Don't get me wrong, the quality might be iffy but I still like some of their items.
When it first opened the customer service was top notch even given how busy they were. 2nd times hard to tell since I didn't buy anything. 3rd time, picked up a couple of leggings there and went to pay at the counter. The person (C ) who rang me up didn't say a word when I approached to pay. I said "Hi, how are you?" No replied back. Alright. Even after paying the bill, I (as a customer) said thank you, no response back from her. Sort of give me a nod. Ummm okkkk... Since it was not crazy busy during that time, I was surprised.
Went in again to look if they got any Halloween items, asked 2 different folks who worked there, they both said no they don't have anything related to Halloween. Okk... I still figure I might as well browse a little. Then, I figured 3rd times is a charm and asked another girl, she was kind enough to tell me check out the accessories. Went to 2nd Floor and low & behold they do have them. They were all marked down. I am sure after the holiday, it might even be more on sale. So I picked up a couple of items and went to the counter to pay. This time customer service was much better, she rang my order and the next thing I knew, the lady was right behind me. Although, the cashier still have not finish ringing me up and that counter number was not called another customer came down the aisle to the counter to pay. The cashier told her to wait and she can ring her up after she done ringing. It wasn't the cashier fault but the lady was standing too close and it was a bit uncomfortable even swiping the CC. These days, with pin I personally do not like someone standing that close to me and looking. I got distract by her and didn't even look the order that was ringing up. I didn't buy much but I know something didn't seem to add up. One of the mark down on the holiday item didn't ring up correct price. The reason I picked up was because it was marked down. I told the same cashier and she called the supervisor. He told me to go to the return counter since they can't refund me there. Okk.... No clues where the return counter was and I'm surprise even with the supervisor they can't pay you the overcharge amount back to you at the counter. It was not much but still they would not want customer to pay them less so why do I want to pay more. With return, checking quality I can understand going to the return specific counter. He direct one of the cashiers. The cashier was kind enough to walk with me and believe it or not, it was located on 4th floor for the return and exchange. I thought she was going to be the one who will refund the difference back to me but nope she told me to wait in the line. The line was ridiculous, it wasn't moving anytime soon for sure. I gave up and now had to go back in another time since they overcharged me.
Lesson here... 1) always ask multiple employees there if you are looking for specific items. Some are definitely have no clues and other are much helpful. 2) always look while they are ringing up, I know compared to other store the prices are better but doesn't mean I don't think anyone want to overpaid anything. 3) if you need to return/exchange it is only on the 4th floor, the line is ridiculous so the best bet is go in early or later in the evening, avoid during lunch, weekends for sure. read more
