Absolutely loved this hoagie spot! The sandwich was packed with fresh, high-quality ingredients and the bread was perfect -- soft inside with just the right bite. You can really taste the difference in the meats and toppings. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and my order came out fast. Portions are generous and totally worth it. If you're craving a legit, flavorful hoagie, this place definitely delivers. I'll be back for sure! Only wish they open early so I can grab on my way to work. read more

my second time going and they had one person working in the entire store. it wasn't his fault, but he was overwhelmed with take out orders and walk in customer. It took 25 minutes to get one sandwich and it turned out to be terrible. Hard bread and no flavor. I felt bad for the employee and people waiting so I reached out to management via email to express my concerns, but no one ever reached back. Disappointing management and overall experience. read more

This place was bunk. The bread was hard af and the ingredients are not the best. That prosciutto was worse than the packaged stuff you get at the grocery store. I would not recommend. Gave it 2 stars for service, cleanliness and the herrs chips were the winner of the meal. read more

YUM! PrimoHoagies is 12/10. I tried a couple different subs and they were all delicious in different ways !! Truly so many sandwiches to choose from it was hard to decide. There isn't much room to sit inside the store so would recommend take out. Staff was nice and answered all my questions. read more

The staff is super young, and the welcoming was so enticing. Walking in you had several employees standing around, looking at each other, confused as to who was going to ring me up. I had never been to this place before, so I wanted a little insight on the food, and the cashier didn't ask nor was familiar with most of the sandwiches. I ordered turkey sandwich which was pretty good. Definitely packed on the meat so I would come back and order to go for sure, but dinning In probably never. read more

Well, unfortunately after 2 attempts to send feedback to corporate & getting 2 error codes(S003) & 30 minutes of writing my disgust, I decided to update my previous review of 5 star to now 1 star. Wife went there today to pick up lunch/dinner for us. She spent over $60 on a whole Roast Beef Schwartzie, a Crusher, and some chips, macaroni salads & 2 desserts. The $31 whole RB Schwartzie only had 5 pieces of Swiss cheese & NO Cole Slaw & the Crusher only had Turkey & Cooper Sharp on it, no Pepper Shooters. Yea, I'm PISSED OFF & now I see why their reviews have gone down quickly in less than a month. I gave 5 stars because the place was packed with trainers, so they made our sandwiches on Opening Day, and now they all left & we're stuck with dopesthat can't make a hoagie with 4 simple ingredients. Plus she drove 40 minutes to get there, never again!!! I'll wait for the Centennial store to open & give them 1 chance. Hopefully they'll sell us the hoagie rolls because I make better hoagies any day of the week! TO THE BUSINESS OWNER: Since you replied & said we should contact the store immediately, perhaps you missed that we're 40 minutes away. What would you have done? It happened on Saturday, it's Sunday, so what are you going to do??? read more

This place reminds me of South Florida. Probably some of the best sandwiches in CO. Great service and great food!

First time Yelp reviewer here. I ordered a couple of hoagies from this location during their annual sale via the Primo Hoagies APP. We got the Philly Cheesesteak hoagie and one of the Italian hoagies. My wife had the Italian and said it was excellent. As for the Cheesesteak, it was top notch. I honestly didn't expect it to be as good as it was. Nice seeded hoagie bread, quality steak meat, and the Cooper cheese - it tasted high end - not all that different from local favorite Little Arthur's. I didn't take pictures but next I will. Also, this place is apparently under new management. The gentleman working threw in some free chips and just seemed like a nice guy in general. Don't forget the Dirt Pudding in your order - it's delicious. We'll be back for more. read more

I discovered Primo's last summer and I love their sandwiches every time. But this was the first time I had ordered for pickup as opposed to delivery. One poor guy working the store all by himself! I don't understand how a hoagie restaurant can realistically expect a lone employee to handle all of the sandwich prep for online orders plus handle walk-ins and the cash register. Not surprisingly, me and another customer ended up with each other's hoagies. Because the employee plainly is way too busy - I don't blame him, he is doing the best he can as a lone wolf. I have never seen such a thing and I'm shocked that whoever is managing the store thinks this is acceptable from a customer service standpoint. Not to mention the fact that it's a pretty horrible way to treat your employees. I don't know if I'll be patronizing Primo's again; Jersey Mike's subs are pretty good too and I've never been in one that wasn't fully staffed much less worked by a employee all by himself. read more

Philadelphia came to Denver! They nailed it from the spicy Italian hoagie to the cheesesteak ! The service was outstanding. I'll be back!

