I had an awful experience with this company. Very unprofessional and tried to hold my belongings hostage to get me to pay for an additional day of moving. I would give them no stars if possible. If you value your time and money do not hire this company. If you work for this company, please do not contact me. My experience was similar to other reviews. They provided a per hour price and a very unrealistic quote. I expected the price would be more than the initial quote but I didn't expect them to intentionally take a long time and end up not moving most of our stuff in. They wasted time every chance they got so they could charge me for more hours. Jason the guy in most of the photos told me he is just a contractor from out of state and he doesn't really work for this company. This company was deceptive. Do not hire them!! The place we moved into is only 1300 sq ft and we move a ton of things on our own beforehand. Additional info/response. 5/4- Business response is extremely unprofessional and 99% untrue. I had to call the police on them because they were attempting to hold my belongings hostage in order to force me to pay for another day of moving. The police recommended that I sue their business. I received great service from this business. They were super communicative, updating me with the changes through the day and when I could expect someone to show up. Despite the torrential downpour that Arizona is NOT used to, this two man crew did a great job getting my move sorted out. Unfortunately the rain made the day take a little longer (no one wants to slip on a wet truck holding a treadmill) and this company gave me a 10% discount for my troubles and extending the day out. I needed some help moving some furniture pieces from Airpark Consignment into my Airbnb in Scottsdale. Two sofas, a coffee table, large hutch, and a rug. Anthony and David were able to pick up the pieces in the morning as soon as the store opened, and had it at the Airbnb in less than an hour. Everything was padded and wrapped very nicely. They set things up for me (it's stressful enough to be an Airbnb owner PLUS I don't have the time). I didn't even have to be there for the process, they put everything in it's place and sent pictures for my approval. Best movers I've ever hired (sorry dose). The rates were reasonable (150$ an hour plus a static travel charge which is standard). Santiago and his crew showed up right on time and did a move for me and another (2 stops). Everything was packaged with care, wrapped properly, and the doors were covered. I didn't fear for my valuables at all. They moved quickly considering how big the job was and even though I was very casual with them, they kept it professional. Big up. read more

Movers showed up 2.5 hours late at 9pm & smelled like alcohol. Left after an hour to get food. Took the keys to my nanny's apt. Left my dolly I let her borrow outside the apartment building - we initially thought they stole it - a maintenance man happened to see it & took it inside the lobby of the building. She had to call the police to get her keys back from them & they only gave her her keys after they demand she pay them $300. She had told them after an hour she was done because it was 10pm & she didn't feel comfortable with men in her apt that late but they told her there was a two hour minimum & that she had to pay them before they'd do anymore work. She went to get them cash & they took the keys to her apartment & the dolly & went to eat. They moved a few items of furniture & damaged her dresser & patio set. Do not recommend. read more

Overall, my experience with the Property Mover company was not pleasant and I HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMMEND using them for moving. During second half of the move, 2 crew members were driving the large moving truck and one member was driving his personal car. When the 2 of the 3 crew members arrived at the house, they were not willing to work and insisted on waiting for the 3rd member to arrive before continuing, even though we were still being billed for the time. It also took 1.5 hours for the 3rd member to arrive at the home for drop-off, when the commuting time should have only taken 30 minutes. Several personal and furniture items (table legs, couches, etc.) were damaged during the move, along with a few missing items that were noted during unpacking. Aside from personal property, even the home that we were moving out of got damaged in multiple areas due to negligence! I had to hire professional handymen and painters to fix the drywall, paint, baseboards, and front door holes for the previous home. Towards the end, the company owner attempted to coerce me into giving them a 5-star positive review or they wouldn't come back to finish the rest of the listed repair items. This sort of deceptive endorsement tactic is illegal according to the FTC regulations. Lastly, I felt that Property Mover overcharged me for the entire ordeal. I was billed for 20 hours for an incomplete move from a 2-story, 2,400 sqft, 4-bedroom house. The entire move wasn't even finished in those 20 hours, especially when I drove 2 carloads of items myself during that time. On average it should've only take approximately 10 hours with 3 men if they were working efficiently, especially when more than 70% of the items in the home were already pre-packed in boxes when the movers arrived. I took it upon myself to consult friends and relatives for their experiences in moving. They all mentioned taking 6-10 hours for a 4-5 bedroom home (1 or 2 floors), 1800-2500 sqft, 1 truck 2-3 movers that even packed all their items in boxes for them... so the fact that my move took 20 hours and still was not completed in that time is very unreasonable to say the least. read more

