Would recommend! My partner and I were looking for a cute cafe on our road trip and this place is lively, the staff is nice, and the food came out within minutes of us sitting down. Like seriously, probably in the amount of time I spent writing this first paragraph it would've been in front of me! The Menu is a bit overwhelming as you walk in but considering the two items we ordered, the variety is without compromise on quality. They were fairly busy so I felt they could work on adding more seating since often people end up sitting at the window bar (which is still a pretty spot if you're in a rush). The original smoothie bowl was a generous serving all around. The fruits were fresh and in abundance. The granola, toasted coconut and peanut butter complimented the smoothie really well and tasted organic. The only thing I would say is that the actual consistency of the smoothie was a bit thick and a little more liquid would make it perfect. The most important thing is that even though it was really cold, you could tell it wasn't icy. They used actual fruit and didn't just shove half a tub of ice in it like most places do to save costs. I was pleasantly surprised with the Mediterranean bagel although it was hard to eat without spilling. The plate it featured on was cute but made it impossible to eat without spillage on the counter. It was a decent size and the ingredients inside were stacked high. They were willing to change the hard boiled egg to a fried egg which was nice. The chive cream cheese tasted extremely fresh and silky. The accompanying spicy herb dip packed a lot of flavour. Speaking of the cream cheese, my partner really enjoyed it so we decided to bring some home. I'm sure it's untraditional to ask to buy some but we ended up getting the smallest amount in a to-go container for $2. If ur the owners reading this, please include that in your refrigerated pre-prepared section!! Okay, now that that's out of the way let's talk about the coffee. I am so disappointed in their drinks. I got an iced vanilla latte and lets just say it was 40% syrup 50% milk and 10% coffee. I remember going to another location of theirs and ordering a different drink and I had a similar experience. They need to up their coffee machinery and it would make it the ideal breakfast/brunch spot for me. read more

Food is always very good and fresh tasting, even with their miriad of options, we have yet to try something we don't like. Dine in and takeout, both flawless service and food. Israeli breakfast is my favorite for brunch, and Céasar wrap for lunch/dinner. There's a nice bar area indoor which is a nice plus, you can sit have a beer or cocktail and enjoy your meal, this is the best for my Sunday brunch. read more

Coffee was delicious (we didn't order any food this time, but everything looked and smelled so good!), and I was excited to see a tapas bar setup inside, too! With indoor and outdoor seating options, and the many food and drink options, this is definitely a place to visit any time of the day! Not to mention, with location being near the mall, movie theater, and the new Tuscan Village being built, there are/will be many walking and shopping options nearby, so this is definitely a place you can plan to stop for a long afternoon and keep yourself entertained for a while. read more

I got takeout here. The food was good but my concern is the lack of transparency with nutritional information. They seem to promote their place as a healthy option. With that in mind you would think nutritional info would be readily available. It would be helpful for the health conscious, people with allergies, etc. Upon further research, it seems that others have asked for this info and been told it's unavailable. read more

5 star service to eat at Pressed! I have dined in many times, and ALWAYS enjoyed every meal and experience. HOWEVER, we decided this evening to grab pressed to go, we ordered inside. **** took our order and was very pleasant. Seemed a bit new because he kept asking the other sales clerk questions about placing our order. Well, we got home so excited to have a delicious meal and we were VERY disappointed it was wrong! We order a strawberry salad and when we got home it was a wrap! Who orders a salad as a wrap? Not me, not ever! First negative, 2nd negative was the panini we ordered was soggy, mind you I live 6 min away from pressed! And we ordered a salmon bowl, that was incorrect as well, I thought we ordered the usual one we get but for some reason it was totally different. So not sure what happened there. I enjoy visiting pressed cafe in the morning. The staff is very pleasant and a joy to interact with. This has been and will be my go to in the morning for now on because of the staff and consistent food. Been going to Pressed since they opened in South Nashua. Have always liked the food even if it is a little pricey. Since they started opening additional locations the food has gotten smaller and smaller but not the prices. I've had several Chicken panini sandwiches where the chicken is 1/2 the size of the bread. Had a sausage egg and cheese yesterday and the sausage has gotten paper thin. Shrinkflation is in full effect at Pressed. It really is too bad. I think I'm done for awhile. read more