Superb hoagie! The sharp provolone was a nice touch and I loved the hoagie chips. Didn't expect a giant bag though but I am not complaining since it was the same price as a small bag of chips at most sandwich shops. read more

Primo Hoagies is delicious! Hands down my new favorite lunch spot in the area. They offer so many hot, cold hoagie options. My coworkers and I, tried several hoagies since it was our first visit. Food was made quickly. You can tell the ingredients are quality and it's a true deli that slices their meats and cheeses in shop. Overall taste was good. My partner said the sesame bread for his sandwich was a bit tough. We had the sandwiches for lunch, later that evening my stomach was upset and then my partner had horrible food poisoning. We are fairly certain Primo's was the source. read more

Today I ordered the Nonna's Special and NO broccoli rabe, a critical component of the sandwich. They also added onions to my husband's sandwich which he hates. Finally, bread tastes hard, crumbly and stale. This is my 6th visit & I'm done. Quality is inconsistent and there's no attention to choosing the right sandwich toppings! read more

Love love love. Everyone needs a go-to sandwich place and Primo Hoagies needs to be yours. I could smell the bread in the parking lot when I pulled up...literally the world's best smell (can I get a Primo Hoagies candle? Never mind that would make me hungry all the time). There's something for everyone here-they cater to every type of taste bud. Italian your go-to? They have numerous kinds. Turkey? Again, numerous. Tuna? You get my point. And don't get me started on all the sides. The only issue is figuring out WHAT to get because of all the options you have. The only real solution is to try a different hoagie and side every time you come. Staff is super friendly too. Fast!! Even though they were busy they got my food to me in less than five minutes. Perfect place to swing by if you don't have a lot of time. Try them-you'll thank me! read more

WOW, what a disgrace! I'm originally from South Philly so I thought it would be nice to treat my family to a "home style" lunch of our favorite classic Primo hoagies! So I made the trek across town to grab some lunch for the family. Welp, sadly to say never, ever again!!!! I ordered 2 large sandwiches to split amongst 6 of us, a regular Italian and a ham & cheese classic at 12:01pm. I was the 2nd person in line (and the store) at time of ordering and received them at 1:20pm. Yep, you read that right, 1 hour and 20 minutes to execute 2 sandwiches. When I arrived my initial thought was phew, I beat the lunch rush. Welp, lunch time came and went while waiting as I watched in disbelief of what was unfolding. This is just unacceptable to say the least! There is no way on Gods green earth that it takes this long. Not to mention, the ham & cheese sandwich didn't have pickles & peppers as requested while ordering. Luckily, I checked my receipt while standing there because I caught it and asked for them on the side. Otherwise, I may have risked the chance of waiting another 40 min. Of course they forgot to put them in the bag but I caught it before leaving, thankfully. The staff needs a lesson in hustling and while you're there give them a tour of the building. They walk around completely clueless. Like head in the clouds clueless. I just can't make sense of it nor have I ever seen anything like it. We're they even trained on where the condiments are kept? We watched a plethora of people come and go, in addition to, patrons receiving the wrong food. A total mess & utter chaos! Thank goodness for the kind woman behind me, she really kept me sane and refrained me from using a million f bombs. Thank you my dear friend from Evergreen! You were a pleasure to talk to and I'm sorry your sandwiches were all messed up. Primo, again unacceptable!!! Primo, this isn't brain surgery, you're not inventing the wheel. Train your staff appropriately. I can only imagine how many repeat patrons you lost this weekend. This is avoidable. I was your biggest fan but I can fly home and get the "real deal" faster than you can execute an easy order. We both know, this would NEVER fly in Philly so why should it here??? I hope you get a grip fast or you'll never survive no matter how great your bread is. Instead, you'll be using that same bread to keep your ship from sinking! read more
