Went here on a Sunday around 11am. It was pretty busy. Staff were nice and welcoming. I sat at a high table to charge my phone and it was wobbly. The two tables next to it were wobbly as well. Sucks when there isn't a lot of seating available because it's busy that there are so many of the tables that are not stable. I got an iced pumpkin latte and I wasn't impressed. It had an orange twirl in it and the flavor from that overpowered the pumpkin. It tasted more like a spiced orange latte. The spices from the bottom of the cup also flew to the back of my throat so that was off putting. I like sitting in here and reading so I did that for a bit but I was disappointed with my drink this time around. Lastly, the water station was not tended to. There was one glass available and the area for collecting dishes was overfilled. It just wasn't as clean and organized as I'm used to seeing.
The space itself is beautiful - very open, full of natural light, and covered in plants which gave it such a bright, inviting vibe. I also loved that they carry items from local vendors like Noble Bread and Bagelfields. I came in hoping to get some work done, but the wifi was unfortunately very slow and made it hard to get much done. The staff weren't very personable or welcoming. As for the coffee, it was okay, but I'd try something different if I returned. Overall, I enjoyed the vibe but I personally wouldn't return as a work spot. Good place to read a book or catch up with a friend.
Thoroughly enjoyed this place. Got a recommended ro check this place out and thankful for the suggestion. The space is absolutely beautiful. I ordered the Matcha Latte snd chocolate chip almond cookie and was able to get work done and met some really nice employees. Milan and his colleague Carson who were attentive and friendly. Since I used my own Hotspot I did not have to worry about the time limits given for wifi. Other Yelpers shared it was difficult to find since its in a unmarked building but I found it ok. Maybe the heads up helped me know what to look for. Loved how airy, light, and green the space was. The live plants were everywhere. There is a great amount of seating options. Whether its a casual coffee, lunch or hard-core study session it has a spot for all.
Provision was my hot spot when I was in college. I loved going there to work on school, listen to lectures, etc. The coffee is the highlight of this place as well as a few food items on the menu. Went back to enjoy some coffee and a light snack before heading back to work. Service has always been polite and quick. Overall a good place to enjoy some you time or time with friends.
Visited Provision for the first time in a couple years, and it was well worth the drive from the East valley! Provision revamped their menu since I last patronized a few years back, and that was just one part of how impressed I was. We ordered the Steak Sandwich (+ side of spiced potatoes) and the Protein Bowl. Both were SUPER yummy and filling, but the bowl knocked it out of the park with the seasoning, flavors and textures of all the elements. I'm excited to go back to Provision to get another protein bowl! Very fairly priced for the quality, as well. As for the drinks, we ordered a matcha latte (oat milk) and a cold brew (+ whole milk + sugar free vanilla). The matcha is SO good - it's a ceremonial grade matcha mixed with raw honey. The oat milk was a perfect cream addition + the microfoam on top makes me think they put a lot of love into making this! The cold brew had a good umami taste (I know - different for a cold brew), and the proportions of the foam + cream + syrup + cold brew were PERFECT! Our only gripe is that we wish the servings were larger. The barista who took our order was very patient with us and answered all our questions. He was great with directions and was very friendly. As for provision, if you haven't been before, it's dual-level with seating of all sorts on two floors. There's a lot of parking outside (because it's inside an office building), and easy to find.
In terms of space and seating, it is sufficient, but it does get crowded over the weekend, so keep that in mind. For the food, it's overpriced, and the matcha is decent to me. I will come here for reading and resetting purposes, but not to buy their food.
If you saw my review of Sophia's, you know I was blown away by their cappuccino--and the secret was the beans! Today, I went straight to the source: Provision on Missouri. This place is the epitome of quality in a stunning, shared-office architectural marvel. The Unique Detail: Provision has a dynamic I haven't seen anywhere else. It's an open-floor plan with a gorgeous second-floor loft space and lush, strategically placed plants that make the whole room breathe. It's part of a shared creative office space, which gives it this "productive-yet-relaxed" energy. The Atmosphere: We come here for study sessions every week! On Thursday nights, the trivia crowd descends. I'm not a trivia person myself, but I absolutely love the buzzing atmosphere while I sit and read. The Sip of the Tour: I drove all the way here for one reason: the Cappuccino. Why? Because they simply have the best-tasting coffee of my tour so far. It is the gold standard for my "plain cappuccino" test. The "Craft" Factor: Beyond the beans, they have a full cocktail bar with reasonably priced craft cocktails. I've had dinner here a few times too--their simple salad with chicken is exactly what I look for: healthy, fresh, and consistently pleasing. I swing by here whenever I'm in the area. It's officially the benchmark for flavor on this tour! Return Factor: 100% #PHXCoffeeShopTour #1CupAtATime
Perhaps one of the coolest coffee shops I've ever been to!! It's crazy l how much Phoenix has changed since I left 8 years ago and I would never expected finding a coffee shop in commercial office building. The vibe and the interior of this place is insane and I wish it would have been there when I just used to live minutes away in this great neighborhood!
One of my favorite coffee shops in central Phoenix! It's one of the most aesthetically-pleasing places to be, with floor to ceiling windows at the front of the shop. Lots of plants all around and has a relaxing vibe. It's always busy when I go with people studying, socializing, and eating. The coffee shop hosts events as well as weekly trivia on Thursday nights. They sell items near the entrance of small businesses. They have lots of food options ranging from breakfast to lunch items. All the breakfast items I've had have been good and they also have some vegan egg and sausage options as well. They have a fruit and cheese danish that is to die for! As for their drinks, everything is good. They rotate specialty drinks but have some long standing classics as well. I usually get a matcha but their lattes are good as well. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. I once had a latte that I really didn't enjoy and the team was kind enough to remake it for me and add a little extra syrup. They also have lots of parking. Overall it's a good place to enjoy drinks and food, study or WFH, and hang with friends.
I was reeled into this place because it was painted all over people's Instagram stories so I knew I had to give it a shot myself. I was immediately impressed by the high ceilings and beautiful plants. Their iconic entrance is even better in person. I appreciate that there are 2 stories and a good amount of seating on both floors. There's also some seating outdoors. The place itself is a great spot to work, study, or hang out with friends. There are high chairs, normal chairs, and booths to choose from which is nice as someone who is oddly picky with seating. They also have outlets! In terms of food and service, I'm not well versed with coffee so I didn't know what to get and asked some questions. The cashier didn't have a very welcoming attitude towards me after that. The price is on the higher end as well for coffee that didn't leave a significant impression on me.
We are first timers. We came on a Sunday afternoon. The place was a little difficult to find - there isn't a large sign to be easily seen from the road. Once inside it's very spacious and has two levels of seating area. They were friendly and quick to make our drinks. I got the honey lavender latte. The coffee is strong and flavorful.
I got the avocado toast which was decent, stuff is expensive for sure, it had an uncalled for sweetness; otherwise creamy and salty. I got bacon with it which was salty and crispy . The guy taking my order at the front was not all too helpful and it seemed like my lack of knowledge towards the establishment bothered him. The inside is loud, open and bright. they keep a clean space for sure, but its a surface level quality of construction to be honest.
This is a beautiful place to start your day! The high ceilings and window-wall brings in so much natural light. The murals inside and greenery add to the natural setting. You can feel the energy and effort the proprietor put into the having the perfect ambience. We came on a Saturday afternoon and inside was bustling with patrons. There's a second floor but that was full so we settled in a long communal table in the center. You order at the counter (there a baked goods in the display case) and get a round buzzer to pick up at the other end. We ordered a Habanero mocha and a honey lavender latte with oat milk. The temp of the latte could've been hotter but the sweetness and spice was well balanced. The habanero mocha had a slight kick but not overpowering so don't let the name intimidate you.

