    This vibe!!!! So cute!!!

I stoped by Tom/Cen cafe today for a quick coffee and loved it! Angela was our barista, she was friendly, adorable and kind. Shout out to Angela for exceptional customer service. I had a quad shot of espresso that was fantastic. My gf had an oat milk vanilla late that was heavenly. The vibe is super cute!

This place has delicious iced coffees! I just had their new seasonal drink, cookie butter latte! My favorite part is the chunks of cookie butter in it! My pups also love coming here to get a pup cup! The staff is always very friendly and remember small details!

Having recently started working in the neighborhood, I was hoping to find my new favorite spot to grab a quick breakfast. I don't drink coffee, but do enjoy a frozen coffee beverage on occasion. I had checked the menu online and it said they had blended beverages, though only 2 options. That's fine, but when I asked about a frozen or blended option at the counter, I was told only hot or iced coffee. That was disappointing. I also ordered an egg sandwich which I custom built, with sausage and an over easy egg in a bagel. Not sure the over easy egg was the best choice since it was a bit messy, but that's on me (thankfully not literally). I wonder if I could request an over-medium egg? Since I couldn't get a frozen coffee, I decided to try the Purple Drink. I think it's lemonade and butterfly tea, though I'm not sure what butterfly tea is. I was expecting a stronger flavor but it was very mellow. Good, but not sure I'd get it again. I'll have to see what else they have that I might like. Overall, it was good, but not exactly what I was looking for. I'll probably stop in again every now and then, but not a regular spot for me.

The service was excellent as was the food. The waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu items and gave Greg recommendations. She was friendly to everyone who came in and called regulars by name. I had the chilaquiles which comes as a vegan dish. To make my breakfast a bit more hearty, I added avocado and adobo chicken. I had never had this dish before so it was very exciting to try something new. I really enjoyed the crispy tortilla that had their delicious homemade sauce related over the dish to make for a nice texture.

Didn't see anyone inside and doors locked.

CLOSED!! Went here on a Friday (12/13) about 9:30am and doors were locked and both entrances. We were on a time crunch and didn't notice the verbiage going into the parking garage for visitors to park on the first level. We went to the 3rd floor and not able to take the elevators because you need like a badge access.

YES x 100! I was looking for a quick bite and found this Women-Owned gem! It was about 25 minutes until they closed shop for the day, so I gave them a rang in advance to see if I could place a pick up order, the women on the phone was so friendly and kind and said it was no problem. I was about 10 minutes away, but she was so genuine and said they would have it ready for me in about 10 minutes. Since it's a cafe and all, I asked if I could order a beverage once I got there - again, so kind and said no problem. The cafe is in the bottom floor of a office complex, they have a lot of great signage leading you there and even validate for an hour if you park in the garage! They're open M-F from 7am-2pm. Their entrance is on the side or accessible from garage and the cafe boasts some tables for enjoying there. I ordered the chipotle focaccia sandwich that comes with a side salad with an Arnold Palmer. The sandwich was delicious! Generous portion of chicken, herby and great flavor, delicious chipotle sauce. I also loved it came with a side salad. The Arnold Palmer was tasty too! It was wrapped up great for transport and still tasty when I enjoyed it at home! They have great menu offerings from breakfast specials to lunch, speciality lattes and extensive drink options. I'm not in this particular area a ton, but I will definitely be returning! Thanks again for the friendly and amazing service, and of course fitting me in so close to closing! Definitely worth a visit!

Perfect chai latte for a rainy day! I saw this place on Instagram but that they're only open mon-fri so I used my spring break from work as an opportunity to try this place! I got an oat milk chai latte, hot, and got my husband a caramel latte. Drinks were ready fast. The chai was really good! Good milk to chai ratio, creamy and deliciously spiced. The food looked yummy too but I didn't order anything this time. It is cute and small and the staff was very nice. Would be an awesome place to stop by for a coffee or breakfast if you work in this area on your way or during a lunch break!

Had a great experience at Tom/Cen!! The workers were super friendly, the coffee was good, and there were so many food/pastry choices! Not sure about parking because I walked there. It's across the street from the Panera and seems like it's in an office building. There was a small sign on the sidewalk. The inside was super cute but on the smaller side. There were many seats/tables outside as well though. Got an iced latte with oat milk (16 oz $4.50 + $0.75 for oat milk). I went on a weekday around 7:30 A.M., and it was really empty. Went there to do some work for a bit. Would def recommend checking them out!!

I ordered a caramel latte & Greek salad. The staff were friendly and offered to answer any questions about the menu. Drink & food came quickly and was well prepared!

