I wish I knew their individual names because there are some technicians that give way better foot massages than others but overall I think this is a great spot. read more

I've been here twice now for a gel manicure and a pedicure. One of the times they wouldn't make an appointment for me because they were too busy--they said I could come in and wait if I'd like, but they didn't want to waste my time if I couldn't be seen right away. I thought this was honest and was happy to know they wouldn't have me come in and wait forever for an "appointment." The other time I came in a few minutes before my appointment and I was helped immediately. Both practices show good customer service to me. Both times my gel manicure was done very well. One of the two visits they had three different people help me, which, TBH, I don't care for. I don't like feeling like I have to tip every person who helps me, but I don't-not tip, so. I personally prefer to have one person help me the entire time. Two is understandable, but three was a bit much. I felt that this was a clean establishment and the ladies who work there are very kind. They do charge extra for using cards, so bring cash. read more

Worst experience I made an appointment for 11am today 01/23 I walk in at 10:50 and there is only 1 nail tech working on someone already I let her know I have an appointment at 11am. I went into this shop on a Sunday. I requested a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. My pedicure was done by a woman and she did a good job. She is a little rough but not painful. My gel manicure was done by a male, he was friendly. I was initially pleased with the manicure however within 4 days my nails began to chip and the gel polish lifted off my nails. My manicure did not last a week. I only recommend the pedicures. Also, the employees are friendly and the shop has a variety of nail polish colors to choose from. read more

First the lady couldn't even remember that I wanted a design, then they tell me my nails are dry when they're not so I mess them up and then when the design comes off in 2 days and I go back to deal with it the girl gives me nothing but excuses and attitude. I have no idea how this place has 4 stars. This is by far the WORSE place I've ever received a gel manicure in my life. The manicurist not only made me bleed twice, she did a HORRIBLE paint job. And she knew it!!!! There was a women sitting next to me who was experiencing the same thing I was dealing with, and she became very vocal about the crappy job they were doing on her nails, and no one was really trying to hear her. Mind you, she was being very polite about it. They just started talking to each other in a different language, rather then address her concerns. Rightfully so she was very upset when she left. I normally go to Spa Nails across the street from this place, but they were busy so I came here based on the reviews. HUGE mistake! It was horrible , was done by a new girl. And I decided not to go back because I was so disappointed . The owner knew me for a few years of going there and let's a new person do my manicure which was so bad. I didn't go back until now. Gave it another try. Once again I got a new person , a guy . Really nice guy, but such a horrible job. I feel like they just hire anyone , without any real experience. It's disappointing because in the end you have to pay. I'm so disappointed , they need hire people with experience and that knows what there doing. It's like the owners don't even care about there clients. Its not the best looking place inside but I love Theresa she does an awesome job. You have to make an appointment with her because she is always busy. She does acrylics, mani, and pedis. I'm glad I found her because everywhere I would go my nails would always lift up right away. She's very sweet and gentle. I never end up paying more than $18 read more

My experience at this nail salon was definitely not the best. Me and my friends made appointments before hand so we can make sure we get a spot. Our appointment was at 5 and we get the at 4:45 they seated me and a lady worked on my nails first while my friends waited. while filing my nail she cut my finger and still did not go gentle on it. After she finished putting on the acrylics without any paint only one lady knew how to do flames so i had to wait for her to finish with a person and i'm waiting for her to finish with that person and when she does she takes another client that isn't me so i am sitting there without any polish. Time goes by and it's maybe 2-3 hours later and i ask them "how much is what i have so i can leave" they told me to wait a little longer but i was tired of waiting. So i asked again about the price and they were charging me almost $30 for just the acrylic without any polish. They eventually brought down the price but they still gave attitude when talking to me and overall i was very disappointed in this place. I am not sure if we were treated this way because we were teenagers but it shouldn't matter because at the end they are still getting payed by us. read more