LOVE the ambiance and atmosphere in here! So spacious and beautiful with the plants. The staff was very friendly. The only reason I wouldn't rate this 5 stars is because my lavender latte with tip was $12. The lattes start around $8-$10 which is kinda crazy to me. So price wise it is definitely on the higher side- but other then that I generally really Loved my time here :) read more

I finally made it! I've been seeing this place on my instagram feed for over a year. However since it wasn't near downtown or Scottsdale I don't often find myself in this part of town. It is located across the street from the Mercantile (the sister store of the one in old town). However from the outside it looks like a large grey corporate building and there are no obvious signs out on the street or on the building. Funny story I actually went to the other Provision location first. (there are 2) It is a 10 minute drive away and although a pleasant atmosphere, I wanted to experience the two story open three story ceiling, plants and paintings of this location. I came Thursday at lunch time. The owner was at the cash register himself. I recognized him from his yelp photo, he said he forgot it was on there. He was very friendly and went over the menus with me. The kitchen isn't always open, but they have expanded the hours to 8-4pm on weekdays. I went with the matcha green tea latte and the avocado toast. Both were delicious. I was hesitant as to how spicy the honey siracha seasoning would be, but it was just right. It was busy on the week day but there was still seating downstairs. All of the booths and tables upstairs were occupied. read more
Came here early to work. It gets really crowded after lunch time on a weekday so the morning start helped get us great seats upstairs! Unfortunately, they lacked in outlets, which made it difficult to work with. Also, the WiFi didn't seem very safe, we got multiple warnings from our work laptops. Other than that, this place is famous for its ambiance. The beautiful decor and architecture feels modern and open. The plant wall offers a more organic contrast to the warehouse vibes. I also like that there's no loud music playing like many coffeehouses, which allows for better conversation and focus. The coffee was great! The flavors were welll done. I would totally come again! read more

