Absolutely loved this cute little coffee shop. The ladies behind the counter (wish I had gotten their names) were welcoming and friendly. There is a little room off to the side with tables and has an area for their open mic performances. The room also has a plethora of games that you can enjoy. I ordered an iced honey latte with almond milk as well as the breakfast sandwich with a side of avocado and everything was delicious. Highly recommend this hidden gem and definitely will come back. I'd love to check out their open mic night! read more

Stopped by this cute little coffee shop while I was touring downtown Phoenix. Food and drinks were pretty standard, nothing super impressive or note worthy. The latte was fine - decent ratio of milk and coffee. My partner liked his Americano because they followed through with his request of less water. The breakfast sammie featured a standard crossiant with melty harvati cheese, bacon, and an airy egg patty. I just wish there was a tad more moisture either from the egg or with the addition of a light sauce. The breakfast burrito was a little bland in my opinion and the green chili sauce didnt quite save it, BUT it was packed with eggs and potato in a sturdy tortilla wrap. Staff were kind but seemed like they wanted to finish up an order before taking another so the line moved slowly. There are some tables/seats in the room next door with a mini stage and board games. A few tables outdoor available as well. read more

What a cute little coffee shop! First time stopping in on a Saturday afternoon and it was such a cozy spot while enjoying some Arizona rain. This was another stop on my coffee passport and I throughly enjoyed my experience. The barista was friendly and the coffee was delicious. I got an iced chocolate milano and caramel latte with oat milk per the baristas suggestion. There is plenty of seating available and this is the perfect spot to get some work done. read more

I really enjoy going to cactus cloud cafe. The baristas are always really nice and generous and provide exceptional customer service. My favorite item is an iced lavender latte with oat milk. Their lavender syrup is dreamy delicious. They also have a great size outdoor patio for being in downtown Phoenix! read more

Very very solid coffee shop if you find yourself in the downtown Phoenix area. The sandwiches are delightful and a great way to start the day, but could have more depth to them. The service was great and they were so friendly. I couldn't believe they were running the whole place with just 2 people. read more

Pretty standard place . Nothing special about them . I got a latte and was mediocre nothing special tasted pretty bland and tasted like the espresso wasn't any special kind of roast. I do like the amount of games they have and their leave a book took a book system they have a strong library . It's small and cozy I came for live music but had to try to coffee . I wouldn't come back unless it was for an event there with music definitely not for the coffee . I knew it was a cash grab when they were charging for single Madeline's the ones you can grab at like Costco . Def better places in the area read more

Firstly, Quin was absolutely kind and very helpful in choosing a tasty coffee. The outside is calm and there are seats to sit, but we were visiting for three days from California staying at a hotel nearby so everything we got was to go. I had a lavender latte with oat milk and a caramel late of sorts, boyfriend had vanilla iced iced coffee with whole milk. Quin and his staff are so hospitable, so inviting and made us feel at home every visit. They had live music and a walking food tour Saturday when we swung by. I love how they are supporting local artists and creating an inspiring space for artists to connect and promote themselves. I'd definitely be back, and the drinks were all the perfect level of sweetness and coffee balance. read more

We were looking for a spot to spend an hour and this coffee spot was a perfect find. The enclosed patio was perfect since the cafe is inside a larger building. The seating was shaded and extremely comfortable. Daisy was well behaved while we were inside ordering and was greeted with affection. The staff welcomed us all, offered recommendations and are knowledgeable. read more

This is a cute little local cafe that I had never heard about before! It is only because I ate lunch around the corner and looked at Google maps to map out my route there that I happened to notice this place pop up on the google map. Adjacent to the room with the coffee bar is another room that has more seating, books, board games, and a set up for live music. The coffee was great (I had a cappuccino), as was the service. The cool thing about this cafe is that they also sell unusual canned fish (like tuna belly and trout paté) and have an interesting selection of cheeses. This is in addition to the different kinds of croissants and other pastries they sell. I asked the server about this and she said that the former owner had a passion for these foods. I heard that there is a new owner though and I hope they don't do away with interesting details like this! read more

Came with my boyfriend since he was participating in their open mic night and it ended up being a great experience! The vibes were very intimate and the staff was super friendly. My friend and I had a beer while we watched (I myself am not musically inclined...), and the staff joined in as accompaniment as people played. There's lots of board games and books as well and the setting is very cozy. Apparently the open mics are every Friday, so I hope to stop by again in the future! read more

I went there after class for breakfast. I ordered a black coffee and their breakfast burrito. The coffee was good, but being Hispanic in a predominantly Hispanic area, I was disappointed with the burrito. It wasn't bad, but not good either. The actual shop is cozy, eclectic, but not much space to sit inside. My order was relatively small, so I didn't interact much with the person working, but he was neither rude nor friendly. If I were to grade the shop, it would be a C. read more

I'm giving a 1-star rating only because I showed up at 6am on a Thursday morning and the shop wasn't open, even after waiting outside for 10 minutes. I was hoping to support a local coffee spot instead of going to Starbucks, but unfortunately, I never even got the chance. I walked 10 minutes from my hotel looking forward to trying it out, only to head back empty-handed. UPDATE: owner did reach out and apologize which I appreciate. Tried to visit this coffee shop again on a Saturday morning at 6:30am since Yelp stated they open at 6am- unfortunately they do not open till 8am on Saturdays. read more

We popped in for a few quick coffees to go. The gentleman serving was relaxed and friendly. And the coffee was exceptional. (Vanilla Latte, strawberry Latte & a seasonal "Menta Mocha"). Highly recommend if in the area. read more

Before getting here for the first time today I'd gone to another coffee shop in the area where I received terrible customer service after asking what flavors they had since it wasn't listed anywhere. Anyway, one of the first things I noticed at Cactus Cloud is a flavors menu, how smart of them! Frankly, for me it was a sign this will be one of my top spots for getting coffee and staying for some leisure. Also, I appreciate that the cashier was nice. I love the feeling of being in a "city" you get from sitting in the front patio. The sugar free vanilla syrup I had in my capuccino tasted good. Thanks for running a customer-friendly business! read more

I was in town for a conference. I'm from the East Coast so of course I woke up at 3 AM and wanted to find something to eat. This was the earliest opening place that had food anywhere around me. I was there when the employee unlock the door at 6 AM on the dot. I followed her in and asked if I could have some coffee and a breakfast burrito. I was a little surprised when she opened the fridge and told me that yes, she could give me a breakfast burrito and then saw her pop it into the microwave. That's exactly what it tasted like. The Americano coffee was very good. However, I really went for some food and was quite disappointed. read more

Very Disappointed. Went in for a coffee with a friend and the service was abysmal. Gentleman with the long hair had a bad attitude. Rolled his eyes about a simple recommendation of any hazelnut drink. I was thinking of getting a pastry too but he quickly just charged us for the coffee didn't even ask we wanted anything else. Slid the coffee on the counter and didn't even say bye or anything. Coffee tasted good though. Will not be coming back. read more

We were visiting from out of state and my daughter needed a quiet place to finish some school work. This was a very easy walk from our hotel so we chose it. The baristas were very sweet and we found ourselves here all three days that we were in town. The last day, the owner Quinlan, who had been checking on my daughter's school progress throughout the time we visited, played live music for us, which was beautiful. We also witnessed him provide a meal for a homeless man. Genuinely caring human being and so grateful we had the pleasure of meeting him and enjoying the delicious coffee. Highly recommend and hope we have the opportunity to return in the future. Best of luck to you Quinlan. Thank you to you and your team for the amazing hospitality and may God bless you and your business. read more
