dated. ALSO I had asked for a wine sample to decide which wine I wanted and our waitress said "we don't do samples". Okay well every other restaurant I've been to and worked at has samples. What a way to miss a sale. Wine was $15 a glass. Wouldn't you want that to improve your check average? These people are turning away money. So sad

Still we took it and I'm glad that we did. First let's start with the bad. Parking here sucks!!!! Drinks are so unique and flavorful. We tried the Temple T and the Roselle, yes. The Thai Tea is a classic. Not sure what the energy version is. For appetizers we tried the Dumplings, Mussels, Moo ping. I'd hold on the dumplings even tho they might be recommended. The mussels are in a Thai curry sauce. And the moo ping was the softest but not chewiest I've ever had. Good portions. For the entree, we tried the Chicken Pad Thai and the Panang Curry with braised beef. The star of the show was def the Panang Curry. It's small for an entree portion. It comes with rice. So we had to order another. But the flavors are there. We saved room for dessert bc it was a Mango Sticky Rice. Everything was good. But it made us miss home.

The atmosphere is super classy and cute, with great date-night vibes. Parking can be a little limited with the English pub next door, but it's definitely worth a stop. We started with a few of their buns. The pork belly was my favorite, but the fried chicken and meatball were both very good! For dinner, we ordered the fried rice, XO noodles, and shaking beef. The beef was a little more well done than I prefer, but everything was packed with flavor. Portions were generous, presentation was beautiful, and overall, the food was delicious. Most dishes averaged around $20, which felt very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. And a special shoutout to Keith - his service was fantastic throughout the entire meal! Great atmosphere, flavorful food, generous portions, and excellent service. We'll definitely be back!

I usually have the Pork Tonkatsu ramen, Katsu sando, and Krazy Fries and everyday I'm away from Phoenix I CRAVE these so badly. Amazing and ambitious flavor combos that all fit so well together. We were a party of 12 visiting on vacation, and none of us are from the area. We ordered spam musubi and a chicken skewer as appetizers. Both appetizers arrived well after our entrees had already been served and we had essentially finished eating. Each time we asked about them, we were repeatedly told, "They're coming." Mind you, these are simple appetizers that should not take anywhere near that long to prepare. When we asked for the third time, we finally asked that the appetizers be cancelled since we had already finished our meal. At that point, the gentleman working the front area , tall, with red hair, loudly yelled from across the restaurant, in an extremely rude and confrontational tone, "It's already on the grill!" There was absolutely no reason to speak to paying customers that way. His response was unprofessional, unnecessary, and honestly created a very hostile and uncomfortable feeling during what should have been an enjoyable dinner, especially while our group was on vacation and simply trying to enjoy a meal together. When the appetizers eventually came out, we left them sitting there because we were already done eating and ended up taking them to go. He eventually told us they would be removed from the bill, which we appreciated, but that did not excuse the way the situation was handled. Again, the food was good, but good food does not make up for poor service and especially not for an employee speaking to customers in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. Management should seriously address how customers are treated, because the interaction with this particular employee overshadowed what could have otherwise been a good dining experience for our party of 12.
