Pretty standard place . Nothing special about them . I got a latte and was mediocre nothing special tasted pretty bland and tasted like the espresso wasn't any special kind of roast. I do like the amount of games they have and their leave a book took a book system they have a strong library . It's small and cozy I came for live music but had to try to coffee . I wouldn't come back unless it was for an event there with music definitely not for the coffee . I knew it was a cash grab when they were charging for single Madeline's the ones you can grab at like Costco . Def better places in the area

Quinn is here, so there's automatically 5 stars because he's the best barista in Phoenix *all the hearts* Such a cute quiet place in a bustling city. All the charm.

The most adorable café, does have minimal seating by indoor and outdoor was plenty for us. They have a variety of breakfast items along with drinks. I enjoyed a vanilla Matcha and a breakfast burrito. It was a great pick me up to start the day.

Did not like the coffee (drip). Other roasts might have been better. The breakfast sandwich was solid though. Kinda pricey thought.

Delicious lavender late

Firstly, Quin was absolutely kind and very helpful in choosing a tasty coffee. The outside is calm and there are seats to sit, but we were visiting for three days from California staying at a hotel nearby so everything we got was to go. I had a lavender latte with oat milk and a caramel late of sorts, boyfriend had vanilla iced iced coffee with whole milk. Quin and his staff are so hospitable, so inviting and made us feel at home every visit. They had live music and a walking food tour Saturday when we swung by. I love how they are supporting local artists and creating an inspiring space for artists to connect and promote themselves. I'd definitely be back, and the drinks were all the perfect level of sweetness and coffee balance.

Daisy on the enclosed patio

We were looking for a spot to spend an hour and this coffee spot was a perfect find. The enclosed patio was perfect since the cafe is inside a larger building. The seating was shaded and extremely comfortable. Daisy was well behaved while we were inside ordering and was greeted with affection. The staff welcomed us all, offered recommendations and are knowledgeable.

This is a cute little local cafe that I had never heard about before! It is only because I ate lunch around the corner and looked at Google maps to map out my route there that I happened to notice this place pop up on the google map. Adjacent to the room with the coffee bar is another room that has more seating, books, board games, and a set up for live music. The coffee was great (I had a cappuccino), as was the service. The cool thing about this cafe is that they also sell unusual canned fish (like tuna belly and trout paté) and have an interesting selection of cheeses. This is in addition to the different kinds of croissants and other pastries they sell. I asked the server about this and she said that the former owner had a passion for these foods. I heard that there is a new owner though and I hope they don't do away with interesting details like this!

Came with my boyfriend since he was participating in their open mic night and it ended up being a great experience! The vibes were very intimate and the staff was super friendly. My friend and I had a beer while we watched (I myself am not musically inclined...), and the staff joined in as accompaniment as people played. There's lots of board games and books as well and the setting is very cozy. Apparently the open mics are every Friday, so I hope to stop by again in the future!

Ugly Christmas Sweater walk

I came here for the first time to meet for a local community Ugly Christmas Sweater walk and I'm glad I did. Their black tea was yummy. I love that they fresh brew their tea, it totally makes a difference.

Before getting here for the first time today I'd gone to another coffee shop in the area where I received terrible customer service after asking what flavors they had since it wasn't listed anywhere. Anyway, one of the first things I noticed at Cactus Cloud is a flavors menu, how smart of them! Frankly, for me it was a sign this will be one of my top spots for getting coffee and staying for some leisure. Also, I appreciate that the cashier was nice. I love the feeling of being in a "city" you get from sitting in the front patio. The sugar free vanilla syrup I had in my capuccino tasted good. Thanks for running a customer-friendly business!

Cinnabon Latte

I got the Cinnabon latte and it delicious! Staff is so friendly and even gave my pup a piece of bacon! Place is well kept and clean! Highly recommend. Will be coming again!

This is a really cool coffee shop in the middle of Downtown Phoenix! The ambiance was very old-school cool, it felt like somewhere out of another decade. The barista was really sweet and did a great job. Would recommend!

Great little coffee shop with breakfast sandwiches and burritos. They serve coffee in fine china like your grandmother used to.