Very beautiful two story coffee shop. Lots of natural light from the glass windows and tall ceilings. Loved my Passionfruit Caramel iced latte. Service was friendly. Barista was nice and the bartender (Noah) was great! A negative is that they were packed on a Sunday afternoon, so no more seating unless you're getting a drink at the bar (so I put my latte aside, and got a shot to have a seat). But all tables were taken downstairs and upstairs. Another negative is that they are cashless. read more

Drove out to Phoenix to meet up with some friends at this coffee shop, and it did not disappoint! There's a parking lot out front with tons of parking, so parking your car here isn't an issue. When you walk inside, the place is super bright and welcoming due to the ceiling high windows and beautiful plants. The place is two stories, and although there are a lot of seats, this place was pretty crowded on a weekday so seating was limited, especially if you wanted a seat next to an outlet. I didn't get a chance to try any drinks, but I did order the pepperoni flatbread, and it was delicious! I look forward to coming here again read more

When I saw three stories of floor to ceiling windows.. and a wall of plants... and it's a coffee shop...I knew I had to go! Most of the time, when searching for a nice coffee reading spot, I just Google 'coffee shop near me' and then look at reviews and photos. This one jumped out at me immediately! It's so open and bright. I walked up to order and then found a seat at the bar. My limoncello pizza was so light and fresh and paired well with the grapefruit gin cocktail. Good music and beautiful location (they have another in Arcadia). Also, I definitely went across the street to shop at the @themerchantile afterwards! Instagram: @msbusyblonde read more

I saw this place on Tiktok and drove from North Phoenix to try it out! The place is very beautiful inside with all the plants and upper levels. It has a very modern feel. An environment that says, "I'm fancy and smart". I love it. The coffee was warm first but they made me a fresh pot and it was delicious. Black coffee drinkers rejoice. read more
5 stars for the atmosphere! This is a great mid-town option for anyone looking for just a coffee shop, but I was hoping to spend find somewhere that I could spend some time working and it is not quite set up for that. So, I subtracted one star for that. There are not many comfortable long-term spaces here. I think they probably want to cycle people in and out fairly quickly. I mean, who wouldn't? I tried the iced coffee and the delicious shakerato! Both were amazing and I wouldn't change a thing. read more

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile and my husband and I were finally in the area. I've seen so many pictures of the two story and plant wall. It's really pretty when you walk in but note your average small little coffee shop. They had beers on tap and lots of different food and alcoholic drinks. I got the honey lavender latte which was yummy and my husband got a cappuccino which he said was good as well! We couldn't sit inside because we had our dog so we sat on the back patio but it was very busy in there. We'll be back to try some food items and sit inside next time read more
This Place Is Awesome! It's Located Within A Multi-Level Work Space, Their Brunch Menu Is Absolutely Delicious. The Menu Isn't Large But The Items Are Really Great. Oof, I rarely give a mid star rating but my first visit to this location left me with a less than desirable need to return. Let me start with some positives: 1. The vibe and atmosphere is on point. Open and airy with 3 floor high windows with so much natural light you can't help but feel the favorable energy. 2. Staff is engaging, helpful deciphering the menu for a new visitor, and recommendations on drinks are spot on. Now one thing I wished could have been more positive: 1. Food: while presentation wise is very appealing, the flavor and taste lacks. I ordered a margherita pizza which should have been a fairly simple dish to prepare, however, the sauce was of an odd texture topped with sun dried tomatoes and while there was fresh mozzarella and basil, the entire flavor was killed by an overwhelming taste of balsamic vinaigrette. I understand if there is a drizzle of balsamic over a caprese salad, but absolutely unnecessary on top of a margharita pizza. There is potential here. read more