A thousand star rating; I can't state enough how awesome these guys are. I have used them since 2018 in Las Vegas for moving from apartment to apartment AND they also drove to Sacramento, CA and moved me back to Las Vegas, NV all in one day; that's an 8-10 hour drive one way and they did it for me in one day and loaded and unloaded at both ends of the trip. Being that I live alone I really needed the extra help from someone I could trust. Even now that they moved their business to AZ, they still give me referrals of movers in NV that they recommend. I will be moving things from NorCal again (after my dad's passing) and will also need to move out of my current NV apt when the lease expires in August 2023. Again, I needed Property Movers' referral to do all of this and they still come through for me! Careful, professional, excellent service, communication updates and I feel safe. I have moved 4 times in the last 7 years, and this was by far the worst moving experience I have experienced! I would never recommend this company! My quote was for 3 movers at $200/hour. The total on the quote that I signed said $400! Yes, it did state that it could be more. Because I had set aside only a certain amount of money in my budget for the move, and I was worried that at $200 an hour it could get too expensive, I called to verify the estimate. I spoke with one of the managers before I scheduled, told him again what I had to move...a 2 bedroom house with normal furnishings, a garage with lots of boxes, outside patio furniture, refrigerator and a small lightweight hot tub. New house is 1 mile away. He said a good estimate would be 4-5 hours. That being within my budget, I scheduled them. When they arrived there were only 2 men, which they assured me would save me money as now it was $150 an hour! 2 hours into the process, I knew I was in trouble! I looked in the garage where they had been working, which still looked pretty full, and then saw that most of my belongings were in the street. Very little was in the truck! At 3 hours I discussed with them that I felt like it was going extremely slow! At 5 hours they were done unloading the first load.... ONLY 3/4 of the garage and a few pieces of furniture. The truck wasn't even full! I had to speak up several times about how poorly they were handling my things! Bouncing fragile boxes over the threshold, not wrapping blankets around the furniture etc. At this 5 hour mark, I talked with Zeno about the time, the estimate, the money, that they hadn't even started on the furniture. At this rate it was going to be over 10 hours and that was not in my budget! He assured me that the furniture goes much faster than the boxes and that it would not be 10 hours! I told Zeno that I would not pay over 10 hours! Again, he said it would not be 10 hours. It went over 12 hours! There was zero hustle seen in either of the men the entire day! They were very slow!!!! 12 hours and still not a complete move, from a 1325 sq ft house! When they unloaded the 2nd load at about 12 hours, I told them to just unload, no set up or placing where things belonged. There were 4 of my things left on the truck, that my daughter found when checking. After they drove away, I found a big oil spot on my brand new pavers driveway! Zeno was supposed to come clean that tonight 3/19, and didn't show up. They charged my card without my permission for 12 hours, before it had been 12 hours and before the job was completed. I received no detailed invoice. An emailed payment confirmation was the only documentation they sent. I told Zeno I would not pay over 10 hours and that I would be disputing the charge and filing all necessary reports. He said he would call me the next day to see if we could come to an agreement. He never called. Just texts asking when he could call! I woke up the next morning to total chaos at the new house with nothing in its place and no refrigerator (they couldn't figure out how to get it out of the house)! My son and SIL got the refrigerator in 10 minutes and brought most of the rest of my things in 3 truck loads the next morning! read more

In addition to the best price I could imagine, they sent extra help for the packing process. They and their team showed great care in wrapping each item as it was packed, including individually wrapping some collectible books and other items. Clothing was neatly folded, wrapped, and packed; and every item of furniture was wrapped for protection. Exceptional service! I needed furniture moved from my 2nd story down to the 1st story of my house for a carpet install. Property Mover came to the rescue! They were so quick to respond and I was even able to book them for the same day! They also had no problem with commuting over to Buckeye all the way from Mesa! The entire process was so incredibly easy: from booking to invoicing to paying the final bill. There were no hidden fees (as they advertised). Rob and Anthony completed the job and exceeded my expectations! They communicated with me throughout the day with their estimated time of arrival and were so professional with all interactions.