Songbird Coffee & Tea House - Blueberry Lavender Matcha Latte w/ Oatmilk

Songbird Coffee & Tea House

I love the ambiance of this Cafe. It does not even feel like downtown Phoenix. It feels like a…read moresmall quaint village in the north east. The decorations are beautiful. The theme is (as one might suspect) songbirds and the entire Cafe is decorated with small songbird items. As a detail oriented person, I was in heaven noticing all the cute decorations. I ordered the matcha latte and it did not disappoint. My friend ordered an iced americano. Both are classic items and they delivered well. There is plenty of seating inside and outside (weather permitting) and it seems like it would be a peaceful place to study or work. The baristas were sweet and patient and helpful with the menu.

Songbird Coffee & Tea House is a cute coffee house in downtown Phoenix (more specifically near the…read moreRoosevelt Row Arts District) and the shop is located in a historic house built in 1904. Apparently the shop sources coffees and teas from local businesses. For example, coffees = Infusion Coffee Roasters in Tempe, loose leaf teas and chai = Maya Tea Company in Tucson, kombucha = Milly Moon Kombucha in Phoenix, and breakfast burritos = Lua Lua Catering. [Parking]: Mostly metered parking and I ended up parking few blocks away from the shop (plenty of metered parking spots near the intersection of E McKinley St & N 5th St). [Atmosphere]: Inside of this historic house, the wall features the work of local artists. The shop also has a cute outdoor patio area with tables. [Menu]: Apparently Matcha Latte is one of the more popular drinks here. The shop offers 12 black tea options, 9 green tea options, 8 herbal tea options, 4 white tea options, and 3 oolong tea options. *** Matcha Latte (16 oz, iced - $6.25): I was surprised that my drink was sugar free by default and I probably say yes when the staff had asked about adding sweetener. The drink was not as creamy as I thought and it was honestly a fairly mediocre drink. The drink also came with a paper straw. *** A great spot for a casual 1st date due to great vibe, but matcha latte just didn't hit the spot.

Futuro currently takes the cake for my favorite coffee shop in Phoenix currently…read more I've tried their matcha two ways: 1. as an iced latte, unsweetened. The first time I ordered it unsweetened was accidental, but trying it without sweetener or flavor was what made me realize that their matcha may be the best I've ever had. I've also had their Mas matcha latte and it is also absolutely delicious and simple and still allows me to taste the matcha through the vanilla and sweetness. I've been to other places that serve Kettl matcha, but none have tasted nearly as rich as Futuro's. The atmosphere itself is true to its name. It is futuristic, simple, and beautiful. It is full of unique art pieces of all types, and they sell their coffees and teas as well. I feel at peace inside and they always have vibey music playing at a perfect volume and incense lit. The service itself is one of a kind and makes me feel like I'm at a 5-star restaurant. They bring your items out on a beautiful tray and will always serve your drink with a cup of water on the side if you order it for here. They will even package your food up for you, which I would never expect from a coffee shop. It can be busy at times with a bit of a wait because the drinks are all made one at a time, but it's always worth the wait. The place isn't very big but has plenty of seating given the space. For working from home, they do have wifi but limited outlets. Their pastries served from a local bakery are also delicious.

The coffee, the pastries, the vibes -- everything about Futuro has gotten me thoroughly obsessed…read more The intentionality of every item on their menu shines, and I find myself visiting more and more. I'm currently hooked on the Cafe de Olla, a gorgeous blend of sugar and spice that's topped with a star anise pod that enhances the aroma with every sip. But virtually every menu item -- honorable mention to the Cajeta -- is balanced and well crafted. The baristas are all very knowledgeable about their teas, as well. I've recently been SO hooked by their semi-new weekend pastry artist, Ghita, who crafts such unique desserts. Most recently, I tried their absolutely FIRE black sesame craquelin with a mildly sweet tahini cream. The rhubarb cream pastry was also gorgeous and creative. Futuro as a space is intentionally designed as well, with plenty of seating on both sides, boutique goods for sale, and great reads. It's the perfect place to read a book and chill on weekends. And the staff, even when busy, seem to always perfectly serve each order and efficiently clear out plates. Officially my favorite coffee shop 1000% now.
