The staff is super young, and the welcoming was so enticing. Walking in you had several employees standing around, looking at each other, confused as to who was going to ring me up. I had never been to this place before, so I wanted a little insight on the food, and the cashier didn't ask nor was familiar with most of the sandwiches. Well, unfortunately after 2 attempts to send feedback to corporate & getting 2 error codes(S003) & 30 minutes of writing my disgust, I decided to update my previous review of 5 star to now 1 star. Wife went there today to pick up lunch/dinner for us. She spent over $60 on a whole Roast Beef Schwartzie, a Crusher, and some chips, macaroni salads & 2 desserts. The $31 whole RB Schwartzie only had 5 pieces of Swiss cheese & NO Cole Slaw & the Crusher only had Turkey & Cooper Sharp on it, no Pepper Shooters. Yea, I'm PISSED OFF & now I see why their reviews have gone down quickly in less than a month. I gave 5 stars because the place was packed with trainers, so they made our sandwiches on Opening Day, and now they all left & we're stuck with dopesthat can't make a hoagie with 4 simple ingredients. Plus she drove 40 minutes to get there, never again!!! I'll wait for the Centennial store to open & give them 1 chance. Hopefully they'll sell us the hoagie rolls because I make better hoagies any day of the week! First time Yelp reviewer here. I ordered a couple of hoagies from this location during their annual sale via the Primo Hoagies APP. We got the Philly Cheesesteak hoagie and one of the Italian hoagies. My wife had the Italian and said it was excellent. As for the Cheesesteak, it was top notch. I honestly didn't expect it to be as good as it was. Nice seeded hoagie bread, quality steak meat, and the Cooper cheese - it tasted high end - not all that different from local favorite Little Arthur's. I didn't take pictures but next I will. Also, this place is apparently under new management. The gentleman working threw in some free chips and just seemed like a nice guy in general. Don't forget the Dirt Pudding in your order - it's delicious. We'll be back for more. read more

I discovered Primo's last summer and I love their sandwiches every time. But this was the first time I had ordered for pickup as opposed to delivery. One poor guy working the store all by himself! I don't understand how a hoagie restaurant can realistically expect a lone employee to handle all of the sandwich prep for online orders plus handle walk-ins and the cash register. Not surprisingly, me and another customer ended up with each other's hoagies. Because the employee plainly is way too busy - I don't blame him, he is doing the best he can as a lone wolf. I have never seen such a thing and I'm shocked that whoever is managing the store thinks this is acceptable from a customer service standpoint. Not to mention the fact that it's a pretty horrible way to treat your employees. I don't know if I'll be patronizing Primo's again; Jersey Mike's subs are pretty good too and I've never been in one that wasn't fully staffed much less worked by a employee all by himself. read more

WOW, what a disgrace! I'm originally from South Philly so I thought it would be nice to treat my family to a "home style" lunch of our favorite classic Primo hoagies! So I made the trek across town to grab some lunch for the family. Welp, sadly to say never, ever again!!!! I ordered 2 large sandwiches to split amongst 6 of us, a regular Italian and a ham & cheese classic at 12:01pm. I was the 2nd person in line (and the store) at time of ordering and received them at 1:20pm. Yep, you read that right, 1 hour and 20 minutes to execute 2 sandwiches. When I arrived my initial thought was phew, I beat the lunch rush. Welp, lunch time came and went while waiting as I watched in disbelief of what was unfolding. This is just unacceptable to say the least! There is no way on Gods green earth that it takes this long. Not to mention, the ham & cheese sandwich didn't have pickles & peppers as requested while ordering. Luckily, I checked my receipt while standing there because I caught it and asked for them on the side. Otherwise, I may have risked the chance of waiting another 40 min. Of course they forgot to put them in the bag but I caught it before leaving, thankfully. The staff needs a lesson in hustling and while you're there give them a tour of the building. They walk around completely clueless. Like head in the clouds clueless. I just can't make sense of it nor have I ever seen anything like it. We're they even trained on where the condiments are kept? We watched a plethora of people come and go, in addition to, patrons receiving the wrong food. A total mess & utter chaos! Thank goodness for the kind woman behind me, she really kept me sane and refrained me from using a million f bombs. Thank you my dear friend from Evergreen! You were a pleasure to talk to and I'm sorry your sandwiches were all messed up. Primo, again unacceptable!!! Primo, this isn't brain surgery, you're not inventing the wheel.