Great local coffee shop. Got an iced vanilla latte with caramel sauce. It was good. The lid had an opening which was nice to drink out of but if you have lipstick you might need to reapply. I had the turkey melt it was good. Kinda reminded me of a hot dog cause of the honey mustard. My friend had their smoothie and she liked it. Parking was $5! We didn't stay to long maybe an hour or 2. Maybe there was free parking but I parked in the garage.

Avocado toast with over easy egg and matcha

Awesome place to have breakfast. I had the avocado toast with an over easy egg....amazingly yum! I also ordered the iced matcha. They have 1hr validation for the parking garage. The cafe is located at the lobby (1st floor). The girls working there were very friendly and the service was fast...just the way you needed it on your busy day.

Oatmeal "Morning Glory" breakfast and frappe in the background. Morning Glory Iced Coffee
    Weslynne S.

I ordered a blended coffee and the "morning glory" oatmeal with fruit and seeds and was disappointed with both. There's no parking lot so that was difficult. The server, by which I mean the girl behind the counter, and the neon sign were the only bright spots for me. I want to support local business, but not at the expense of my palate.

Everyone working is always so friendly. Highlight of my mornings is waking over and getting a coffee or tea from them :)

Apparently the shop sources coffees and teas from local businesses. For example, coffees = Infusion Coffee Roasters in Tempe, loose leaf teas and chai = Maya Tea Company in Tucson, kombucha = Milly Moon Kombucha in Phoenix, and breakfast burritos = Lua Lua Catering. [Parking]: Mostly metered parking and I ended up parking few blocks away from the shop (plenty of metered parking spots near the intersection of E McKinley St & N 5th St). [Atmosphere]: Inside of this historic house, the wall features the work of local artists. The shop also has a cute outdoor patio area with tables. [Menu]: Apparently Matcha Latte is one of the more popular drinks here. The shop offers 12 black tea options, 9 green tea options, 8 herbal tea options, 4 white tea options, and 3 oolong tea options. *** Matcha Latte (16 oz, iced - $6.25): I was surprised that my drink was sugar free by default and I probably say yes when the staff had asked about adding sweetener. The drink was not as creamy as I thought and it was honestly a fairly mediocre drink. The drink also came with a paper straw. *** A great spot for a casual 1st date due to great vibe, but matcha latte just didn't hit the spot.

The first time I ordered it unsweetened was accidental, but trying it without sweetener or flavor was what made me realize that their matcha may be the best I've ever had. I've also had their Mas matcha latte and it is also absolutely delicious and simple and still allows me to taste the matcha through the vanilla and sweetness. I've been to other places that serve Kettl matcha, but none have tasted nearly as rich as Futuro's. The atmosphere itself is true to its name. It is futuristic, simple, and beautiful. It is full of unique art pieces of all types, and they sell their coffees and teas as well. I feel at peace inside and they always have vibey music playing at a perfect volume and incense lit. The service itself is one of a kind and makes me feel like I'm at a 5-star restaurant. They bring your items out on a beautiful tray and will always serve your drink with a cup of water on the side if you order it for here. They will even package your food up for you, which I would never expect from a coffee shop. It can be busy at times with a bit of a wait because the drinks are all made one at a time, but it's always worth the wait. The place isn't very big but has plenty of seating given the space. For working from home, they do have wifi but limited outlets. Their pastries served from a local bakery are also delicious.

I'm currently hooked on the Cafe de Olla, a gorgeous blend of sugar and spice that's topped with a star anise pod that enhances the aroma with every sip. But virtually every menu item -- honorable mention to the Cajeta -- is balanced and well crafted. The baristas are all very knowledgeable about their teas, as well. I've recently been SO hooked by their semi-new weekend pastry artist, Ghita, who crafts such unique desserts. Most recently, I tried their absolutely FIRE black sesame craquelin with a mildly sweet tahini cream. The rhubarb cream pastry was also gorgeous and creative. Futuro as a space is intentionally designed as well, with plenty of seating on both sides, boutique goods for sale, and great reads. It's the perfect place to read a book and chill on weekends. And the staff, even when busy, seem to always perfectly serve each order and efficiently clear out plates. Officially my favorite coffee shop 1000% now.

I saw in one of the comfy chairs while I waited for my former student to arrive. At that point, we moved to a regular table and then went and ordered drinks. She ordered a coffee, and I ordered a lemonade. We both enjoyed our drinks which were ready very quickly. There were smaller and larger tables, and there were also countertops along with business cards and marketing items at the back of the room on a thin table. Lola Coffee began with humble beginnings going back to 1992 with a cart, then Lux Coffee, and eventually Lola Coffee downtown. Now, there is even a second Lola Coffee location in Arcadia near 40th Street and Indian School. Today, they serve coffee, pastries, and breakfast.