Modern, chic, and airy. The perfect spot to work, hang, and enjoy a delish beverage. Came here for the first time and was greeted by the delightful natural light, plants, and friendly service. My Sonora Squeeze was refreshing and my friend enjoyed her creamy oat milk chai. The chocolate chip/oreo vegan scone was cakey and soft. Wifi was solid. Not too loud music. Highly recommend! read more

Stopped over at Provision this weekend, before heading to the farmers market. Love the atmosphere, super cute vibe and really pretty inside. Seems like the perfect spot to sit down and get some work done or just sit back and relax with your cup of coffee. I tried the shakerato, I feel it brings out the flavor of the espresso itself. Sweetened perfectly with honey, I definitely would have this again. Just wish it had been bigger, they only offer it in a 10 ounce so of course it didn't last as long as I had hoped. I took some pictures of the pastries but didn't get to try them myself- hopefully next time! read more

My friend and I found this place on social media and decided to pop in on Sunday morning. It was pretty busy at 10am but is very serene inside with the decor and openness. We ordered an iced dirty chai latte with oatmilk and a matcha latte with oatmilk. Our drinks were refreshing and tasted great. For food, I opted for their breakfast burrito with added chorizo and it was so so good!! It had a hefty portion filled into that burrito with potatoes, black beans, avocado, chorizo, eggs, and it came with a flavorful yet a hint of spice habanero salsa. My friend ordered their pepperoni flatbread which tasted great and left her full. We both couldn't finish our meals but left satisfied. Will most definitely be back to try more of their coffee and their food. Only caveat was limited seating. read more

I have always wanted to try this place and I was so happy to be in the area! It is absolutely gorgeous inside! It has two levels of workspace and it is so incredibly well designed. I wish so badly the service and the coffee matched! I was honestly so disappointed. The service was lacking, when we ordered the cashier seemed to be having a bad day and was almost rude. Even when I ordered my cortado she questioned me about making sure I knew what that was. I'm from Miami and definitely know what a cuban cortado is. It was a little odd they we ordered a cheese danish for my daughter that was $9 and it came covered in veggies and we had to return it. I wondered if she saw it was for our young daughter that she was oils mention it was covered in tomatoes and onions. What a bummer! Veggies and tomatoes on dessert?! Eek then we got to the coffee....we ordered it with oat milk and it was so thick. My husbands iced white mocha latte was so milky and barely had any coffee in it we ended up tossing it, neither one of us could stomach it and I'm not picky with coffee, I'll drink anything. It just tased like milk. My daughters latte was the same the oatmilk they use us so thick it was not palatable and the coffee was tart. I was thankful for my little cortado but it was also so sour it was a creme brûlée special they had and it sounded delicious. The coffee was just not good. The only one of us who liked they drink was our daughter who ordered the strawberry matcha but the milk was still really thick in there. We were all so sad because it was the cutest spot! read more

There is a great vibe at Provision. I put my headphones in to get some work done and a few minutes later took them out because it was the coffee shop vibe I find online to listen to haha. I loveee the ambiance here! It's a really really cool place, I love the plant/greenhouse vibe. They have some great coffees, options for food, and overall pretty quick service. My only critique, is it was very very packed when I arrived. I understand it's the middle of the week and a lot of people come here, because why wouldn't you, but I'd say it's not really that ideal for working as it is very loud. I think the concrete causes it to reverberate more noise inside. Other than that, I would love to come here and just relax and meet with friends. Definitely check out Provision! read more
If you're coming for coffee, I'd skip especially at the price point. Quality is not there. Honey Lavender Latte ($7.60) - it tasted like a normal latte as I couldn't taste any of the lavender. At the price point for a 16 oz latte, I had higher expectations for this. Came here to work for two hours while I was in Phoenix. The inside is beautiful and there's a decent amount of seating but not enough outlets. The internet was also very unstable and I would get disconnected every 10 minutes or so. read more

We just pondered upon this coffee shop during our stay. I got the honey lavender latte - which was delicious and not over sweet. It's one of their year round signature drinks and I highly recommend It. The brownie fudge cake was absolutely delicious and moist. They have great food and cocktail options on their extensive menu. This location has 3 floors and great seating. Would definitely come back. read more

I came here with my friends for a book club meeting and it was perfect! The atmosphere is perfect with the plants and windows. The service at the counter was great and we got our orders fairly quickly with it being pretty busy on Memorial Day. The baked goods were super moist and fresh. I recommend the banana bread muffin and chocolate chip sea salt cookie! My oat milk honey latte was also to die for! I would definitely return to try some other things on their menu and also knowing they do a Trivia night! read more

