For starters, the ambiance and decor is so nice - modern and chic, yet cozy and welcoming! The staff and service is top notch. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, accommodating and you really feel like they care about each customer's happiness and satisfaction. The menu isn't overwhelming, yet has something for everyone. They also are creative with their offerings, especially having seasonal drinks. Not to mention, everything we had was delicious. I am from out of state but would be a regular if I lived there. I'll 1000% come back though and make every effort to stop here next time I am in the state! read more

The chilaquiles and the burrito had a lot of flavor. I used to work in this building so it was an easy stop or super convenient to order and then come down for it. I really like their iced matcha! Even though I do not work in the building anymore I will most likely occasionally go back for this cafe. read more

Having recently started working in the neighborhood, I was hoping to find my new favorite spot to grab a quick breakfast. I don't drink coffee, but do enjoy a frozen coffee beverage on occasion. I had checked the menu online and it said they had blended beverages, though only 2 options. That's fine, but when I asked about a frozen or blended option at the counter, I was told only hot or iced coffee. That was disappointing. I also ordered an egg sandwich which I custom built, with sausage and an over easy egg in a bagel. Not sure the over easy egg was the best choice since it was a bit messy, but that's on me (thankfully not literally). I wonder if I could request an over-medium egg? Since I couldn't get a frozen coffee, I decided to try the Purple Drink. I think it's lemonade and butterfly tea, though I'm not sure what butterfly tea is. I was expecting a stronger flavor but it was very mellow. Good, but not sure I'd get it again. I'll have to see what else they have that I might like. Overall, it was good, but not exactly what I was looking for. I'll probably stop in again every now and then, but not a regular spot for me. read more

The service was excellent as was the food. The waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu items and gave Greg recommendations. She was friendly to everyone who came in and called regulars by name. I had the chilaquiles which comes as a vegan dish. To make my breakfast a bit more hearty, I added avocado and adobo chicken. I had never had this dish before so it was very exciting to try something new. I really enjoyed the crispy tortilla that had their delicious homemade sauce related over the dish to make for a nice texture. read more

YES x 100! I was looking for a quick bite and found this Women-Owned gem! It was about 25 minutes until they closed shop for the day, so I gave them a rang in advance to see if I could place a pick up order, the women on the phone was so friendly and kind and said it was no problem. I was about 10 minutes away, but she was so genuine and said they would have it ready for me in about 10 minutes. Since it's a cafe and all, I asked if I could order a beverage once I got there - again, so kind and said no problem. The cafe is in the bottom floor of a office complex, they have a lot of great signage leading you there and even validate for an hour if you park in the garage! They're open M-F from 7am-2pm. Their entrance is on the side or accessible from garage and the cafe boasts some tables for enjoying there. I ordered the chipotle focaccia sandwich that comes with a side salad with an Arnold Palmer. The sandwich was delicious! Generous portion of chicken, herby and great flavor, delicious chipotle sauce. I also loved it came with a side salad. The Arnold Palmer was tasty too! It was wrapped up great for transport and still tasty when I enjoyed it at home! They have great menu offerings from breakfast specials to lunch, speciality lattes and extensive drink options. I'm not in this particular area a ton, but I will definitely be returning! CLOSED!! Went here on a Friday (12/13) about 9:30am and doors were locked and both entrances. We were on a time crunch and didn't notice the verbiage going into the parking garage for visitors to park on the first level. We went to the 3rd floor and not able to take the elevators because you need like a badge access. read more

Perfect chai latte for a rainy day! I saw this place on Instagram but that they're only open mon-fri so I used my spring break from work as an opportunity to try this place! I got an oat milk chai latte, hot, and got my husband a caramel latte. Drinks were ready fast. The chai was really good! Good milk to chai ratio, creamy and deliciously spiced. The food looked yummy too but I didn't order anything this time. It is cute and small and the staff was very nice. Had a great experience at Tom/Cen!! The workers were super friendly, the coffee was good, and there were so many food/pastry choices! Not sure about parking because I walked there. It's across the street from the Panera and seems like it's in an office building. There was a small sign on the sidewalk. The inside was super cute but on the smaller side. There were many seats/tables outside as well though. Got an iced latte with oat milk (16 oz $4.50 + $0.75 for oat milk). I went on a weekday around 7:30 A.M., and it was really empty. Went there to do some work for a bit. Would def recommend checking them out!! read more

New neighborhood means new experiences. In my quest of finding the best mocha lattes wherever I am, I wanted to check out Tom/Cen this morning. I was not a fan of their iced mocha latte, as it has a strange flavor that doesn't taste like mocha at all (to me). I couldn't finish it unfortunately. I didn't get any food but a lot of reviews raved about their food; they have a pretty good menu with tasty-looking items. Small inside with patio seating outside, but cute and instagram-worthy (if you're into that!). There is no street parking whatsoever so you need to park in the garage but there aren't any obvious signs to tell you that you can get inside from the garage since it looks like an office building and the main door is on the outside. I spent too much time trying to figure out the parking situation, and I ended up walking outside and around the building to go inside. They validate up to an hour, though. I wanted to like this cafe, really. I hope your experience is better than mine! read more

Great local coffee shop. Got an iced vanilla latte with caramel sauce. It was good. The lid had an opening which was nice to drink out of but if you have lipstick you might need to reapply. I had the turkey melt it was good. Kinda reminded me of a hot dog cause of the honey mustard. My friend had their smoothie and she liked it. Parking was $5! We didn't stay to long maybe an hour or 2. They made almost no effort to make sure that people knew they were closed for the holidays. Apple Maps, yelp, and google all say open regular hours. They have ONE Instagram post down their feed that says so, but didn't update their bio. It costs money to park in the garage to get out and find an empty restaurant. They should have updated their hours on yelp AND put a blip in their bio, at the very least. read more

The baristas were super friendly & gave great recommendations for local sites to see. Great locally owned coffee shop in central Phoenix. The garage is not cheap so I parked in the street which made it a nice little stroll. They have a nice menu with lots of options. The barista girls recommended I try the chilaquiles so I ordered the Chilaquiles and they were hands down the best chilaquiles I've had. I also had a Carmel macchiato and the coffee was delicious. I stayed there over an hour to do work and next time I go I will need to try the moms burrito since it looked delicious Great coffee. Great food. Will definitely be back for more. read more

Really great cafe in the heart of Midtown! Really love their mocha, drip coffee and the chipotle chicken panini. Have also tried their gobble gobble sandwich, cold brew, muffin, avocado toast and dirty chai which were all good, but definitely recommend the first three more! The staff is always really nice and they have punch cards for frequent visitors, and you can get refills on the drip coffee. The food menu is quite limited but has some really good options on it all of which are tasty! read more

I've only been to this cafe a couple times, but each time has been very pleasant! It's not too far from my work, so I stop by on the way. Not only for the delicious coffee, but customer service as well. Audrey has been there whenever I go and she's a delight! When I went for the first time, Audrey asked how I like my coffee, which I never get asked and was very appreciated, she made it perfectly! This time around she remembered cause it tasted the exact same, loved that! And they validate parking which is very convenient, you can park for free just a few feet from the entrance.
