Most stunning breakfast sandwich. Take a look at these pics and you might think the sandwich is in one of those smaller dessert-sized take-out boxes. Nope, this is a full-sized meal box. This thing was BIG. Still IS big, because two of us got nowhere near finishing it. I got the farmhouse (fried chicken, two eggs, sausage gravy...on a very large biscuit) but there are a ton of interesting things on the menu. Next up for me is the Angry Bird - described as "Fried chicken, goat cheese, Korean angry sauce, toasted sesame seeds, gochugaru pickles, kimchi slaw". This is my kind of coffee house. The place is cute - located a bit east of downtown in a small free standing house type building on a corner of a mostly residential neighborhood. Service was very helpful and seemed to deal well with good deal of business. Not a ton of parking I could see but seemed sufficient. Will absolutely return to work my way through the menu. UPDATE: I was so impressed I went back two days later and got the Angry Bird. For BREAKFAST. Their description of this ine is "Buttermilk Fried Chicken Tossed in Korean Angry Sauce, Gochujang Slaw, Pickled Veggies, Sesame Seeds and Creamy Goat Cheese". Yep, for breakfast. How cool is that?!?! Again, we split thid between two of us. Not as huge as the Farmer, but still plenty for us to share. EDIT: Went again two days later and got the Angry Bird (a hot Korean chicken sandwich) for BREAKFAST. This place is awesome. read more

GLUTEN FREE HEAVEN. Now I didn't get a photo of my food. I ate it too fast. I got a chai latte with eggs Benedict Florentine and house potatos that were in a separate fryer! Also the chai latte wasnt too sweet. Gluten wrecks me so to have so many options was killer. It was super busy when I went but the kitchen and the person out front had it down to a science and kept up with it with a great attitude! If I lived closer I would definitely make it more of a regular spot to visit! Cute little place. read more

Loved this cute little caffe! Stumbled upon it after a doctor's visit nearby, and was pleasantly suprised! Healthy scramble bowl with goat cheese was sooo good, and my husband loved the steak bowl too. Spanish latte was delicious, and overall the vibes were so nice in the caffe. Used To Be Amazing I am not sure what happened. I used to order from this place regularly. I was away traveling for 2 months and came back and order my usual sandwich and it was so disappointing. The fried chicken was rubbery and not crispy and over fried. My husband also ordered something and it was pretty bad. Will need to find me a new breakfast spot. read more

Ordered a cold brew from the shop, overall solid coffee. It was smooth and strong throughout the entire time. They seem to be more of a breakfast sandwhich/lunch spot. We recently had breakfast at Roasted in Haverhill, MA- This is a small little cafe but modern and very clean. The service was great- very polite and helpful. The food was great as always- we ordered a BYO breakfast sandwich with their homemade biscuits - best in the area. The coffee is good- would still prefer a few spots in the area (Battle Grounds, Wicked Big, etc.). All in all a great breakfast, and would recommend. read more

Please please please rip the TVs off the wall. I'm begging the owners to remove them. Roasted has a great vibe inside and it's ruined by pumping news into the space. It makes it impossible to spend any time in there. I know New England's coffee culture is mostly based on iced coffee to go, but some of us who favor a more urban and European style coffee shop prefer to linger. First time ordering from this place. My husband has been eager to find a good sausage gravy and biscuits. Well, I think we found our favorite new spot, because he absolutely loved it. I got a buffalo chicken salad, I wasn't fan of the lettuce, but everything on the salad was so good as I added avocado, fried egg. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We stopped in just before 11 and ordered 2 lattes and 2 sandwiches. Over an hour later, we checked in with the kitchen. They told us they had it, and it was coming. 15 minutes later, still with no food, we asked for a refund. They told us they would do it tomorrow- let's see if it actually happens. This is my favorite place to review. I'm always so impressed. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I love the inside decor of their space. For Veterans Day, they offered a free coffee to veterans. This included a latte. As a veteran, this is such a nice gesture. I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie, warmed, which was so good! It was big enough to share. What a hidden gem! My husband and I went to Roasted for the first time and we may make it our regular place to go! We had breakfast but can't wait to try their lunches too. My husband asked for the Chorizo Burrito as a bowl and he loved it! I had the Cinnamon waffle that tastes like a cinnamon roll topped with whipped cream and candied pecans! Yum!! (And it was GF). It does crumble quickly so can get a bit messy but still worth it! Not many places have banana as a coffee flavor so had to get that. This place was just delightful! From the location, to the menu offerings and menu themes, as well as the friendly staff and delicious food. I'm writing this review because I just ate leftovers from this place...and it was still delicious lol. Bathrooms were super clean too, which is always a plus. Not to mention the music they were playing on the store radio set the vibes even more at ease; I remember one of Van Morrison's songs came on just to give you a taste of it. I got a macchiato, which I could tell was high-quality espresso. For food, I got, from, "The Toast," section, "The Limelight," which was an awesome combo of flavors, and it was a good portion, too. Sometimes it's a little bit of a wait but that is no problem when everything is made fresh. We have tried ordering ahead online but didn't see all of the coffee customizations that we wanted. The lattes are great as well as all of the food we have tried. We LOVED the after dark menu especially the wings and the "espresso martini". I could drink that everyday! Once a hard nose town, Haverhill appears to be getting fancy. This joint is a clear indication of such a transition. Excellent coffee, even better breakfast treats. And with a New York City type of high class presentation. But, you get those NYC prices with it. Went there for lunch with some friends. It's a little place, and there's not a ton of parking, but it's easy to find. The food was very good and the staff were very pleasant. Not a very diverse menu, pretty much all chicken based but we were all pleased with our meals. Five(?) tables for food and then a more informal lounge area for coffee. The place was clean, including the bathroom. They even have a little stock of feminine products in case of emergency! They closed at two but staff had no problems letting us sit and chat for an extra 15 minutes as they began to clean up. If you're looking for an informal setting to sit and chat or a good takeout place, I say give it a try! read more