This place is stunning! An absolute gem in central Phoenix. I met a friend for drinks here the other night. Provision offers a food menu, coffee and exceptional cocktails. The building is a work of art and a great place to hang out or perhaps do some work. We sat at the cocktail bar. The bartender recommended a gin based cocktail with egg whites and lime (including Kaffir lime). It was excellent! The gin was present but softened and the egg whites provided a velvety texture. I also ordered an espresso martini. I have only had a few espresso martinis, but the one I was made here was easily the best of them all. I will be back to try some food and coffee! read more

This is the most impressive coffee shop I've ever been to. The atmosphere is light, bright, and airy! I love the tall ceilings, industrial decor, and PLANTS! This is how I want my home to look like. If you are looking for new inspiration this place is perfect! I can't believe it's not more popular but it's very hidden, looks like an office building from outside. Plenty of parking in the lot. I got here around 10:30 on a Sunday morning. When you walk in you are in another world, full of natural light and foliage everywhere. I got a nitro cold brew and an avocado toast. The avocado toast was a bit spicy, I really enjoyed the different flavor burst. I sat on the second floor and to my surprise all the plants are real! I can't wait to come back and be inspired. Thank you Tia! We appreciate the kind words and look forward to…
Beautiful location! This location is way bigger than the first provision I've visited in northern Phoenix. My husbands favorite coffee place in Arizona thus far. Prices are up there but inflation, it is what it is. The bar is beautiful just does not allow laptops at the bar. They have seating on the first level, upstairs on the second level and outside in the back, so tons of space to meet up and handle business. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, actually spends time to create your drink (their craft) & if you do not like it speak up and they will gladly make you a new one! I have yet to try the cocktails but one day! They do look very beautifully made I have to say. Will be back! read more
Provision on Missouri has to be the coolest coffee shop in the valley. The double decker coffee shop nestled between two commercial buildings is one of the most creative concepts I have seen. With vegetation and windows everywhere, the contemporary greenhouse vibes are strong . I ordered a pour over which was delicious. Provisions beans are some of the best around. Their menu is creative and includes some creative coffee drinks consisting of unique spices. A dash of Oat milk is $1.25? That's a shame, but considering the awesomeness of Provision, it's worth the price. read more

Went here today and it was solid. I wanted the breakfast burrito since I heard it's good. It was. My only complaint would be to toast the tortilla more and try and tenderize the steak more; it kept getting stuck in my teeth. But other than that, it was delicious. Ambiance was great as well. Loved the building but only stayed downstairs. I read some comments though and considered coming here for lunch and to do some work during the week but found out they don't have Wi-Fi? I'm super confused about that. Something to do with the landlord but question here would be, why not have your own internet and wifi service? Either way, I'd be back I'm sure. read more
Decided to try this new location. Parking was easier than I thought it would be. The space is huge but most of the tables were taken when we were there at 9am on a Saturday. Lots of students camped out. The young lady who took our order was very kind and chatted with us a bit. We ordered the Quiche Lorraine, Breakfast Sandwich, Cinnamon Roll, a large hot Latte & a regular hot Americano. The food was delicious and so were our drinks but they gave us the wrong size latte. When I said something she offered to pour it into a larger cup and add more milk. Odd response so I decline her offer. We'll try the Arcadia location next time. read more
My favorite local coffee shop just got even cooler! I had no idea that Provision was expanding until I saw something about it in a Phoenix New Times article this past weekend. I wasn't sure what it meant that they were having a "soft opening" but added in a stop there on my way to work this morning. OMG. This new location is beautiful. It is in a 3 story atrium adorned with small houseplants all over. It is bright and modern and just the kind of place you'd want to hang out for a few hours while you sip on some tasty drinks. Btw the soft opening meant that they are giving a nice discount - sweet! My cappuccino didn't disappoint - it was as good as the cappuccino at the main Provision location. Hopefully they will bring soft serve here as well! read more

Is this a good place to study? I have heard from some people they don't allow laptops, is this true? Thank you in advance!
There are a lot of spaces to chill and if so multi tasking while you're enjoying a beverage or some food. To study, it just depends on the vibe at the time you're there. I don't remember the noise being distracting when I was there. They don't…
Is there an elevator to the upstairs space?
Yes, it's an ADA-compliant building and there is an elevator (not visible in the photos, but it's in the back). Each floor of Provision also opens to the offices on either side, but I'm not sure if there are additional elevators in those wings.