this place has become horribly inconsistent. Over the years they have not been able to hold up the quality of what's on the menu. Constantly making my order incorrectly and being super inconsistent. The prices have of course gone up and up. I would not recommend going to the New Hampshire location at all. We have eaten at Pressed probably 9!times in the past few months. Including choosing PRESSED for Father's Day brunch for all 5 of us. It is always absolutely delicious! Would def rate it a 5 star However we ordered takeout tonight. My mandarin salad & daughter short rib Mac & cheese were EXCELLENT AS USUAL. Husband for his tried and true red dragon bowl. Tuna was over cooked. Bowl was missing ingredients-quinoa. maybe more? It was so small! Lacked many components of the usual salad Unfortunate. Did not know until arriving home. 15 minutes away. With the cost of GAS obviously couldn't return it. He ate it but was disappointed. Luckily he ate my bread as well as his own to fill up. Almost $50 for 3 dinners. This location has the worst customer service, the management needs training on how to better handle small customer requests when dissatisfied with the food and above all their lack of customer service. They also charged extra for substitutions without letting you know. Sergio is supposedly the manager but I could here another person in the background telling him what to say. This location is super unprofessional and they dont fix their mistakes. If a paying customer is dissatisfied with the product you should make an effort to fix it so they continue to visit your place of business not just hand it off to an email address. The Tuscan Village in Salem NH is a growing residential and commercial development that is presenting new possibilities every time we go there. We usually grab a coffee at some drive-thru when coming home from grocery shopping. We've been driving past the Pressed Cafe since its opening and kept meaning to check it out. We pulled up to the drive-thru window and... HOLY MOLY! This place has a menu that will compete with any awesome eatery anywhere (pressedcafe.com/menu-sal...). Carnivore to vegan, coffee to smoothies, on and on and on. We were just getting coffee but I added what turned out to be the most incredible granola bar ever. We apologized to the lady in the speaker for taking longer than we planned as it was our first visit and she totally understood. I guess the manager heard that and, just before we pulled away with our order, he popped through the pickup window and gave us a menu and thanked us for trying Pressed Cafe. We're going to have to study this amazing menu before our next visit. We might have to park and come in for a sit down meal. Oh! The coffee was excellent as well :) read more

I've ordered take-out from Pressed Cafe twice since it's recent opening in Salem. The food is absolutely delicious, and you get a generous portion for the price. I am also very excited that there is an entire vegan menu! I cannot wait to try more items. So far the Veggie Ciabatta Panini is amazing. There are a few things I would like to see improve, hence the 4-star rating. First, when I order online, my email confirmation does not arrive until several hours after I place my order. It would be nice to get the confirmation promptly so I know my order was received. Second, I always select the option to not receive plastic utensils, but they were still included in my order. It is disappointing that the take-out containers are mainly plastic, and that I'm receiving extra disposable plastic as well. I would love to see a switch to more environmentally friendly packaging! read more

(Be sure to view photos!) I have been a Pressed customer since the opening of the Nashua location, so that's over 7-8 years now. I now live in Salem right near the Tuscan Village Pressed location so I frequent there several times a week, usually for breakfast. Unfortunately, I will be finding a new breakfast place after my recent experience. I ordered using the iOS mobile app as I always do and saw there was a weekly special for a Deluxe Grilled Cheese. I selected this item and noticed that none of the "included items" were checked off as they usually are for every other item on the menu. So I checked them off. There also was no description listed for this item so as far as I could tell I was getting a Deluxe Grilled Cheese on Challah with ham, bacon, and several cheeses. Sounds great! Not great... turns out the sandwich is a triple layer sandwich! FOUR layers of bread and more meats than cheese. (See photos) You can't eat this thing. I took four bites and decided to call and speak to the manager. I explained what happened to Sergio, one of the managers, and he didn't really care. He said very hastily, "bring it back and I'll get you what you want." I told him that wouldn't work for me since I had an appointment I needed to get to and wouldn't have enough time to go back and wait then eat then drive to my next appointment. His response was, "I'm just trying to do what they ask me." I was asking him for a store credit only for the value of the absurd and obtuse sandwich I couldn't eat. So I reiterated my request. He again repeated that he was only doing what corporate wants him to. I also asked him if corporate also wants him to aggravate a loyal customer to the point they never return. I told him to open the app on his phone and see exactly what I'm talking about. The app didn't function correctly and there was no decision or mention that its a triple layer sandwich. Furthermore, it should have been $14.95, not $29.98!! Sergio had no response to either of these points. After getting nowhere with Sergio, who I assume is not the Store Manager as I asked for, I proceeded to send a message on LinkedIn to Pressed's COO, Stephen Nagle. I explained everything and thanked him for taking the time to address my concerns. His response was, well.... See for yourself in the attached screenshot. This all occurred on Saturday 2/11/23. It is now 2/17 and I still have not heard from anyone with any solution. Pressed has not only lost me as a customer, but also my wife and other immediate friends and family as well. We can not and will not support a business with such incredibly poor and unacceptable customer service. I am owed at an absolute minimum, a refund for being double charged due to a bug in the their app. But even the COO, Mr Nagle, can't seem to make that happen. Maybe take a minute or two away from your rapid expansion plans to take care of the loyal customers you already have. read more

First time stopping in. So happy I did! I was in the mood for an egg and cheese sandwich and Pressed Cafe didn't disappoint. The egg was a REAL fried egg, not the preprocessed ones you get at other coffee shops. I had it on a toasted English Muffin and it melted in my mouth! I can't believe how diverse the menu is and the choices are endless. They have a nice seating area, a bar, a drive-thru and incredible customer service. They are even open until 10:00PM!
